how do I disable wlan0 hard block from rfkill - wifi

there are very similar questions to this one but all of them are solved by disabling some other wifi source by using modprobe and then reseting rfkill
in my case:
artixlinux:[rail]:/etc/modprobe.d$ rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
and with nmcli:
wlan0: unavailable
"Qualcomm Atheros AR9485"
wifi (ath9k), 5A:9D:61:C0:BB:F0, sw disabled, hw, mtu 1500
I've already tried to modprobe ath9k but that does nothing

See https://askubuntu.com/a/98719
"Hard blocked" cannot be changed by software, look for a wifi toggle on your keyboard or edges of the laptop; the device can also be hard blocked if disabled in the bios.
And:

FYI hard block also happens when the wifi is disabled in the bios.

Stardog on VM Linux Ubutu - memory capacity

We are experiencing performance problems with Stardog requests (about 500 000ms minimum to get an answer). We followed the Debian Based Systems installation described in the Stardog documentation and have a stardog service installed in our Ubutu VM.
Azure machine: Standard D4s v3 (4 virtual processors, 16 Gb memory)
Total amount of memory of the VM = 16 Gio of memory
We tested several JVM environment variables
Xms4g -Xmx4g -XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=8g
Xms8g -Xmx8g -XX:MaxDirectMemorySize=8g
We also tried to upgrade the VM with a machine but without success:
Azure: Standard D8s v3 - 8 virtual processors, 32 Gb memory
By doing the command: systemctl status stardog in the machine with 32Gio memory
we get :

qla2xxx - SNS scan failed

We have two hypervisor(Dell PowerEdge R630, virtualization environment: Proxmox), they are connected with an FC-switch and the FC-switch with the storage(dell compellent).
One of the hypervisor are connected via multipath to the storage and it's works.
The other hypervisor doesn't found the storage.

Check SAN-zoning and LUN-secuty on the array: they must define and allow host-connection with the array and LUNs on it.

My new laptop has an NVIDIA graphics card (not sure which one). I have freshly installed Fedora 27. However, I cannot get my HDMI or VGA port to work or even be recognized. I've tried following the instructions at https://www.if-not-true-then-false.com/2015/fedora-nvidia-guide/ and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bumblebee (as well as a few others), but have been unsuccessful thus so far.
Here is some output from various commands for context:

What is a fence-hang / handling fence / blown-fence error?

I had an iOS iPad app crash and got the following crash log from the Devices tab:
Date/Time: 2017-10-13 15:06:22 -0600
OS Version: iPhone OS 11.1 (Build 15B5066f)
Architecture: arm64

Reason: Fence-hang-Vocab: 505ms handling fence, blown-fence (fence duration=505ms)
Command: Vocab
Path: /private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/9F4A7C15-D23E-46C8-B724-84C57D83B455/Vocab.app/Vocab
Identifier: com.mycompany.Vocab
Version: 1.4.0 (420)
Parent: debugserver [1467]
PID: 1469
Duration: 0.55s
Steps: 11 (50ms sampling interval)
Hardware model: J71AP
Active cpus: 2
Any insight into what this error is and what causes it?
According to this Apple Developer Forums Thread, one cause of blown fence errors is due to high memory pressure.
The developer of the app in question might be able to monitor memory pressure of the app, which could be a cause for the app being terminated.

Xcode simulator not working error - could not load inserted library '/usr/lib/libignitor2.dylib' because no suitable image found

Updated my xcode this evening to 7.2.1 im running on yosemite 10.10.5
i've just started learning swift, and everytime i try to run the simulator it crashes with the error:
could not load inserted library '/usr/lib/libignitor2.dylib' because no suitable image found.
I have spent the last 4 hours searching online, there seems to be a few similar errors of inserted library missing but nothing that i can see that helps with this error. The full code can be seen below.

You could try
sudo update_dyld_shared_cache -force
I'm trying to fix my beta but it appears to be trying to get after an update and this is the solution I"m working with. If it fails you can try
https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/217232/trying-to-force-update-dyld-shared-cache-but-having-some-errors
I hope this is helpful
