Problem Statement: We are in a process of upgrading our SVN from version 1.6.17 to 1.8.19. Now post migration our bulk (whole repository) check-out processes are failing (after running fine for some time) manually as well as through Jenkins. The Jenkins here is checking out the repository in a UNIX machine.
Please note that the Jenkins is not upgraded and version is 1.428. We have also tried couple of fixes based on our research but those were unsuccessful too. The corresponding errors are mentioned below.
Svn client version on unix machine is - 1.4.6 [collabnet]

I have a working internet connection, but couldn't able to fix the issue.
The issue looks similar to this bug mentioned under the Jenkins Issue. The status shows that this bug is fixed but unreleased.
Check in the comments at the bottom of the page and you can find that it is caused by firewall.
When launching the node (slave) I get the "Failed to connect error"
The node is configured to run the slave as a windows service.
There are total 3 nodes connected. All of them configured similarly. Just few weeks back the two of the nodes stopped launching. Happened after a windows patching from the IT department.
Is there anyway to figure out if there is any firewall or port issue?

You can try to disable IPv6 by adding -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true to jenkins.xml arguments tag.
I've found that this seems to be caused by some kind of memory and/or CPU usage problem. I was repeatedly getting this error message whilst building my maven application through jenkins whilst on a t2.micro ec2-instance on AWS.
The solution was to change my instance from t2.micro to t2.medium (small may have worked but untested). Not the best solution I'm sure, but I think the error stems from CPU maxing capacity - which was the one consistent factor when this issue occurred.
We have one Websphere Application server instance which went down with OutOfMemory and is not starting after that. The error message in the log below. Any urgent help will be highly appreciated. WAS version is 6.0.2.33

I think your websphere is trying to use SUN JDK/JRE instead of IBM JDK/JRE.
you can delete all instance of Websphere servers and then you need to restart it and synch the node , node agent before to check jdk version in your environment path in the WAS.
