How to get statistics such as the number of clicks and the amount of income per URL from my site?

I am using YouTube LiveChat Insert API to put some external website links into a user's YouTube LiveStream. The URL is inserted into the LiveChat once every 15 minutes.
Our requirement now is to get the metrics from these LiveChat messages inserted by the system into the user's LiveStream. For ex:
Number of Views on a particular LiveChat Message
Number of Clicks on a particular LiveChat Message
Average engagement/views data in the LiveChat Box during the LiveStream
I have already tried using the LiveChatMessages API to fetch that data but to no avail. I couldn't find any API in the YouTube Data or YouTube Analytics APIs that could provide me that data.
Does it mean this data & metrics is not available on YouTube? Is there any way to get such metrics from YouTube or some other service?
I am a bit worried about my impression counts. I have linked my search console to adWords account.
On Google AdWords account impressions are increasing day be day. Currently the Impressions on Google AdWord Account for a website are 17840 But in search Console it shows Impressions are only 12.
I am too much worried about it.

Hi There is a basic difference between google adwords Impression and Google webmaster impression. Google adwords shows that how many times your Paid ad is showing to user on any network like Search, display and youtube, it will not be counted by Google webmaster tool. Webmaster will show your organic search impression that how many times your website has been shown to user by google. Its a free practice. so

I need a higher daily quota for the Google API / YouTube API.
So I want to sign up for the free trial, but I can't seem to find any costs for that in the Google Cloud: https://cloud.google.com/pricing/list
Am I missing a major part here?
I had the same question and I didn't find a price list. When you enable a Youtube Data API in your google console you can go to section quotas for this API and set quota to value from 1 to 1 million. If you need more, you should do a manual request to Google through filling a special form, accessible by a link.

This is the Matched content ad unit with Ads, where Google will display content from your website pages with few ads of other Advertisers.
You cannot create such kind of ad units until Google will not invite you and Google invites after certain time based on the quality of website and number of organic searches, page views, visitors.
So please wait for Google’s invitation in AdSense meanwhile focus on your website to increase organic searches by putting quality content there.
