Keyboard shortcut for code folding in Spyder - spyder

Is there a way to get a keyboard shortcut for code folding in Spyder?
Spyder 4 provides code folding, but I would like to have a keyboard shortcut (like let's say CTRL+m) to fold/unfold a section.

(Spyder maintainer here) Unfortunately there's no shortcut to do that in our current version (5.2.2).

How do I stop splitting my editor in Spyder?

I accidentally used 'vertical split' and 'horizontal split' in the Spyder editor (View->Window Layouts->Vertical split DON'T CLICK THIS!), now there is no way for me to go back. Does anyone know how to unsplit windows in Spyder?
Never mind, I found the answer when looking at the keyboard shortcuts (as that's how I accidentally split the screen the first way): alt+shift+W
I was having trouble with an older version of Spyder v4 on Mac, and I got it to work by updating to Spyder v4.2.1, right-clicking on the tabs in the panel I wanted to close, and then clicking "Close this panel" closed the split panel.

How to edit tooltip opacity in vscode? (how to change the intellisense suggestions transparency)

I am a beginner in vscode.
When I write code the tooltip annoys me, because I use divided screen in macOS
so I want to make the tooltips semi-transparent without press ctrl
like this image:
Try this colorCustomization in your settings:
"workbench.colorCustomizations": {
"editorSuggestWidget.background": "#ff000060"
}
The last two digits, in this case 60 are opacity. There a few more editorSuggestWidget options to change too.

I found it, here is a screenshot:
Unfortunately, that's a visual studio feature not yet available in visual studio code.
At present, the only option is to disable the pop-up altogether, in which case you don't get the hinting, which is not ideal.
There are a lot of threads on GitHub about the position and opacity of the tool tip (search terms like 'tooltip intellisense position' you'll find a bunch). You can add your voice there.

Select Text in vertical in Spyder text Editor

Is there a way for selecting text in vertical in Spyder3 Text Editor? What I mean is something equivalent to Alt + Shift in Atom text editor for example:
(Spyder maintainer here) No, there's no way to do that in Spyder, sorry. Unfortunately it's not so easy to implement it with our current editor code.
You can write text code in 'sublime' editor and perform all sorts of shortcuts there. to select matching text in the sublime editor, first select/highlight that text using the cursor and then press Ctrl+D as many times you want, sublime will keep highlighting matching text in the whole text file. To select all matching entries simply press Alt+F3 (in windows).

Rmarkdown Beamer presentation: Adding buttons and shortcuts in to jump to other slides

Does anyone know how to use shortcuts or buttons to jump to other slides? Hyperref I think is the latex command.
Example output:
One possible answer to your question is in this thread
it's said to use:
\hypertarget{label}{\beamerbutton{some text}}
to place the target then use elsewhere the command:
\hyperlink{label}{\beamerbutton{go to slide}}
to activate a button that will take you to the slide previously targeted.

Replace selected found text in Delphi 10 RAD Studio editor

Requirements:
We have a text in Delphi RAD Studio editor and this text has been selected as a search result.
What happens
On any change (Del button or typing some text) changes are applied to the right of selection.
Expected
On any change (Del button or typing some text) the selected block is deleted and then the changes are applied.
Question
How?
The behaviour that you describe is simply how the IDE's search functionality is intended to work. You are expecting that when you search for text, the IDE will select occurrences of that text. However, it instead highlights occurrences.
There is no way (to the best of my knowledge) to alter this behaviour, short of writing an IDE plugin to implement your own search functionality.
To resolve this, use Ctrl + R.
