Google Sheets: How To Open File Offline

So far I've followed the instructions for making files (Sheets etc) available offline using Chrome, but NOWHERE have I found anything on how to actually open and work on a file when offline.
I must be missing something obvious? Any advice please?
If you already activated offline access and selected the desired Sheets files, then you only have to open your Chrome browser (from an offline device) and select one of the offline files. Check the offline guide for a deeper step by step documentation. Please leave a comment if you have doubts about this approach.

How do I have an animation play on app launch and how do I use SwiftyGif on GitHub?

I'm extremely new to Swift and App development, and have scoured every source I could find, but there's not a definitive step by step process that describes how to do this.
The closest to a solution I have encountered was on this website. However, it's a rather vague tutorial for a beginner. I've run into these problems and am unsure of what to do at this point, would appreciate it if someone could help me out, thanks in advance!
I'm not sure what to do with the SwiftyGif file after cloning it from GitHub
Towards the bottom of the Website Link above it states that "SwiftyGif allows us to load GIFs using a UIImageView and also to control when to start and end the GIF animation." How do I import the SwiftyGif file into the current file I am working on so that I may load the Gif to get a UI view?
Which documents would I put the lines of code towards the bottom of that page?

offline product presentation for ipad

i have to create a product presentation tool that runs offline on an ipad.
i have a program wirtten in c# to create a presentation and this program has an export function, this export function creates a whole little homepage (only html and javascript) with the product slider - everything works fine, also the online presentation is perfect.
but the capital problem is, how could i run this offline on the ipad?
what i already tried:
- put the scripts to dropbox and tried to start index.html on ipad (the local links doesnt work)
- i tried to chache the whole page, but that was too much for caching..
there is also one solution i would prefer -> phonegap, but there i see the problem with creating the app... the c# programm should prepare everything, so the clients should take this exported file/files or direcotry and but it anywhere and the ipad should run this presentation offline.
thanks guys
You can try to make a simple app with UIWebView inside and load your local resources into this UIWebView.
Here are some similar questions on how to make it:

Third
The way your clients are able to add the presentation files might be using iTunes File Sharing. And you can get these files from Documents directory
Hope this will help.

Download dialog taking a very long time to load in ASP mvc application

I have an ASP.NET web application that, in part, allows a user to upload (and download) documents. The upload isn't working very well either, but my download dialogs are having a serious issue and I have no clue why.
These files are stored on a share that is not on the same machine as the code.
I am attempting to send the download via a FilePathResult using the File overload File(location, mimetype, displayname).
When a user clicks the download link it will open a new blank page and begin the loading animation but will stick to this for a good couple of minutes for larger files (up to 25 mb) before showing the save/download dialog, where it then takes about 5 seconds to actually download the file.
I have hunted and hunted and so far the only thing I"ve found is that FilePathResult is supposed to not buffer the file in memory but instead simply hand over the file to the user for downloading.
Does anyone have any insight as to why it would take a good (timed) 5m 45s to bring up the download dialog on a file that is only 24 mb? I feel like IIS or asp is pre-loading the document somewhere when it shouldn't be, and even if it is that is way too much time for such a small file...
For reference:
public FilePathResult DownloadFile(int id)
{
var file = _fileService.GetByIdForUser(id, base.LoggedInUserId);
return File(file.Location, UploadedFileManager.DetermineContentTypeFrom(file.Extension), file.Name);
}
Its not much of a "fix", but I figured I should add this in-case anyone else has a similar problem.
It turns out that the people managing one of our network switches had some settings messed up and we had to submit a support ticket to have it fixed. Once this was done, everything worked fine.
Anyway, the issue was in the fact that they had our hardware running at "half-duplex" (1 way communication). I'm no network guy, this is just what I was told was the issue. I hope if anyone else has this problem that this might remind them to check with their hardware settings.
