Lua error -129 for most mediawiki templates - lua

I've been attempting to import some wikipedia templates in my local mediawiki wiki, but most attempts at using them end up with the same error. For instance, for the following code :
==Title==
{{Main|Title}}
(which uses the main template), I get the following error :
Lua error: Internal error: The interpreter has terminated with signal "-129".
No further details are available.
I haven't been able to find any occurence of that error, or even a relevant use of 129 in the source code I could find, and there is nothing generated in the Lua error log.
The Lua binaries have all been given permission to be executed, and I have installed the Scribunto and TemplateStyles extensions and a variety of modules, although beyond the ones advised for main, I don't know where to find a list of missing modules if there are any.
Edit : Here is the output of $status in Scribunto :
array(8) {
["command"]=> string(459) "'exec' '/bin/sh' '/XXX/extensions/Scribunto/includes/engines/LuaStandalone/lua_ulimit.sh' '7' '8' '51200' ''\''/XXX/extensions/Scribunto/includes/engines/LuaStandalone/binaries/lua5_1_5_linux_32_generic/lua'\'' '\''/XXX/extensions/Scribunto/includes/engines/LuaStandalone/mw_main.lua'\'' '\''/XXX/extensions/Scribunto/includes'\'' '\''0'\'' '\''4'\'''"
["pid"]=> int(17067)
["running"]=> bool(false)
["signaled"]=> bool(true)
["stopped"]=> bool(false)
["exitcode"]=> int(-1)
["termsig"]=> int(-129)
["stopsig"]=> int(0)
}
I am beginning to suspect that the issue may be that my server doesn't allow executables.

Read a list from stream using Yap-Prolog

I want to run a (python3) process from my (yap) prolog script and read its output formatted as a list of integers, e.g. [1,2,3,4,5,6].
This is what I do:
process_create(path(python3),
['my_script.py', MyParam],
[stdout(pipe(Out))]),
read(Out, OutputList),
close(Out).
However, it fails at read/2 predicate with the error:
PL_unify_term: PL_int64 not supported
Exception ignored in: <_io.TextIOWrapper name='<stdout>' mode='w' encoding='UTF-8'>
BrokenPipeError: [Errno 32] Broken pipe
I am sure that I can run the process correctly because with [stdout(std)] parameter given to process_create the program outputs [1,2,3,4,5,6] as expected.
Weird thing is that when I change the process to output some constant term (as constant_term) it still gives the same PL_int64 error. Appending a dot to the process' output ([1,2,3,4,5,6].) doesn't solve the error. Using read_term/3 gives the same error. read_string/3 is undefined in YAP-Prolog.
How can I solve this problem?
After asking at the yap-users mailing list I got the solution.
Re-compiled YAP Prolog 6.2.2 with libGMP option and now it works. It may also occur in 32-bit YAP.

Get warnings when programmatically parsing Dart file with analyzer_experimental

I am using analyzer_experimental to parse a Dart file into a CompilationUnit:
import 'package:analyzer_experimental/analyzer.dart';
var unit;
try {
unit = parseDartFile(path);
} on AnalyzerErrorGroup catch(e){
print(e);
}
The above code will catch any parsing errors encountered.
I am also interested in seeing any warnings associated with the file (e.g. 'Undefined name "foo"'). I know that the experimental_analyzer library has the capability to generate these warnings when running from the command line but it does not seem to be possible to get the warnings programmatically, without directly referencing classes in the src folder (which seems like a bad idea).
Is there any way to achieve this?
It's likely this package was very incomplete at the time.
There's now an analyzer package on pub and also a (work-in-progress) STDIN/STDOUT Analyzer Service aimed to help making tooling support easier for IDE extension authors.

Paamayim nekudotayims in PHP 5.2

I can upgrade php 5.2 in my server. I have to make this server work today (the vacation I have planned tomorrow is under question because of this error) with new testlink. I am stuck with following error i.e Paamayim nekudotayims.
What changes I should do to resolve it?
This link contains the file with the bug.
The Scope Resolution Operator (also called Paamayim Nekudotayim) or in simpler terms, the double colon, is a token that allows access to static, constant, and overridden properties or methods of a class.
SO may be in your codes you try to call static method or properties with wrong operator.
From Wikipedia:
In PHP, the scope resolution operator is also called Paamayim
Nekudotayim (Hebrew: פעמיים נקודתיים‎), which means “double colon” in
Hebrew.
The name "Paamayim Nekudotayim" was introduced in the
Israeli-developed Zend Engine 0.5 used in PHP 3. Although it has been
confusing to many developers who do not speak Hebrew, it is still
being used in PHP 5, as in this sample error message:
$ php -r :: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected
T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM
As of PHP 5.4, error messages concerning the scope resolution operator
still include this name, but have clarified its meaning somewhat:
$ php -r :: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '::'
(T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM)

