i'm creating a Flutter native App implementing navigator 2.0
everything works fine in android simulators, even built and deployed to internal tests in play store.
now i started trying on IOS ( didn't have access to ios emulator before )
after many struggles i get the app working ... but i still have an issue
on navigation delegate
i have a pagelist on which i append various screens depending of the state.
everything works fine for 3 different screens.(the 3 most complicated)
and i always have at most 2 screens built
but when i add the last one, which is an onboarding screen for the first launch of the app with liquid swipe i have the following error when i touch the screen.
════════ Exception caught by gesture library ═══════════════════════════════════
The following assertion was thrown while routing a pointer event:
RenderBox was not laid out: RenderUiKitView#a395b NEEDS-LAYOUT NEEDS-PAINT
'package:flutter/src/rendering/box.dart':
package:flutter/…/rendering/box.dart:1
Failed assertion: line 2001 pos 12: 'hasSize'
════════ Exception caught by services library ══════════════════════════════════
A KeyUpEvent is dispatched, but the state shows that the physical key is not pressed. If this occurs in real application, please report this bug to Flutter. If this occurs in unit tests, please ensure that simulated events follow Flutter's event model as documented in `HardwareKeyboard`. This was the event: KeyUpEvent#2b4f8(physicalKey: PhysicalKeyboardKey#700e3(usbHidUsage: "0x000700e3", debugName: "Meta Left"), logicalKey: LogicalKeyboardKey#00106(keyId: "0x200000106", keyLabel: "Meta Left", debugName: "Meta Left"), character: null, timeStamp: 283:31:49.450445)
'package:flutter/src/services/hardware_keyboard.dart':
package:flutter/…/services/hardware_keyboard.dart:1
Failed assertion: line 432 pos 16: '_pressedKeys.containsKey(event.physicalKey)'
for debuging, i removed the onboardingscreen and added a simple
if (_searchScreen) {
pageList.add(CupertinoPage(
child: SearchScreen(
searchViewModel: SearchViewModel(_apiInstance, DbInstance(), this,
words: _words),
)));
}
if (_displayOnboarding) {
pageList.add(MaterialPage(
child: Scaffold(
appBar: AppBar(),
body: Container(child: Text('test')),
)));
}
it builds and renders screen but when i touch the screen i get the same errors as before
do you have any idea of what's the issue??
thank you!

everyone.
I'm currently in a time crunch to try and build an app in Flutter, and I've run into a slight problem. My app, after I implemented some code written by a colleague, is throwing a NEEDS-PAINT exception when I reach the TeamState state.
Here's a link to a Git repo that contains all our code in Main.dart.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
EDIT: Full error...
I/flutter (14688): Another exception was thrown: RenderBox was not laid out: RenderPointerListener#e1773 relayoutBoundary=up7 NEEDS-PAINT
Could be https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/27356
which happens when the text passed to Text(...) is empty.
Changing such code to
text?.isEmpty ?? false ? Container() : Text(text)
should fix it.
I didnt change anything but suddenly I got this error in my xproject and the app got stuck and thing the when I do simulator through my Xcode is working but not with physical device.

I have been trying to find solution, didn't succeed with any of them.
this error shows on my Xcode logged and not on my screen of the phone
Thank you so much for the help!!
I had the same issue because I unintentionally enabled Start Systrace and since it is a known react native issue... I was getting the error.
What worked for me was just disabling Start Systrace and restarting the project. How I do that?
Command ⌘ + D
Press Disable Start Systrace, that's it!
This is a known, unresolved React Native issue. There are a few workarounds in the GitHub issue, including:
Delete, and then reinstall the app from Xcode or react-native run-ios
Revert to the old bridge (instructions)
See https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/15003 for more details.
The problem
I'm trying to scroll on an Ionic App. I would like to scroll until an element is visible.
To test the procedure, I've written two sequential actions.
While testing just the first one is evaluated, the second one throws an exception Support for this gesture is not yet implemented.
How do I scroll, like a user would do, untill an element is visible if I cannot repeat actions?
Environment
Appium version 1.6.4-beta
Desktop OS/version used to run Appium: OSX Sierra
Real device or emulator/simulator: iPad Mini
Code To Reproduce Issue
TouchAction action = new TouchAction(this.driver);
Thread.sleep(5000);
action.press(150, 150).moveTo(0, 350).release().perform();
Thread.sleep(10000);
action.press(150, 150).moveTo(0, 350).release().perform();
The only possible, and horrible, solution that I've found is:
while( !element.isDisplayed() ){
TouchAction action = new TouchAction(this.driver);
action.press(150, 150).moveTo(0, 350).release().perform();
Thread.sleep(5000);
}
Hopefully someone can suggest a cleaner solution.
Question
Is it possible to set breakpoints and debug code executed by Xcode / Interface Builder's Live Rendering? That is, I am using the IBDesignable and IBInspectable attributes to affect the view as it is rendered in an interface builder storyboard, and would like to be able to debug "IB crashed" errors. I don't recall this from the WWDC session, other than the section on prepareForInterfaceBuilder.
Context
I recently started seeing a number of errors reporting that IB crashed when attempting to render my code. I ultimately traced it to an otherwise innocent line of code in layoutSubviews in one of my views that was linked from the storyboard. The specific problem that IB - when rendering live views, called layoutSubviews before setting all the view's child view properties (which seems like a separate problem, in and of itself). This contrasted with the simulator and device, in which the views were set ahead of the first call to layoutSubviews. Long story short though, it involved diffing a bunch of files to find the offending change. Suffice to say, I could have found the problem quickly if it were possible to set breakpoints and trap the crash.
Has anyone figured out how to debug and/or generally trap these problems, or is that access not yet available?
I watched the WWDC video again (§411 #22:00 or so). You have to
edit a view in IB, and set its custom class to a class in your codebase
set breakpoints as desired in your custom class
select the view in IB, then select Editor -> "Debug Selected Views" (at bottom)
Oddly, in my tests today, it is creating my view via (initWith)Frame instead of (initWith)Coder. This causes subsequent constraint configuration logic to fail as the sub views have not been set (as they would had 'withCoder been called).
(tools note: Xcode 8.2, macOS Sierra)
I had a very different failure than yours: I had a crash in code that resulted in an IB error in Xcode:
error: IB Designables: Failed to update auto layout status: The agent crashed
To debug this on macOS Sierra, open Console.app, and open "User Reports" in the right sidebar. Find the "IBDesignablesCocoaTouch*" crashes, and select the applicable one. This gave me the code-level info I needed to diagnose it.

I am using Prime31's GameCenter Turn Based plugin in my game in order to handle online matches. A problem arises when I receive an "invitation to play" notification from Game Center while Game Center's matchmaker is showing (called using the plug-in => GameCenterTurnBasedBinding.findMatch(2,2,false); ).
The app crashes and the following output is shown in Xcode:

I have tried disabling notifications through the Ipad/Iphone settings for both my app and GameCenter as well as through the code by removing all notification related code but this hasn't had any effect at all.
I know through debugging that the code in my function attached to GameCenterTurnBasedManager.handleTurnEventEvent doesn't get called before the crash occurs, and neither does the one registered to EtceteraManager.remoteNotificationReceived. (Both these function work perfectly fine otherwise.)
I have asked Prime31 and they have told me that the exception is a mishandling of the tables data source, and to file a bug report with Apple.
Has anyone experienced a similar crash/error while working with Unity?
And is there any way I can try to catch the notification before it arrives and remove the matchmaker or be able to handle the error from unity?
Any insight/help/comments would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks.
