Maybe a bit late, but I just released a plugin which helps you select which widget you want to show for a language.

I am working on a MVC project that will have its pages in English, Spanish, and Hmong using CultureInfo. I am unsure what language code I should use for the Hmong translations. I haven't found anything related to it other than other than hmn(ISO 639-2 Code). Should I use this or something else?
You may find Hmong to be a few different culture codes. Our plant workers use a dashboard we wrote and their version of spoken Hmong most closely resembled vi-VN . So that is the culture code we use when our Hmong workers switch their displays to their translated language.
We are using Umbraco web application in English language. We need to add
French,Spanish and Korean language in our application where we should be allow user to type and add content in French,Spanish and Korean language.
Question : How we can allow user to input content in French,Spanish and Korean language . Note* : Default language of system is English.
Please help me to get out of this.
Thanks in advance.
Currently Umbraco doesn't have built in language variants - so the classic way to do it is to create language specific "sites" as described here: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/tutorials/multilanguage-setup/
A different solution could be to use the Vorto package. Vorto wraps itself around your existing datatypes, allowing you to put in an extra "layer" so every property can have different values/settings for each language in your site.
There's a link to it here - with instructions on how to get started using it:
https://our.umbraco.com/packages/backoffice-extensions/vorto/
Hope you are fine and doing good.
Im new in VAADIN and my seniors give a task to create a website using VAADIN but im facing a alot of difficulties in VAADIN for creating HTML,CSS etc. Designer gives me website design in PSD/JPG format and i have to implement those in VAADIN. but how....
Please help me or guide me. if you any any video tutorial link on this please share it with me.
I have sound knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JQUERY, BOOTSTRAP, RESPONSIVE Webdesign.
Inshort my question is how can i create webpage from PSD to HTML using vaadin
The Vaadin framework has changed a lot over the last few years, just be careful in searching for answers that you get the latest information. The Book of Vaadin is a great place to start. The Demo Sampler also gives you code examples (the icons in Menu provide various code details).
I got a problem creating a multi-languages website with ImpressPages (v 3.9).
I created 3 languages in admin: French, English and German. I got many pages that I've translated into 3 languages using "generateManagedText()" function.
I've also created 3 menus as using one for each languages.
My problem is: how can I generate links to inline-translated pages?
I got a language selector generated with this line:
echo $this->generateBlock('ipLanguages');
But the link are just redirecting to each homepage.
I would like to get an easy way to show link to each translated version in all website, could you get me some advises please?
Thank you!
You cannot generate a link to inline managed elements. Only pages have links. All the links you have is from Menu management.
Each language has its own menus and they don't have any relation with other language. Which means, you may have many pages in one language and only a few in the other.
I would like to display the yahoo weather widget (or any similar flash or java based widget) in a Delphi application. I freely admit I don't quite understand what would be required to make this work.
Any suggestions on how this could be accomplished would be appreciated.
I'm using Delphi 7. All of the Widgets are just HTML Code, which when I cut & paste them to my Blogger page for instance, show up and work fine. I'm not sure how to take that same html code and use it in a Delphi form to get similar results.
Detailed instructions would be appreciated as well as an explanation. Clearly I don't quite understand how this works... I only know what outcome I'd like ;-)
Thanks Rob, it wasn't a memory issue, butt he admins did take care of it as you suggested.

Basically, you want to host the SWF ActiveXObject.
http://delphi.about.com/od/graphics/l/aa040103a.htm
As mentioned above you could host Flash's active X control for a flash control.
The other option is to use an embedded webpage (possibly loaded off the local disk) using the built in Delphi TWebBrowser control to show any web content including Java or Flash controls (as long as they are installed on the client).
Hope that helps.
I have a video on embedding flash into Delphi Applications Available Here. If the widget is a flash file (.swf) it should be fairly easy. The other option (as already mentioned) is to use the Delphi TWebBrowser component.
