While opening the project in Xcode, I require to import ZBarSDK(libzbar.a) & GoogleAnalytics (libGoogleAnalyticsServices.a )Everytime how to overcome this problem by importing just once.
First Delete the ZBarSDK(libzbar.a) & GoogleAnalytics (libGoogleAnalyticsServices.a ) from your projects.
Now add (Drag)again these two file in your project. Then xcode will ask to copy or set reference in your project. Just Copy it.
then Clean and build your project. Quit xcode and reopen it.
If then also it will ask to add these files, then you have to set path of this file in your Xcode.
Step: Click on your project -> Target project ->Build setting ->now search for Header Search Path.
In Header Search path , you have to set the path of these two file respectively.

I downloaded and integrate copy of MagicalRecord sdk 2.3.3 in my project.i am not using cocoa pods. why because cocoa pods does not provide magical record 2.3.3 sdk. but I cannot compile the My project. i am using Xcode 7.2. I get the following compile error:

Is the file visible in your navigator on the left? If so and the file is in red text color, then you can add this file by dragging it from the finder (search for the file with Spotlight) right into your project. If Xcode asked if it needs to copy the files if needed, check that box.
This issue happened to me when I accidentally left Build Location set to Legacy (I set it when working on another project). Go to Preferences (Cmd+,) -> Locations -> Advanced... and check if Build Location is set to Unique.
I embedded evernote SDK into my application but it was not working. Therefore, I decided to delete it from my code and removed all related frameworks and everything but after building my application, it is my code still tries to refer evernote SDK folder. I checked my "Copy Bundle Resources" and "Link Binaries with Libraries". Everything seems Okay. I want to remove this error without adding evernote SDK folder.
Help me please?
Try doing following:
Product -> Clean and build folder
Go to finder -> library -> Developer -> Xcode -> Derived data delete
that folder
Also, see if evernote SDK was ever linked to your test target. If so, you would need to delete if from there as well.
Trying cleaning the build folder. Drop Down the product menu and hold down ALT and Clean will change to clean the build folder.
Check Build Settings Linking section.
Check Build Phases Link Binary with Binaries section and Copy Bundle Resources section.
GoTo Build Phase > Search missing framework name > you will see same framework name also available on Copy Bundle Resources remove this framework from here > Done
I had the same issue after this process working fine for me.
It looks like as part of build, you have a step to copy that particular SDK and it's no longer there. You need to edit your build steps.
I'd like to install facebook's pop framework. I have a multi-project workspace which is not using cocoa pods. I want just the simplest, dumbest, quickest install.
From the pop readme:
"... you can add the project to your workspace and adopt the provided configuration files or manually copy the files under the pop subdirectory into your project. If installing manually, ensure the C++ standard library is also linked by including -lc++ to your project linker flags."
I added pop.xcodeproj to my workspace.
I added "pop.framework" to to
the project that needs pop (general > linked frameworks and libraries).
I added "-lc++" to my project linked flags (in the project that needs pop).
Added #import <POP/POP.h> to my .m file.
The result: "POP/POP.h" not found.
I guess I'm doing something wrong, but absolutely no idea where to start looking.
I set the Built Setting of my project, then it worked.
User Header Search Paths = $(SRCROOT) // recursive. Pop is placed in the directory
Always Search User Paths = YES
This setting worked for me:

I also discovered that the -lc++ flag actually caused a linker error. I followed the instructions in that link and removed the flag and everything worked!
You could try this...worked for me as I'm also adding pop as static library, instead of using CocoaPods:
Download source code from this tutorial, because we'll be adding the library files with quotes "POP/POP.h" instead of < POP/POP.h > and all files are already changed here, just copy/paste the "pop" folder from the example project to your project: http://tapity.com/tutorial-getting-started-with-pop/ You can alternatively change all files you already have inserting quotes.
In your project create a subdirectory called "pop" (File/New/Group) with another subdirectory inside called "WebCore". It's important that you create these subdirectories so they will appear as yellow "folders" (instead of blue folders) and Xcode will compile the files properly. You can check if POP files are being included in Build Phases / Compile Sources.
Add the respective POP files inside these empty subdirectories respecting the same structure of the source project (i.e. File/Add Files to "project" inside each subdirectory).
Now just #import "POP/POP.h" and start using pop animations. Doing this way there's no need to add pop.xcodeproj to your workspace.
After trying all of these solutions, what worked for me was actually was lowering the Deployment Target from 9.3 to 8.0.
Be careful of the order of your framework search paths. I had another project which I was referencing modules from that had a different version of the framework library and because that project was higher in the framework search path ranking it was picking up the incorrect header files too.
Those who suffers from it. My problem was like this,
I was having trouble with swift and xcode 8 build times. So i changed my scheme Edit Scheme -> Build -> Find Implicit Dependencies (Uncheck). I was not get trouble with simulator i was having trouble with device. So when i change it to check again it worked. And then made uncheck or vice versa.
This problem is getting me really crazy. Xcode is looking for a storyboard in my project in a differente location from my project. I tryed removing the file, adding it again, cleaning the project, etc but didn't have luck.

