Can't package BlackBerry WebWorks app - blackberry

I'm trying to enable Web Inspector to debug my WorkWorks app, but I need to package it first and the package command is not working.
I followed the instructions here: https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/v2_1/enabling_web_inspector.html
...but i'm getting an error that "bbwp" is not a recognized command. I think I'm in the wrong directory.
The documentation says to go to the "installation folder for the BlackBerry WebWorks Packager". Does anyone know what exactly is the correct directory?

BlackBerry 10 WebWork sdk provides web tool to package your application. If you select build and install with debug mode on, web inspector will automatically get invoked on application startup and if you select release mode than web inspector pop up will automatically vanish.

Android Studio : "Unable to locate adb"

I just installed Android Studios and trying to build my first app. When I press play on the emulator the message "unable to locate adb" pop-up. How to solve this problem?
I had this problem when updating to Android Studio 4.0.
I even tried uninstalling (and doing a full cleanup) Android Studio and installing again. The problem persisted.
The problem was that when importing my old project, the new Android Studio couldn't find the SDK and my project had no SDK (even though it could build, go figure).
So check File -> Project Structure -> Project. In my case there was a big red NO SDK set there. Once I set the SDK to the one installed, problem was solved.
I guess you didn't set the system and user environment path in your windows.
Goto properties of This PC > Advanced System Settings > Environment Variables > Path > then put the path file location.
intel android driver setup install this after its worked for me

How to deploy MobileFirst CLI application to an IOS device?

I am using MobileFirst CLI 7.1. I want to deploy my MobileFirst CLI application to an IOS device. How can I do that?
I navigated to the iphone environment and tried to double click the .xcodeproj. In the XCODE I see that the project is still being shown as library.
I am getting this following error when I try to deploy the application,
. I have gone through stackoverflow questions. None of them were helpful.
I want to know how can I target remote server. (In Studio we had an option to deploy to remote environment.)
You already asked the second question: How to deploy MobileFirst CLI application to an android device?. The answer is still the same:
Also I want to know how can I target remote server. (In Studio we had an option to deploy to remote environment.)
In the Studio you did not have the option to "deploy to a remote server". You had the option to configure the application to point to a remote server (the properties you can edit in the worklight.plist(for iOS) / wlclient.properties file (for Android).
This feature does not exist in the CLI. After building the project, in case you want it to point to a different server, edit the properties in said file(s) to point to the remote server.
The first question is unclear.
I have done the following and was able to launch the project in Xcode and run the app in the iOS Simulator:
mfp create myproject
cd myproject
mfp add hybrid
added an app called "test"
mfp add environment iphone
mfp push
opened the project folder and navigated to apps\test\iphone\native, followed by double-clicking on the .xcodeproj file. The project opened in Xcode successfully and I then clicked on the Run button, and the app launched in the iOS Simulator.

How to convert Objective C project to Windows Mobile

I am working on hybrid app majorly built on HTML5, CSS3, javascript and wrapped over PhoneGap to create apk, ipa and xap/appx file. With the latest Microsoft announcements, its possible to convert your iOS project to Windows project. Can anyone give a small tour of how to convert an existing iOS project to Windows mobile project?
You need to follow the steps given below:
You need to custom install Visual Studio 2015 with UWP (Universal Windows Platform) on Windows 10 system.
If you have Windows 7 or 8 machine and not Windows 10, you will need a Windows 10 mobile device to run the application.
Download the WinObjC SDK from here. You can either directly download the SDK from the link or download the source code and create the SDK by following the steps given on this link.
Now keep your iOS application code (developed using Objective C) ready and follow the steps under "Using vsimporter" heading at the same link.
Before building the application, right-click the solution and set it as a startup project.
Build the application and it will run on your Windows 10 device.
Complementing the answer already provided, to convert a Objective-C project to Windows is required to use the tool vsimporter.
This tool is present in open source bridge Project from Microsoft GitHub (https://github.com/Microsoft/WinObjC).
***Check the Readme file before to start
Using vsimporter
The vsimporter tool enables you to import your Xcode project into a new Visual Studio Universal Windows Platform (UWP) app project with Objective-C support.
To use the tool:
Download the prebuilt SDK from here and extract the files to a directory (for example c:\winobjc)
From a command prompt, navigate to the directory containing your Xcode project, for example c:\winobjc\samples\WOCCatalog
At the command prompt, run vsimporter.exe
c:\winobjc\samples\WOCCatalog> ..\..\bin\vsimporter.exe
A Visual Studio solution file is created in your current directory, double click this file to open your project in Visual Studio
Press Ctrl-F5 to build your app and run it on your PC.
You can also pass the -i option at the command line to run the vsimporter tool in interactive mode. Interactive mode lets you see and select the specific configurations of the Xcode project that you wish to import. By default vsimporter creates a Visual Studio solution that targets Windows 10. If you'd like to target Windows 8.1 (Phone or Store), use the -format option and specify one of winstore8.1, winphone8.1, or winstore10 (winstore10 is the default).
For help running vsimporter, use the -help option at the command line to see the full set of supported options.

System image arm eabi v7a of Android 4.4(API 20) is not noticed

I was trying to set up the environment to develop and debug a simple android app with the use of Android Virtual Device Manager. I had followed all the steps from google's website.
Moving to the next step, as I had selected the target to be 'Android 4.4W - API Level 20' details in the wizard 'create new android virtual device(AVD)', the CPU/ABI field was grayed out saying 'No system image installed for this target'.
I had opened ANdroid SDK Manager to check if the mentioned target is holding a valid system image.
It had been updated with the latest packages from the respective repositories while contacting few of the repositories was a failure.
In the end, I had a surprise that my Android 4.4W (API 20) is not having its respective system image installed.
When I actually checked the folders that I had downloaded, I couldn't also notice the System Images sub folder under the SDK folder.
Can someone please help me out with this?
Start up Android SDK manager. Under "Android 4.4W (API20), make sure "sources for android sdk" is installed. If not, check the box and installed.
P.S. - I had the same problem.
After installing the image you have to restart eclipse. Otherwise it can't see the image.
Got the same issue. If you're running SDK Manager on Windows 7, run it with the admistrator privileges. That solved the problem in my case.
Open SDK Manager -> Tools -> Options
Check Force https://... sources to be fetched using http://...
You will see sources for android SDK, install it.
Close SDK Manager and open it again, you wil see ARM EABI

After packaging my worklight project through ripple it produces only .zip file, no.cod file..?

After packaging my worklight application through ripple for blackberry 7, It generates only .Zip file in the destination folder. There isn't any .cod file which i can deploy to my blackberry device.
Ripple version - 0.9.16 (beta)
Blackberry WebWroks SDK - 2.3.1.5
Target device - Blackberry curve 9370
In the Ripple Services CMD window, there is the following error:
... ... ... out: [INFO] out: Compiling BlackBerry WebWorks application
out: [FATAL] out: Executable name has embedded quote, split the
arguments
Done build
Edit: the FATAL error that appears in your Ripple Services CMD window seems due to a Java issue; you may need to downgrade it. Please see this topic at the BlackBerry forums: http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/Web-and-WebWorks-Development/Executable-name-has-embedded-quote-split-the-arguments/td-p/2330991
Have you made sure to start Ripple Services (there is a button for it in the Ripple UI)?
Look at the Ripple Services CMD window after trying to package the project. See if any errors pop up there.
Please also edit your question and describe the steps you have taken to set-up Ripple prior to packaging.