Need help installing the GNU Scientific Library for Lisp(GSLL)

I use Emacs\Slime\SBCL\QuickLisp\Cygwin(new to Cywgin I know nothing really about it) I, per this GNU link http://common-lisp.net/project/gsll/, tried to follow these instructions under the download and install section:
"You will need to make sure that the libraries and header files associated with GNU Scientific Library (GSL) and libffi are installed; your distribution may name these libgsl0-dev and libffi-dev. Once they are installed and you have loaded the quicklisp file:
run (ql:quickload "gsll")"
but its not working . I get this error message in emacs when running (ql:quickload "gsll")
Unable to load any of the alternatives:
("libffi-6.dll" "libffi-5.dll" "libffi.dll")
[Condition of type CFFI:LOAD-FOREIGN-LIBRARY-ERROR]
I have quicklisp installed correctly i use it all the time so I know its not that ....I don't really understand this part of above excerpt from website(above)
"your distribution may name these libgsl0-dev and libffi-dev." Once they are installed and you have loaded the quicklisp file"
well I do kind of and quicklisp can't seem to find them with "(ql:system-apropos "libffi")" or "(ql:system-apropos "libffi")" also the website(above link) names these dependencies, I think here in this exerpt:
"Requirements
GSLL should work in any Common Lisp implementation and platform combination for which the following are supported:
GSL
CFFI and cffi-grovel, version 0.11.0 or newer; callbacks and foreign-funcall must be supported.
trivial-garbage
Antik
ASDF
Osicat
lisp-unit, (Optional) necessary to run the tests
FSBV, (Optional) necessary for functions using complex scalars or simulated annealing
iterate and asdf-system-connnections, (Optional) provides a convenient way to iterate over elements or indices of vectors or matrices."
of the above I have CFFI CFFI-Grovel,trivial garbage, asdf,iterate ,Antik(all from quicklisp) but still can't figure it out please help me with step by step instructions for Windows 8 64-bit with perfectly functioning Emacs\Slime\SBCL\QuickLisp\Cygwin installed and available...I would appreciate any and all advice..Thank You
Note: now of these - Excerpt from website http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.lisp.gsll/257"
To load "gsll":

cffi chunga cl+ssl cl-base64 drakma flexi-streams fsbv
gsll iterate osicat puri static-vectors
trivial-features trivial-garbage trivial-gray-streams
usocket"
I have all but Osicat. GSLL, and fsbv. When I try to load GSLL with
(ql:quickload "gsll")
I get:
Error while trying to load definition for system gsll from pathname
D:/Users/W/AppData/Roaming/quicklisp/dists/quicklisp/software/gsll-20130312-git/gsll.asd:

When I try to load Osicat with

[Condition of type ASDF:COMPILE-ERROR]
and quicklisp doesn't have FSBV.....Any Help would be appreciated.

Made new progress on this one ...I got past the:
"Error while trying to load definition for system gsll from pathname
D:/Users/W/AppData/Roaming/quicklisp/dists/quicklisp/software/gsll-20130312-git/gsll.asd:
Unable to load any of the alternatives:

[Condition of type ASDF:LOAD-SYSTEM-DEFINITION ERROR]"
Error Message when I ran (ql:quickload "gsll") in Emacs. I did it by downloading the LIBFFI tarball from here:
http://sourceware.org/libffi/ ..the link at the top of page.
then i followed this tutorial http://phosphor-escence.blogspot.com/2011/08/build-libffi-and-libyaml-on-mingw-for.html
to build LIBFFI with a correctly installed MinGW(installed at C:\MinGW)
I learned to install MinGw correctly here: http://www.mingw.org/wiki/Getting_Started
after building LIBFFI I added its path - D:\libffi-3.0.13 - to my "system" Environment Variables "path" variable:
D: is my root drive.
I searched the D:\libffi-3.0.13 folder in Windows Explorer by putting *.dll in search bar, found libffi-6.dll
and put it in D:\Program Files (x86)\Steel Bank Common Lisp\1.1.4 so SBCL could access it , the libffi-6.dll
was named in the previous error message:
Error while trying to load definition for system gsll from pathname
D:/Users/W/AppData/Roaming/quicklisp/dists/quicklisp/software/gsll-20130312-git/gsll.asd:
Unable to load any of the alternatives:
("libffi-6.dll" "libffi-5.dll" "libffi.dll")
[Condition of type ASDF:LOAD-SYSTEM-DEFINITION ERROR]
Jobs not done though...now I'm getting this Error Message, Which I will start on Tomorrow:
"Error while trying to load definition for system gsll from
pathname
D:/Users/W/AppData/Roaming/quicklisp/dists/quicklisp/software/gsll-20130312-git/gsll.asd:

