Add Call Extension to Search Ads based on API call - google-ads-api

I am making click to call based ad which you might see in the above example image. What I want to achieve is that I want to show that number dynamically, meaning that when the call representative is available it shows in the ad but when the representative is not available then the ad wouldn't show the click to call button.
To clear this more: I want to make an API call to the server which will tell me if any representative is available or not.
I am using JavaScript for my front-end and back-end, so let me know if I can do it using that or any other suggestions are welcome too.
What I have done so far:
As per my research I can not this, but I may be wrong and that's why I am posting a question here. Thanks in advance.

No this is not possible.
If you have clear working hours for callcenters then you can schedule ad with and without Call Extension ads based on that.

Display notification to everyone viewing website

Im working on a website and I am not sure how to go about a feature I want to implement.
I have some user interactions and when they do something I want to display a message on the website (like a toast in android) to anyone who is currently viewing the website.
Im not sure where to start with this....Ive tried searching for something but havent been able to find anything that is what I want...any help pointing me in the direction as to what I should be looking into would be helpful
On sites where you want to show notification use ajax call every second for example, which check if there is some notification to show, if so then write notification using javascript to the page

Method of integrating a certain persons Twitter account into iOS App

In my app so far, I have to implement all the Twitter posts from a certain individual into a table view, and it automatically updates when the person tweets a certain post. Is it possible to mention a certain individual e.g. #John.. If it is possible, how can I do it? If not just let me know and I will delete this question as it could be too ambitious. Thanks!
I don't quite understand what you mean. I do a little!
There is a quick and easy way of doing this! One easy way is to use Twitters own SDK called Fabric. See Here
See this link for the timeline stuff and integration to your app Documentation
This should help you out!
P.S. Let me know how you get on!

Vicidial direct call in my web app

I need to implement direct call feature via vicidial in my web application.
Let me explain the flow to better understand what I need to do. user would be able to login in vicidial via a webpage of my app. then can call on any number by entering number.
Is there any doc or wiki available to implement this feature. Guidance in simple steps would also be appreciating.
Thanks in advance :)
We implemented something like that using a product called WombatDialer that offers good APIs and is quite easy to set up (well, easier than ViciDial).
See http://www.wombatdialer.com/manuals/WD_UserManual-chunked/ar01s08.html for an API reference.

Gem for creating a left/right scrollable notification viewer for web app?

I'm new to Ruby on Rails so please bear with me.
I'm creating a web app for users to trade cards and would like to include in the user's home page a notification section that shows relevant alerts for the user based on possible trade matches and other things like new messages. The functionality would require alerts to be generated based on certain triggers (userB accepts trade, trade is proposed to userA, userB messages userA, and possibly even incorporate sponsored posts). This will basically function like the "notification center" on iOS.
I've made a quick mockup: http://i.imgur.com/hQ3Fc.jpg (or if that's too big --> http://imgur.com/hQ3Fc) -- wouldn't let me embed image because I'm new :(
So the idea is the view will probably have 5-15 alerts at any given time (give or take) and can scroll through them using those left/right arrows. The alerts will be a basic message with a link to the relevant page, or for something like a trade rating have the message "open" to fill the viewer and show the necessary functionality.
Hopefully I explained this okay. Anyone know anything out there that might make building this easier? Please let me know if there is any info I missed in asking this?
Not sure I get exactly what your wanting to do but if I understand correctly this may help. I have used swipe.js it is easy to use, should get you started on a swipeable/scrollable interface.

Display twitter feeds

For an event in a couple of weeks I'd like to make an web page/app which display tweets from a specific user, a specific hashtag and all #reply's at the first user in 3 boxes on the screen.
However I've never tried this. I want to use either .NET (C#) or HTML/CSS/JS since I'm proficient in those. Are there any libraries/API's I can use? Or is there an readily available freeware/open-source app I can use?
Have you seen TweetSharp?
Use Twitter's profile and search widgets. Profile for the first box, a search of the hash tag for the second box, and a search of to:username for the third box.
I actually just posted this as an answer to another question:
I just updated a plugin to work with the Twitter 1.1 API. Unfortunately, per Twitter's urging, you will have to perform the actual request from server-side code. However, you can pass the response to the plugin and it will take care of the rest. I don't know what framework you are running, but I have already added sample code for making the request in C#, and will be adding sample code for PHP, shortly.
The plugin makes a call to statuses/user_timeline, but you will likely want to look at statuses/filter or statuses/search, instead. All you will have to do is add your desired parameters (hashtag, replies, etc.) to the server-side code and it should work (with the addition of your security keys and tokens, of course).
Good luck! :)
