CMAKE cannot recognize Cudnn whilte it's installed - opencv

I installed CUDA 10.2, and installed matching CUDNN, but CMAKE cannot recognize it while I try to install OpenCV with CUDA.
I already copied Cudnn files from bin, include, and lib folders to the corresponding CUDA folders. I tried several versions of Cudnn, but I still get the same error.

So, I changed the following line in 'opencv-4.1.1\cmake':

to be as follows:

Can't build OpenCV with dynamic library

I want to build OpenCV 4.6.0 with dynamic library, while even I checked BUILD_SHARED_LIBS:BOOL=1, the install folder only contains
these files
I expect there would be many dll files so that I can copy those files to Unity for me to use opencv_with_cuda in Unity.

One thing to note, no error during building while this warning comes out frequently, doesn't know if this relates to not building dynamic library

C++ code running in ubuntu much slower than in Windows 10

I have a dual boot PC with Windows 10 and ubuntu 20.04 on same SSD. I build OpenCV 4.5.5 with contrib model in both platforms using same configuration (cmake config). My aim is to compare the performance of c++ program using OpenCV ximgproc functions in both platforms. To my surprise, the code is running much faster in Windows 10 than in ubuntu 20.04 (almost twice as fast). Do you know anything I can tune the Linux build so I can get similar performance?
On Windows 10, I use Visual Studio 2019, with latest updates. On ubuntu, I use the default g++ 9.4 from repos. The test code that I use is as follows (remove all error checking for simplicity):

The c++ code is very simple, it basically calls the OpenCV function niBlackThreshold which is compiled by OpenCV’s build system. I get the exact same result from both platforms, the only issue I have now is that the ubuntu version is running too slow. I test also on utunbu 16.04, 18.04, 21.04 and the runtime performance is the same as in 20.04.

How to build OpenCV with contrib module?

I'm trying to build OpenCV 4.4 with contrib module latest version. Even I use the related CMake command, contrib module is not built with OpenCV. Also, I view the all of lib and include files of OpenCV after building, but there are no contrib files. I use this to build:
cmake -DOPENCV_EXTRA_MODULES_PATH=/home/goktug/programs/opencv_contrib/modules ..
Additionaly, I tried to build those with the same version number which is 3.4, but result is the same. Also, I use cmake-gui to do this, but result is the same. How to build OpenCV with contrib module?

Correct codec to write video with .mpg extension

I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the correct codec is to write .mpg format in opencv. I can successfully write in the .avi format using the following codec
fourcc=cv2.VideoWriter_fourcc(*'mp4v')
but none of the codecs I have tried for .mpg extension work.

Extra question now, how do I enbable ffmpeg?
OpenCV can natively write .avi but for other containers it needs third party libraries.
print(cv2.getBuildInformation()) and check if you have ffmpeg enabled. that's the quickest way to get support for obsolete container formats such as ".mpg"
to request FFMPEG for a VideoWriter, set the apiPreference argument to CAP_FFMPEG. that makes sure you get FFMPEG and bypasses automatic selection.
