Destination Entities are not appearing in CRM SSIS Destination Editor - ssis-2012

I am using Kinswaysoft to migrate data from OLE DB to Dynamics CRM (on-premise). Now in CRM destination editor, the Destination Entity is empty and it throw below error:
Failed to retrieve CRM entities. KingswaySoft.IntegrationToolkit.DynamicsCRM.CrmServiceException: CRM service call returned an error: An error has occured when retrieving CRM entity metadata: CRM service call returned an error: An unexpected error occured. (Error Code: -2147220970, Detail Message: An unexpected error occured)(Error Code: -2147220970, Detail Message: An unexpected error occured)(SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365, V11.0.0.7160)
In connection manager the connection with CRM was successful and still I can browse the CRM using the same username and password. Still not able to figure out the issue.
I need your expert opinion to get the list of entities in Destination Entity list.
UPDATE
Below is the screenshot of the issue;

Which endpoint are you using? I know that Kingswaysoft still view the WebAPI endpoint to be a bit "preview" as it doesn't support all features of the platform. I personally still use the SOAP 2011 endpoint until they tell me otherwise. I have never had that problem.

Oracle BI Publisher: Error occurred on retrieving data xml

While viewing a report in BI Publisher, the interactive viewer starts loading then displays the following error:
if I choose a different way to view (HTML, Excel) it works fine. I checked the permissions of my user and added all of them to the data source, but still nothing.
I ran into this and it turned out to be a BI Publisher connection permissions issue. The role of the person encountering the error was not added to the connection.

Project administrator cannot run workitem query

TFS team project administrator not able to run work item query, when tried through the web browser, page shows the error:
TF401349: An unexpected error has occurred, please verify your request and try again
When tried using Visual Studio 2015, the below error:
TF201072: A user or group could not be found. Verify that the users and groups used in your work item type definition have been added to Team Foundation Server.
Event log in the application server shows the below event error:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): error="600047";%:RebuildCallersViews: Connecting Domain User could not be alidated. at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection, Action`1 wrapCloseInAction)
I am using TFS 2015 update 2.
Note: Same project other users can view normal.
Seems there is something wrong with that user account, although this user is already part of a TFS group, but he still can't access TFS work items. Maybe there is some snag in the TFS identity synch service, and it's usually related to a specific collection.
Attaching and re-attaching the collection will force a refresh of the identity synch data, and will usually resolve this kind issue.
If above is sitll not work. There are also many other articles on the web which help determine the root cause:
You can check whether built-in records were missing in table
TFSIntegration..tblsubscription. Refer to the link below for more
details: A case study on TFS identity replication
Another option is check if the SID of service account is correct.
Replace SID if not, you can refer to this thread for the steps.

Power BI embedded Issue

I am trying to integrate the power bi report with our asp.net mvc application. So I found this https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/power-bi-embedded-get-started-sample/ article and followed the steps. I have successfully created the workspace collection and generated the access keys. And I downloaded this https://github.com/Azure-Samples/power-bi-embedded-integrate-report-into-web-app/ sample application as specified in the article and ran the ProvisionSample contsole application. I selected the 5th step and provided the appropriate values for workspace collection name and access key and it throws the following error "Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'". I looked at the audit logs and there is no error. Anyone have idea what causes for this issue?
There is an issue going on right now that is effecting some parts of the world. We are actively working on a fix.

Errors when using a WSDL based service with IBM Web Experience Factory

We are using IBM Web Experience Factory 7.0.1 for our project. In one of the models we are connecting to a WSDL based service. For that we are using Web Service Multiple Operation Builder. I have enabled testing support for the builder. But when I am testing by launching the model and try to invoke any methods I get the follwing error:
An error has occurred. The error message returned was: "Error in
method sd_WSMultiOpServicesGetOrdersGotoOperation. Error in method
sd_WSMultiOpServicesGetOrders_ShowResults. Error in method
getOrdersExecute. Error in method getOrders.invoke. Error in method
getOrders.invokeInternal. (404)Not Found".
Both of the Web Experience Factory (WEF) Web Service builders have an advanced input (checkbox) to tell them to log the requests and responses they're making/getting back. Check that checkbox then save the model and run it again (redeploy if not auto-synching the project to the deployed WAR). Then when you run the action that hits the web service, it should log additional debugging info into the deployed WAR's WEB-INF/logs folder in debugTracing.txt. That should tell you what URL it's trying to hit with the web service that you're receiving the 404 error back from.
I hope that info helps,
