Build libedgetpu on opensuse - bazel

I try to build libedgetpu von a openSUSE LEap 15.2. I've downloaded the sources and started make CPU=k8 libedgetpu and failed:
ERROR: /root/.cache/bazel/_bazel_root/24b4ccf868afbcf3a4d007a13f6e3a01/external/flatbuffers/src/BUILD:40:1: undeclared inclusion(s) in rule '#flatbuffers//src:flatc':

'/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/7/include/stddef.h'
'/usr/lib64/gcc/x86_64-suse-linux/7/include/stdarg.h'
Any ideas why it failes? Bazel is completely new for me.

Macos Could NOT identify C/C++ compiler because compilation failed

I am getting this error when trying to compile on drake macos 10.14.6. I have ran the setup script.
Bazel: 2.0.0

From the https://drake.mit.edu/release_notes/release_notes.html list of dependencies over time, Drake 0.11.0 is probably not compatible with Bazel 2.0.0. Try Bazel 1.1.0 or 1.0.0 instead.

Tensorflow Hub Build from Source Failing

I'm having a problem with Building TF Hub from Source. Can Anyone please help me out? I've been following the steps as given in https://github.com/tensorflow/hub/blob/master/tensorflow_hub/pip_package/PIP.md
I've installed bazel 0.24.1.
Error I'm Getting:
ERROR: /home/tf_hub/hub/WORKSPACE:17:1: name 'git_repository' is not defined

Bazel Version: 0.24.1
Python Version: 3
Tensorflow Version: 2.0.0a
Commands to Reproduce:
(env)~/tf_hub$ git clone https://github.com/tensorflow/hub
(env)~/tf_hub$ cd hub && bazel build tensorflow_hub/pip_package:build_pip_package
Expected Output: No Error. Build Sucessful
Latest Versions of Bazel Doesn't support git_repository (which is still used by tensorflow_hub), so Uninstalling Bazel 0.24.1 and installing Bazel 0.18.1 worked.

OpenWRT - Missing dependencies for package

I'm trying to compile this package using the OpenWRT/LEDE SDK, however when I try to compile it I get this error:
Package hostapd-mana is missing dependencies for the following libraries:
libc.so.0
libcrypt.so.0
libgmp.so.10
libm.so.0
libncurses.so.5
libpanel.so.5
libpcap.so.1.3
libstdc++.so.6
How do I fix this?

How to build DCMTK 3.6.1 libs for iOS?

I followed Russes' instructions found at http://forum.dcmtk.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3047&start=15
With a fresh copy of his "afab" git branch, I built Xcode project for x86 arch with the command line:
cmake -DIOS_PLATFORM=SIMULATOR64 -G Xcode ../dcmtk.public
or for arm arch with:
cmake -DIOS_PLATFORM=OS -G Xcode ../dcmtk.public
However, my Xcode project can't be successfully built because of, at least, the following errors:
List of Xcode errors on ofchrenc.cc file (for eg. "No class named Implementation in OFCharacterEncoding")
The compilation with Unix makefiles gives the same errors in my case:
Scanning dependencies of target ofstd

make 2: ofstd/libsrc/CMakeFiles/ofstd.dir/ofchrenc.cc.o Error 1
make 1: ofstd/libsrc/CMakeFiles/ofstd.dir/all Error 2
make: [all] Error 2
I don't understand what is wrong in my configuration:
MacOs Sierra 10.12.2
Xcode 8.2
CMake 3.7.1 (I have the same issue previously with 3.5.2 version)
GNU Make 3.81 (for Unix makefiles compilation)
Apple LLVM version 8.0.0.8000042
Darwin version of host: 16.3.0
Building for minimum iOS version: 10.2 (SDK version: 10.2)
I'm not sure about the first error message but
/usr/local/include/dcmtk/ofstd/ofchrenc.h:97:21: note: member
declaration does not match because it is const qualified const
OFString &getLocaleEncoding() const;
seems to indicate that you are mixing an old version of "ofchrenc.h" (stored in "/usr/local/...") with a more recent version of "ofchrenc.cc" (stored in your working directory).

OpenCV linemod not cv member

I try to install a ROS indigo package jsk_recognition for chessboard detection and relative position, I have opencv-3.0.0-rc1 on Ubuntu 14.04. When I try to catkin_make the package I receive build errors, quit a lot, the full report is here, but it starts like:
[ 73%] Building CXX object
vision/jsk_recognition-master/jsk_perception/CMakeFiles/roi_to_mask_image.dir/roi_to_mask_image.cpp.o

maskFromTemplate(const std::vector<cv::linemod::Template>& templates,
the problem seams to be with the linemod class, which in the online opencv documentation exist but in my case the compiler does not recognise it. The linemod.h header file can't be find in any opencv folder only in:
./home/elod/catkin_ws/src/vision/jsk_recognition-master/jsk_pcl_ros/include/jsk_pcl_ros/linemod.h
./opt/ros/indigo/include/jsk_pcl_ros/linemod.h
./usr/include/pcl-1.7/pcl/recognition/linemod.h
Is this module missing somhow my OpenCV installation or why cant find it in the cv namespace?
In my old Opencv 2.4.11 (uninstalled) seams to be included this module, but I migrated all my stuff to 3.0.0.
Any ideas how to solve it?
UPDATE
A very important observation is that the above mentioned pkg is for Opencv2.4 and I'm using 3.0! Some stuff was moved or removed from the new version like cvSnakeImage, which also appears in this pkg.
An other question would be: how to replace the cvSnakeImage or with what can be replaced?
Did you build from scratch (clean build directory) ?
You could try adding cv:: namespace into *.hpp
-<linemod::Match>
+<cv::linemod::Match>
And/or try adding "#include <opencv2/rgbd/linemod.hpp>" into the same file.
