Ad-Hoc and Enterprise signed apps crashing on launch screen in iOS 13.3.1

As i updated my iPhone XS Max from 13.3 to 13.3.1 I'm getting crash on every Same Signed Apps and Self-signed Apps.
So I thought it is some problem with their certificate, then I tested those apps using an iPhone X running iOS 13.3.
The result was fine and apps worked well, as I found out the problem was not certificate but a change in Apple's mechanism for iOS 13.3.1 that does this problem.
And the enterprise signed apps crashes are not because of revoke.
Certificates were fine and I did not getting: Unable to Verify App
What i did and was not helpful for me:
Opening the app again
Free UP RAM
Shutdown and start again
Force Restart
Reset all settings
Solution for Self-signed apps
I could solve the problem for Self-signed Apps and that was because of expiration of ad-hoc distribution expiration days.
Each iOS app that you sign with Apple developer program is available for 365 Days from the time you sign and install that.
Why this happend?
I thought it occurred because i changed my date and time settings on my device from 2020 to 2022 for a test purpose.
This action expired my sign and I was getting crash on launch screen. That was because apple interacting with device time for checking validation of sign.
How to fix this?
I fixed the apps by signing them again with same certificate.
Without removing them.

Enterprise Mac App Distribution

I have a query regarding enterprise Mac app distribution.I have signed my mac app with enterprise distribution certificate which will be valid for next three years.
Now my question is that whether apps installed on Mac os would stop working after three years or they would continue to run?
A link or suggestion would be great.
It will continue to run but when a new installation happen on a different mac the OS will show a warning like this one:
I found below link from Apple
Apple's Link
It says
As long as your Developer ID certificate was valid when you compiled your app, then users can download and run your app, even after the expiration date of the certificate. However, you will need a new certificate to sign updates and new applications.

How can I solve iOS Team Provisioning Profile warning

There are some similar question posted on here but they does not solve my issue.
I am Learning Swift with Xcode 7. I have developed an app which I have deployed on my iPhone 4s, I was getting warning in Xcode after deployment.
The provisioning profile "iOS Team Provisioning Profile: " is expiring
soon
However, App was working fine but after few days I stopped working and I had to connect to Xcode and deploy app again. The app is working again. However, I see the warning sign again as below.
I have done research and found out I can resolve this issue from Apple Developers account. However I do not have developer's account as it cost $99 a year. Is Apple developer subscription is necessory ? in order to solve this issue permenently ?
For a free developer account, the provisionning profile is just usable about a week. You have to built your app again periodically to be able to use it!
It's Apple's rules...
If you submit app to appstore or beta-distribution (Hockeyapp, ...), you must renew developer account.
If you only wanna run app on your device, from iOS9, you can do it without developer accout

I want to write an iOS app and run it strictly for my own use on my own phone. Possible?

To be very clear: I have a free Apple Developer account. I am running Xcode [Version 6.1 (6A1046a)] on a MacBook Pro / OSX [Version 10.10.3 (14D136)] I have Apple Configurator [Version 1.7.2 (560)] Is it possible for me to develop an app, upload it to just my iPhone 6 without paying $100 to Apple? I do not want to jailbreak the phone. I do not want to submit or sell the app in the Apple Store. I do not want the app to run on any other phones. If so ... pointers to somewhere describing the process. PLEASE no links to "Here's how you submit a app to the Apple Store." ... not what I'm trying to do.
This is possible (ONLY WITH PAID ACCOUNT)
Im curious if you can send the source code to someone who has a paid account and they could build it for you. I think that is the only way this would work with a free account.
** I would recommend spending the 100$ to get the developer account, then you can follow these steps **
All your going to want to do is
plug your phone into your Mac
Open xCode / your project your trying to build to phone
where you normally select your device for iOS simulator, select your iphone (should be at top of list)
[command + R] will build it to that device
hit stop button
unplug iphone and enjoy
UPDATE (6/9/15): Starting with Xcode 7, developer program membership is not required to run an app on your device.
No. You must be a part of the paid Apple Developer program in order to put any app you've developed on any iOS device, whether via the App Store, ad hoc distribution, or even by connecting your device to your Xcode project. Free accounts are limited to running in the simulator.
