I've created a .net MAUI solution on the Mac via the command line:
dotnet new maui -n "MyApp"
When I open this via Visual Studio For Mac 2022, it errors out because Xamarin.Android is not installed.
I'm not interested in supporting Android at this point, and the download for Xamarin.Android is large. Is there any way to load the solution without installing Xamarin.Android?
Is it possible to launch a flutter application on a remote mac from a windows pc like xamarin does with visual studio? MS visual studio uses xcode remotely to build and run on emulators and physical devices, can this be done with flutter in android studio or visual studio code?
At Visual Studio 2017 Pro on Windows 10, when I try to connect my Mac, it wants Xamarin.iOS 11.14 but when I click INSTALL, it connects to Mac and gets up to about 88% and then:
"Xamarin.iOS versions mismatch
An error occurred while trying to download Xamarin.iOS'11.14'
There were problems installing Xamarin.iOS'11.14'. Please try again...
I first did: File > New > Project > iPhone.. > Singe View App > Device Support iPad >
Restarted both computers, no effect.
I installed Xamarin.iOS on the Mac itself. Auto provisioning failed also, and I had to install that manually on the Mac. But now I'm building and debugging from VS on Windows to my slave Mac. Hear that iOS? You're now a slave to my Windows. :-D
This stuff is not downloading, can I manually download and add to Android studio?

Xamarin studio 6.3 is not starting in Windows 10.
With this I also installed:
Xamarin.VisualStudio_4.5.0.486
XamarinStudio-6.1.4.1
XamarinStudio-6.3.0.863
Ms Build tool 2013.
Ms Build tool 2015
Gtk #2.12.22
When I try to start Xamarin studio, it's not opening.
I also checked the logs. Only the message below is shown:

According to this topic on Xamarin forum, Installing a newer version of Gtk# solves the problem. (for me, v2.12.45 did it)
