Size problem while making .Pst file manually - outlook-redemption

I am creating a .pst file manually by opening it in the outlook and add/copying its own folders containing mail items , just to exceed its size.
But after adding and exceeding its size and closing it from the outlook and close the Outlook itself, it was showing the same size as it has earlier.
For example:
i have " 1 GB " of pst file , i want to exceed its size to " 4 GB "by opening it in outlook and copying its own folder data or folder into itself.
but it was failed and showing same size i.e 1 GB after closing it from the outlook.
I just want to know why the file size not exceeded ?
if anyone of you tried this earlier, let me know.

Neo4j: Deleting nodes increased store file size

Neo4j 3.5.12
I ran a delete of 9.5M nodes.
Before the delete, the total size of all files in the /var/lib/neo4j/data/databases/graph.db folder was 9.1Gb.
After the delete they are 16Gb (i.e. bigger).
I understand this article, but my aim is to reduce the memory that the database uses and according to these calculations the dbms.memory.pagecache.size should be the sum of the sizes of the $NEO4J_HOME/data/graph.db/neostore.*.db files and adding e.g. 20% for growth. My neostore *.db files are now 6.4Gb (I didn't calculate them before the delete annoyingly, so I am unsure if this reduced).
Am I correct in thinking that even though the total size of all files in /var/lib/neo4j/data/databases/graph.db has got bigger, the RAM required will have got smaller as the neostore *.db files within those will have got smaller?
Also, I note that the dbms.tx_log.rotation.retention_policy setting for my database is 1 day. I assume this means that after one day any neostore.transaction.db files created by the delete operations would be removed and the total size of all files in the /var/lib/neo4j/data/databases/graph.db would therefore go back down again. Is that correct?
This is probably due to the transaction log files. Look at the Logging configuration section of the neo4j.conf file and limit the size of logs. Look at the documentation for more information.

How to upload file size > 2GB using fsharp.data

I followed this document for handling multipart form data
I can upload ok with file size below 2GB. With the size is greater than 2GB, the application sends nothing.
Does anyone have experience in uploading large files using fsharp.data?

OpenMap tiles raster download

I have downloaded the single purchase raster file of the Australia-Oceania from Open tiles. The download has finished but when I attempt to open the file using GeoPro or QGIS I receive an error message that this file cannot be loaded. Can anyone help?

My theory is that you have to open the file with the blob logo (second version of the file listed in the file browser) and since the data set is so big (6+ gb) it will take a very long time to open.

I open QGIS
I click start a new blank project and
then drag the .mbtiles file over into the main window that now appears blank
dragging the file with the grid icon I receive an error message:
Invalid Layer: GDAL provider Cannot open GDAL dataset C:/.../2017-07-03_australia-oceania.mbtiles: `C:/.../2017-07-03_australia-oceania.mbtiles' not recognized as a supported file format. Raster layer Provider is not valid (provider: gdal, URI: C:/.../2017-07-03_australia-oceania.mbtiles
When I load the australia-oceania.mbtiles file with the blob logo, it loads for a very, very long time (3+ hours). I have not been able to wait for it to completely load.
To see if opening a file like this actually works, I downloaded a sample .mbtiles file from this website: https://docs.mapbox.com/help/glossary/mbtiles/
Opening the version of the sample trails.mbtiles file from the website above rendered the same error. If I open the version that looks like a blob for the icon, it loads in QGIS right away. This leads me to believe the loading time just takes forever since the open tiles .mbtiles file is so big.
When googling large files taking a long time to open with QGIS there are several issues open for other file types. It leads me to believe this may not be different: https://issues.qgis.org/issues/19509

Split large log file (~ 72,493 KB) content in Delphi TreeView

I have a large sized log file approx. 72,493 KB.
While opening it even in notepad its taking 5-6 seconds, and more than 20 minutes in my delphi7 application.
I want to split the file in Delphi-7 treeview and want it to load step wise, e.g. on click on ..more.. more details from that log file should be displayed in delphi treeview.
Please let me know the possible ways for this.

Why am I sometimes getting files filled with zeros at their end after being downloaded?

I'm developing a download manager using Indy and Delphi XE (The application uses Multithreading to attempt several connections to the server). Everything works fine but sometimes the final downloaded file is broken and when I check downloaded temp files I see that 2 or 3 of them is filled with zero at their end. (Each temp file is download result of each connection).
The larger the file is, the more broken temp files I get as the result.
For example in one of the temp files which was 65,536,000 bytes, only the range of 0-34,359,426 was valid and from 34,359,427 to 64,535,999 it was full of zeros. If I delete those zeros, application will automatically download the missing segments and what I get as the result, well if the problem wouldn't happen again, is the healthy downloaded file.
I want to get rid of those zeros at the end of the temp files without having a lost in download speed.
P.S. I'm using TFileStream and I'm sending it directly to TIdHTTP and downloading the files using GET method.
Additional Info: I handle OnWork event which assigns AWorkCount to a public int64 variable. Each time the file is downloaded, the downloaded file size (That Int64 variable) is logged to a text file and from what the log says is that the file has been downloaded completely (even those zero bytes).
Make sure the server actually supports downloading byte ranges before you request a range to download. If the server does not support ranges, a requested range will be ignored by the server and the entire file will be sent instead. If you are not already doing so, you should be using TIdHTTP.Head() to text for range support before then calling TIdHTTP.Get(). You also need to do this anyway to detect if the remote file has been altered since the last time you downloaded it. Any decent download manager needs to be able to handle things like that.
Also keep in mind that if TIdHTTP knows up front how many bytes are being transferred, it will pre-allocate the size of the destination TStream before then downloading data into it. This is to speed up the transfer and optimize disc I/O when using a TFileStream. So you should NOT use TFileStream to access the same file as the destination for multiple simultaneous downloads, even if they are writing to different areas of the file. Pre-allocating multiple TFileStream objects will likely trample over each other trying to set the file size to different positions. If you need to download a file in multiple pieces simultaneously then either:
1) download each piece to a separate file and copy them into the final file as needed once you have all of the pieces that you need.
2) use a custom TStream class, or Indy's TIdEventStream class, to manage the file I/O yourself so you can ignore TIdHTTP's pre-allocation attempts and ensure that multiple file I/O operatons do not overlap each other incorrectly.
