AppSheet: I need FILTER the data and show each user the rows that contains his NAME - google-appsheet

I have this Users Sheet and the login process is working perfectly (if the user Email is contained in the Users list then the data will showup).
Now i need to show the user the data that contains his name only (Filter), from where i can do that ? and whats the code ?
Thanks in advance :)

You'll want to implement the Current User system in your app
This will allow for all sorts of advanced functionalities
FYI: you'll be better served searching for answers in the official AppSheet Community; it's been around for years, with tons of really detailed posts (full of good follow-up questions and answers)

Passing specific delivery instructions through to ChowNow from online ordering link

I'm helping develop an online ordering process for a local business, and they are offering food delivery to their location from specific partnered restaurants. The problem we're looking to solve is making the experience as smooth as possible for the user, so we're aiming to fill out these specific data fields to make the process smoother. They have QR codes on their tables, that link directly to their websites ordering page, from there the user can select from a few local restaurants, and are linked to their online ChowNow menus.
Does anyone have any experience using ChowNow, and knows if there is any way to pass off specific delivery instructions to ChowNow, specifically an address, from the link provided to the users from the QR code on their table?
We haven't found anything too helpful on this problem from ChowNow's official documentation or support. There are alternate ways that we have in mind to solve this problem if need be, but this is the desired solution from the client, and we would like to have stick with this method if possible.

Link sharing for Google Spreadsheets

I'm about to ask a very basic question, where I asked in another community group but didn't get any response. Seeing how much more active SO is, figured I should ask here.
I have a Spreadsheet on Google Sheet that I have granted viewing access to people. However, I also want to give certain people Edit access. But it seemed like if I changed the access type during the link share option, then everyone would be able to edit it.
Basically I want to share the sheet, but with the option of view only, and view & edit. And is it possible to grant someone editing access without having them to sign in.?
set your spreadsheet as View for public and then add people who are allowed to edit it under:

Method of integrating a certain persons Twitter account into iOS App

In my app so far, I have to implement all the Twitter posts from a certain individual into a table view, and it automatically updates when the person tweets a certain post. Is it possible to mention a certain individual e.g. #John.. If it is possible, how can I do it? If not just let me know and I will delete this question as it could be too ambitious. Thanks!
I don't quite understand what you mean. I do a little!
There is a quick and easy way of doing this! One easy way is to use Twitters own SDK called Fabric. See Here
See this link for the timeline stuff and integration to your app Documentation
This should help you out!
P.S. Let me know how you get on!

Web - Update app content?

I have a simple question and I could not find a good answer on every search I've made. I wanted to make an app about a company that helps poor people and children with problems. They asked me if I could do an app that would show their latest news and campaigns, and, of course, I said I would do it for free. But I'm kind of a begginer, and I don't know how I should retrieve the news from their website (or twitter) to my app. I've heard of JSON and XML, but I don't know if that would do it. I want an app that would have all the news up-to-date, can anyone please give me some advice and help me? Thanks a lot everyone.
If they have an RSS feed, you could write an app that pulls down the feed, parses it and displays each entry in a table row. You should be able to find plenty of examples on http://github.com to help you.

dynamic twitter widget id

I want to use the new twitter embedded timelines (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines) but how can I get the data for the right user by username? I have a lot of websites with users (>500) who have their username in the database but as far as I can see you have to give a data-widget-id to get the tweets from the right user.
Is there any way to do this by username? And if not, how can I quickly convert all my users' data-widget-id to the database?
Any help is appreciated
Looks like the best you can do is get a single valid data-widget-id and use it for many different user names using the data-screen-name property.
There is a discussion here from one of the twitter devs. The same one as #alex_b posted in the comments.
You can wrote same script for PHP, for Rails community this gits could be helpfull to get widget-id dynamically.
