Correct Bank details in App Store Connect - ios

I would like to make sure that my bank details in Apple Connect are correct so I can receive payments.
Currently
Bank: Ceska Sporitelna (Czech Republic)
IBAN: should be correct as it is specific code
Account number: 548522XXXX (10 numbers together)
BIC: 0800
Questions
Should I change BIC to GIBACZPX?
(from what I found GIBACZPX is used for international transactions and 0800 for domestic ones)
Can I change it while waiting for the payments? I hope in case of incorrect bank details the payments will not be lost
I put my 1st app on the App Store last week and 1 person already paid for it. When can I expect to see the incoming payment?
Thanks to anyone with helpful answers !

How to know the exact amount I'll receive from Apple In-App Purchase

I'm selling products inside my app, that unlock items on my server. Once the purchase is through, my server needs to distribute the incoming money of the purchase to different parties.
The account that I entered on iTunes connect is a EUR account, so everything will be converted to EUR (from what I've understood).
Is there a way for me to know the exact amount I'll receive into my bank account (from the receipt for example), so I can distribute the money correctly, or does Apple simply do a currency conversion at the time of the payment?
Apple does a currency conversion plus tax calculation depending on the country it was purchased in. You can see the exact exchange rate in your payout reports in App Store Connect. More information from Apple here:
Sales and Trends estimates the USD amount of sales and proceeds based
on a rolling average of the previous month's exchange rates. Final
payments in Payments and Financial Reports are based on the exchange
rate used to convert each report currency to the currency of your bank
account.
Usually, distributing money to users before you get paid from Apple is a risky business model that's open to exploitation. Users could refund their purchases and you'd have no way of knowing until it's too late.
A safer option could be to log the unlocked items and source country the purchase was from on your server, then divide up payouts from Apple when you get them based on these figures. That way, any scammers are distributed across the marketplace as a whole and doesn't come out of your pocket.

Apple Pay :Is it possible to get name on card which is selected by user from apple pay tray?

I am working on Integrating Apple Pay in my app. I need following details to post to api :
1. Name on the card,
2. last 4 four digits,
3. type of card (VISA, AMEX etc)
Is there a way to retrieve those from the card selected by user in Apple Pay tray ?
You cannot get the name on the card via ApplePay. This is one of the reasons why a lot of merchants have resisted it. But Apple did this to protect users' privacy: you should be able to buy something without telling someone your name. If someone doesn't know your name then how can they identity fraud you?
If you want the customer's name, ask them, or have employees check their ID and require that the name be entered into the system. If you can't be asked to bother asking the customer to identify themselves, then, since the customer has not voluntarily given you their name, why do you deserve to have it?

How to get "Web Order Number" and "Invoice Number"?

I'll try to explain you my situation and why I need this numbers
One month ago I renewed the iOS program, I didn't received any mail and any message from Apple and in member center I have this message:
Your Program purchase is pending and may take up to 24 hours to process. Once processed, you will receive an email from Apple Developer Support. If you have not already purchased your Program, you may do so now.
I sent a message 2 weeks ago to Apple to get more informations about this and I received an answer yesterday and they told me:
In order to further assist you with your activation code, please reply to this email with the following information of your purchase:
- Web Order Number
- Invoice Number
So How could I get this numbers if the payment is not done??
Thanks,
Sorry if my english is not perfect, and if you want more informations tell me
You can get that information if you go to the store.apple.com (or the equivalent for another country) then to Account > Order Status.

A way to see the number of active IAP subscribers?

Apologies if this question has an obvious answer, but dozens of Google and Stack Overflow searches haven't brought me any closer to the answer...
We have an iOS app that uses In-App Purchase to allow users to sign up for a subscription. This subscription automatically bills monthly. In iTunes Connect I can see the total number of subscription transactions being processed each month, but I can't see how many subscribers we're adding / retaining.
Ideally, we'd like to be able to see:
Total number of active subscribers
Number of new subscribers in this period
Number of cancellations in this period
Any ideas on how to find this info - either from iTunes Connect or a third-party solution - would be appreciated. Thanks!
I received an email today that you now have visibility to active subscriptions. Log into iTunes connect, Go to "Sales and Trends" then select "Subscriptions" from the report chooser.

Apple Application Submission - Unable to fill Tax Info (Non-US Resident)

I did below for submitting TAX -
Submitted "NO" on - Are you a U.S. citizen, U.S. resident, U.S. partnership, or U.S. corporation?
Submitted "NO" on - Do you have any U.S. Business Activities?
on Next Page I am unable to change following details:
1.Individual or Organization Name &
2. Country of incorporation & 3. Permanent Residence
please help me on how can I modify these because the information in above colums is not correct. I need to change them, where does apple picks up these informations.
My applications is complete and I am stuck because of just this single step.
Thanks in advance
This isn't as easy as it should be, but if you have already entered tax information and wish to change it, you have to make a request to Apple via email, and they will tell you exactly what forms you'll have to fill out. I recently went through this (in the U.S.) to convert my personal account into a business account, and I'd imagine the process will be similar for you.
The Permanent Residence panel on the tax forms is not editable because it uses information from Dun & Bradstreet. It has the address when you originally requested a DUNS number
I suspect the other two details also come from the D&B record. If all three are wrong you may have the wrong DUNS details linked to your Apple ID.
You need to contact them directly - I just went through this on the phone with Apple Developer support and was advised to directly email appdeveloper#dnb.com
