How to add a custom button on Jira UI in Users and Role section of every project?

As highlighted in the attached screenshot, I want to add a custom button in Users and Role section of all the existing projects in my Jira instance UI in between "Add users to a role" and "Users or groups" in the pop up that appears on clicking "Add users to a role button". How can I achieve this functionality?
Can anyone please guide me on is there any possible ways to modify the UI?

How to add new "Platform" in Jira?

Need to add a new item is drop down in Jira. Did not found, searched for long time.
It's probably a custom field. Jira admins can change them
Unless this field comes from a plugin (Jira Server) or addon (Jira Cloud) it is a custom field. You will need admin permissions to configure a field. To add another option navigate to "Custom Fields" page, locate "Platform" field and choose a cog icon > Configure then click the Options or Edit Options link and you will be able to add new options there. Not sure which Jira version you are using, here you have a documentation for this for Jira 7.1.

Tag JIRA item descriptions and build Documentation

Is there a way to Tag portions of the Description field in JIRA items and then build a Documentation file from it? Or something similar?
Thanks
Use a custom field to store the text you want to appear in a report of some kind

Problems with jira permissions to step

Please help me with jira, because I can't find needed docs in off site.
I have workflow (my personal, not default) and have step "close task". How can I create the rule and where I can create there to see this button only admin user?
Thanks for the help.
(if not difficult, please write all steps)
From the edit workflow screen:
Click the transition "close task"
Under the options menu (on the right side of your screen), click "Conditions"
Click "Add Condition"
Select "User is in project role"
Be sure "Administrators" is selected, then click "Add"
I think this should solve your problem.

Jenkins - Advanced Project Display Name

In the last war update (1.514) the list of project names (under the "All" tab) has changed to list the "Project Name" instead of the Display Name listed in the Advanced Project Options. The Advanced Display Name still shows during the build on the node. How can I get it back to displaying the Advanced Display Name?
This is fixed in 1.515:
Display Name is not shown. (issue 17715)