Output was:
[Condition of type ASDF:LOAD-SYSTEM-DEFINITION-ERROR]"
Any help in the meantime would be appreciated:
;;;;;;;;;;SOLVED;;;;;;;;;;
A Tutorial link for it is coming soon and will posted right
under this point<-----here.
Here it is Fellow Lispers..I give you GSLL on Windows 7 AND 8: https://wnetai.wordpress.com/how-to-install-gsll_the-gnu-scientific-library-for-lisp-on-windows-7-and-windows-8/
and here is a link of GSLL Error Mesages and their Solutions: https://wnetai.wordpress.com/how-to-install-gsll_the-gnu-scientific-library-for-lisp-on-windows-7-and-windows-8/error-message-you-may-get-when-installing-gsll-and-their-solutions/
I'm working on a Database of Code Snippets for GSLL starting with Linear Algebra which will be on the same Blog as those upper two links so stay tuned here and on my Lisp Blog for those. Its basically a How to use GSLL Tutorial made with Code Snippets, Descriptions of the Snippets and Examples.
Your problem is that the development version of libffi (with header files) is not installed. There might be windows users on the cffi-devel mailing list that could help you with that; I recommend you post your question there. As far as the lisp libraries are concerned, quicklisp should take care of that and they are irrelevant to your problem. (And also, FSBV is obsolete and not needed; thanks for pointing out that the documentation needs to be updated.) (Also, emacs and slime are irrelevant to the problem, tags should be removed.)
It seems like you need to install those libraries into your system, you'll have to find the windows equivalents.
For debian/ubuntu : http://pkgs.org/download/libffi-dev
These aren't installed through quicklisp but through the system package manager, in your case you will have to find a windows compatible version and install it.
Any luck with getting GSLL to work on Windows 7? I've been trying to install the software and
have even used Dependency Walker to track any missing DLLs that might be needed but still have not been able to get it to run. I do have it running fine on Linux but I am looking to have it running under Window 7.

got SIGSEGV while calling 'require ("lsqlite3")' with lua 5.1.5

I had built lua 5.1.5 and lsqlite3-0.8.1. all of them run well on my RedHat Linux.
and then I ported them to my MIPS development board. lua and other modules (such as luafilesystem, md5, cgilua and wsapi) run well. but lsqlite3 does not work.
when I execute require("lsqlite3") in lua command line, it returns error messages in below:
lua
Lua 5.1.5 Copyright (C) 1994-2012 Lua.org, PUC-Rio
require("lsqlite3")
do_page_fault() #2: sending SIGSEGV to lua for invalid read access from
00000000 (epc == 00000000, ra == 2ac36144)
Segmentation fault
can any one give me any help to fix it? Thanks!
I got few progress in solving this problem, I rebuilt the LUA with gcc compile option '-Wl,-E' and rebuilt lsqlite3 later. I executed require ("lsqlite3") in lua command line, and it didnt print any message. I continued running some other database operation commands and found them all been successfully executed. As it seemed the problem had been solved, I should be very happy about it.
but another more strange problem raised.
If I put sentence require("lsqlite3") into a file, and then execute the file in this way:
lua file
it still printed error messages like this:
do_page_fault() #2: sending SIGSEGV to lua for invalid read access from
2ada054c (epc == 2ada054c, ra == 2abdceac)
If I put more database operation sentences into a file, and then run this file by lua. Lua can give correct result of query operation and insert values to table correctly, but always print error messages showed above.
If I run sentences in the file one by one in lua command line interface, it never print this error message.
It seems to give the error message when executing the 'require' function. But if I put require("lfs") into a file and run this file by lua, it never print error message.
I am confused that whait is the difference between the lua command line execution and lua script.
There are three places in lsqlite3.c where sqlite_int64 is used (never long long directly). When you build sqlite3 some type will be used for 64 bit integers; lsqlite3 will use the same type by including sqlite3.h for the definition of the type.
