Is there a possibility to manually release app when it has been approved by Apple, so that I can do it at any time after the approval?
Use these checkboxes on your app page itunesconnect to manage your release time:

Say for example internal and external testers under TestFlight are testing the application. Then a live Appstore release that was uploaded previously gets approved. Will the current testers get the new app update which will override the current test build?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Testing
Once you accept your invitation, you’ll be able to download a beta version of the app you’ve been invited to test. If you already have the live app installed on your device, the beta version of the app will replace the live version. When you’ve downloaded the beta app, you’ll see an orange dot next to its name that identifies it as a beta. TestFlight will notify you each time a new build is available and provide instructions on where to focus. You can easily offer feedback by tapping the Provide Feedback button in the App Details view in TestFlight. An email automatically opens with pertinent app and device details, and you can add additional details and screenshots.
The beta period lasts for 60 days, starting on the day it is released
to testers. In TestFlight, the number of days remaining appears below
the Open button for each app.
If a beta app has In-App Purchases, you do not have to purchase them,
as In-App Purchases made with beta builds are free within the context
of the beta version.

Tester won't get notified whether the original app is approved by Apple or not. If the app is approved, then user have to download app via App Store. But if tester downloads app from App Store, then it's gonna override the test version.
Apple developer site says
When the app becomes Ready for Sale in the App Store, testing automatically stops on earlier builds, and you will be unable to view or test them.

I think the tester will get an email saying the app has been updated and approved. Since the normal upload will be notified by an email, but haven't tried it ,
TestFlight testers will get notification by email and after app live beta version of app will be unavailable and when they update their app they get live update app.
My iOS app is currently in "Pending Developer Release" status. I've just realized I don't want to publish it to AppStore using my developer id.
Is it possible at this stage to create a team so my name is not listed in the app profile? Looking for a way of doing it without re-submitting the app for a review.
Unfortunately, you can't change it without complete app resubmission. At this stage you can only change app description.
If we are using TestFlight Beta Testing Tool for testing, It has a beta app review stage where the the Apple team performs the review of the app.
If the app gets passed in the app beta review, what are the chances that the app gets cleared in the final app review from the Apple so that it can be published to the AppStore.
Is the beta app review really helpful?
Just want to share recent experience, my app recent built passed TestFlight beta review (usually takes a day or so ) but it failed apple submission process (after 8 days in waiting).
They both seems to be completely independent review process, and TestFlight beta review process seems to be have no effect on default apple submission review process.
You are confused with the TestFlight beta review process.
TestFlight Beta Testing is to release a beta version of App to testers (which you can pre-register their email in iTunes Connect), not to Apple. Quoted from the official documentation (the reference link at the bottom):
With TestFlight beta testing, you can distribute prerelease builds of
your app to testers to collect feedback and prepare your app for
release in the App Store. TestFlight beta testing is optional; you can
submit your app for review without using it. However, it’s easy to do,
free, and a valuable way to improve your app before releasing it in
the App Store. TestFlight beta testing in iTunes Connect is available
only for iOS apps. You can enable TestFlight beta testing for up to 10
apps at one time in your developer account. See TestFlight Beta
Testing in the developer portal.

I've uploaded binary to Appstore for review and approval. How to change following settin now:
When they approve it, I don't want to be automaticaly be visible on AppStore. I want to change the setting so i can put it on Appstore when I decide.
It asked me for this setting before binary is uploiaded, but can i change it now?
You can't. iTunesConnect will only ask you this once. Your update will released once approved.
Just reject the binary and upload again, you will be asked the question again.
You Can Not do this.
Check the list here in detail :-
Editing and Updating App Information
Goto rights and pricing info screen (where you can select pricing tiers for your app), and then either choose your app's availability date or deselect all countries from appstores.
The following text was from Apple' doc.
If you choose to automatically release your app update, it will go live as soon as it is approved by Apple (pending the availability date you have set).
If you choose to control the version’s release, your app status will change to Pending Developer Release after it has been approved by App Review, indicating that you can release it to the App Store whenever you are ready.
When you're ready for your app update to go live on the App Store, you are responsible for releasing your app version to the App Store.
I am uploading the new binary to iTunes after first time rejection. Do I need to update the release date again? Will my app be rejected if I didn't update release date?
No, the release date has nothing to do with the app submission/rejection process. That is just when it is released to the public.
No, if you set it to automatically go into the app store after approval you're fine. If you set it to manual you'd have to go back and flip it on into the app store.
