IOS 16 UITableViewCell accessibility API not working, breaking XCTest - ios

Since the upgrade to IOS 16 the accessibility api for cells has stopped working.
Using this API's is not working anymore:

The cell is not accessible in the simulator and on the phone. I can't find it. This has worked prior to IOS16. Thus breaking any existing XCTest's and any progress implementing app that has accessibility.

How could UILabel always be nil -- Unexpectedly found nil while implicitly unwrapping an Optional value

As many people encountered, I tried to build tableView. I found many similar questions but it seems answers are not helping. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me. The problem I encountered:

This is a description Xcode gives me
Here's what I did:
(1) I connected Labels in the storyboard to the class it related to, which should be right as it's not hollow.
(2) I used tableView.dequeueReusableCell(withIdentifier: "Cell", for: indexPath), and I tried to print cell I got, all cells aren't nil and belongs to CollegeTableViewCell, which is correct.
(3) I changed the identifier of tableViewCell to Cell which matches, and I changed it's class to CollegeTableViewCell too.
My program crashed directly when it executes following code. I only works when I make labels optional. So the problem is what did I do wrong so that labels in cell are always nil?

you're using the wrong bundle name for dequeueReusableCell.
instead of cell use CollegeTableViewCell
it should be :

Just change the animation timing to match that of the tableView. Try 0.3

how to popup tableView from bottom of screen?

in my project I want that after presenting viewController, tableView popup from bottom of screen until showing all the content of tableView. the UITableViewCell height is dynamic and I'm using swift language and NSLayoutConstraint in my project. how can I do this? it's only showing some part of tableView.

Problem is here
tableViewHeightLayoutConstraint = tableView.heightAnchor.constraint(equalToConstant: 300)
set an intial no zero value and do what is inside viewDidLayoutSubviews in viewDidAppear preferably after a delay to give some time to the table to calculate it's actualy contentSize

how to add custom view on UITableViewCell programatically?

Trying to add a custom view (button, to be more specific) to a custom subclass of UITableViewCell but unable to see any layout results on iOS 10.1 on the device. Did not see any changes on the layout, and tried to just fill the cell with a custom view with the red background but failed to achieve this result as well.

What I tried besides that: using plain addSubiew and constraint to the self anchors of the cell, and add to contentView in tableView(_ tableView: UITableView, cellForRowAt indexPath: IndexPath) but both approaches did nothing, the cell appears but it is empty.

UITableView not appearing properly using constraints

I'm having problems displaying this UITableView under the UIImageView. It does this weird thing, where you can't see the table or anything at all, however when you scroll up or down, you can see the blue cell appear in the 40px high UITableView.