I could fix this bug by killing ibtoold:
$ sudo killall -9 ibtoold

Your storyboard is not in NSBundle mainbundle.
this problem is probably due a "Copy Bundle Resources" in "Build phases" problem.
For corrected it verify if your storyboard file is in "Copy Bundle Resources" for all targets. On project navigator select the project file select Build phases tab and check it is.
When you upload your file to google drive without zip, it appends the extension of .storyboard to .xml automatically and hence when you download it obviously the file won't exist.
To solve this issue, go to the:
[project folder] > [Project folder] > [Base.lproj]
There would be a .storyboard.xml extension type of file which you would have to rename it to the .storyboard extension. And hence your work is done.

I had a very similar problem and it took a few hours to resolve. Clearly xcode locked itself in some strange state that the project explorer could see the xib file while the compile could not. Finally this got resolved when I changed the Location in the File Inspector from Relative to Group to Relative to Project. I got this by comparing the project.pbxproj file in a regular text editor to search for any clues.
I encountered this same issue and here's how I resolved it:
Save a copy of the affected file outside of the project
Delete the file from the project, selecting Move to Trash to completely delete the file and reference from the project
Edit ProjectName.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj to remove all lines referencing the affected file
Re-add the file, making sure to check Copy items into destination group's folder (if needed)
Clean and build
I just ran into this issue running Xcode 9.2. I had copied my files from a school computer onto google drive and then downloaded them at home.
When I opened the files at home it kept telling me main.storyboard and the launch storyboard did not exist. The two storyboard files would display as xml, so they clearly existed, but even right clicking to "open as" produced nothing. After much troubleshooting I found a fix that worked for me.
SOLUTION:
Open your project folder, then the next folder named the same as your project. Open Base.lproj and you will see your two storyboards in xml format. Copy both the files, paste them into the same folder, delete the .xml and confirm the change to .storyboard. Do this for both files and you're set!
This happened to me after a git merge. I changed some storyboard localized files from one project to another and Xcode seems to keep on searching the file in the old project.
My solution was:
Edit the OldProjectName.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj
Search for the Storyboard name
Delete the references to the Storyboard name that appear followed by localization stuff (things like "Base.lproj", "es.lproj", etc)
Delete also the following localization entries (because they refer to the Storyboard file)
Clean and build
Repeat if other files keep throwing compile errors
For me I use xcode 10,
Click on the your project name (blue icon on left) > Build Phases > Under Copy Bundle Resources
Find the file, remove the duplicates if it’s there. Clean project and run again
I encountered same problem when moving the project to another computer. I followed below steps to solve this issue:
Open previous Main.storyboard file as Source Code, copy all
Create a new Main.storyboard file, Open as Source Code, paste
Delete previous Main.storyboard
Clean and build project.
In my case I found that the storyboard was placed in a group that referenced a folder that did not exist in the "Identity and Type" panel.
Removing that group and the storyboard, and adding it back referencing an existing folder solve the problem for me.
For me resetting the container folder of Main.storyboard file worked
I resolved this by doing this:
Open your Xcode project folder in finder, then find the file that you can't open.
Drag that file to your file path in Xcode Project (Inside Xcode App) like this.
Thick "copy item if needed" and choose "create folder references" and then click finish.
Restart Xcode
I could solve my issue, i really don't know how i did it but the things i tried were cleaning and building the project like a billion times, i hope this will be of help to anyone.
I just experienced this, and fixed it by restarting the darn computer. I found out more about it, though. In my case, my ibtool scripts weren't working, giving file-not-found errors just like yours. However I noticed a change in behavior when I ran them as sudo:

is unavailable. User domains will be volatile.
Subsequent commands would fail or return without doing anything. So! ibtool/Interface Builder/whatever is somehow using some other launching service to run itself, with some other username or privileges.
Could it be that I installed some tool updates for Xcode 5.0, and it screwed up whatever serving process was running? Yes it could :)
I experienced the same situation with Xcode 7 beta 5. Rebooting my Mac did the trick.
Goto Build Phases > Copy Bundle Resources > Check for the Storyboard for which you are getting error > It should be displaying as blurred > If YES then delete its reference and add it again > Compile again.
In my case, folders in the project navigator and finder were not formed exactly the same. The Main.storyboard was in \Views folder in the project navigator but not in finder. Xcode wouldn't let me quit the app, because Main.storyboard couldn't be saved.
Here's what I did, that solved this problem:
Identify which files are missing or misaligned in your project navigator and finder simultaneously.
Copy Main.storyboard and other files that are not in their right place to a safe location.
Force quit Xcode from Activity Monitor. Reopen Xcode.
Paste previously copied files in finder. Make sure that the folder order is the same as the Xcode project navigator.
In Xcode, from project navigator right-click to where you need to add files and click add new files.
Add files from the finder.
Clean and build.
