Youtube API v3 category topics

Hey guys I'm not having an issue with the API directly, but with the documentation. I can make an API request and get the video topic details just fine, but I am looking for a master list of all topics.
According to the documentation the old style of topics that you can see here was depreciated in 2017 and replaced with Wikipedia articles. This is fine and a little better for my use case but I would like to get a list of all options. The documentation says
A list of Wikipedia URLs that provide a high-level description of the video's content.
which is not especially helpful haha. I think I found the Wikipedia Source for all music genres, and it looks like they are just using the "main" genres but I would like to confirm that. I also found this list of topics that looks similar but is from the natural language API documentation instead of the YouTube API documentation.
I could try and brute force it but that would require a considerable amount of effort with no real way to confirm my results. I also found this API but it just returns the top level categories.
I am also really only interested in the music categories.

Is it possible to use the YouTube API to automatically create a comment when a new YouTube video is uploaded?

I am working on a personal program to use with my Google account. I don't have a custom website or domain to use. Basically, the idea of my request was to create a personal bot that would comment "First" on a video as a joke between my friends. I looked into the YouTube API a bit, but I got differing answers on the capabilities of the v3 data API. I found the commentThread page but am also confused about its usage. If anyone could give me a basic idea on if this project is possible, I would love to hear it.
welcome to Stack Overflow!
As you said, you want to create a comment when a video uploaded. YouTube has provide the webhooks for this.
You can see the docs push_notifications. I think that is what you want. :)

Sharing text message to Instagram Direct

I want to find way sharing text message to Instagram Direct. I already find URL scheme in Instagram dev doc, but there is no one word about sharing to direct. I also check some third part libraries - nothing helpful. If sharing to Direct is impossible with using URL scheme, maybe you know another way for this. Thanks for all advice.
Unfortunately this is not possible but other alternatives you could try is to screen shot you text messages or copying and pasting your messages in Instagram direct and sending them.
I hope this has been helpful.

Upvote Youtube Comment With API

Hello guys i was reading google youtube data api But i did not found any way to upvote or like the comment on video. anyone have any info on this
Thanks
I think it's safe to conclude this feature does not exist for the following reasons,
The otherwise thorough API documentation makes no mention of this feature. I highly doubt youtube/google would forget to document a feature.
This question has been asked several times before on SO; all of which have no accepted answer (1, 2, 3). With the oldest question being 10 months old, it's very unlikely no one would have found this feature if it did exist.
Youtube is a common target of voter-bots and hence it would make sense to not offer an API entry-point as a first line of defense.
The official Youtube (android) app offers no comment-upvote option but only flag and reply options. If a comment-upvote feature would exist, you'd think Youtube would show it off in their own app.
Yes, you can like a comment, but only if it is YOUR comment. That means if you were the author of it.
Sorry for the short answer, but that is all there is to it in v3

Post photo to pinterest by API

I need to post a photo to my own board in Pinterest via their API.
However, I cannot find any mention in their API documentation of how to accomplish this - https://developers.pinterest.com/
I have tried to search for an approach but found only dated information.
The following script does exactly what I'd like to do, however I want to implement it via Ruby/Rails - http://www.nextscripts.com/pinterest-automated-posting/
Any advice or documentation on how I could implement this functionality would be helpful.
Thank you in advance!
You may find this gem handy, though its a bit dated:

There is a project, that helps to create pin automatically via undocumented Pinterest API https://github.com/v-pukman/pinterest_spammer
