I am developing a iPhone application with integrating Spotify SDK. I am facing some issue regarding premium account and simple account.
I am trying to play song with Spotify simple account without any premium account, but it always showing an error : "The operation failed due to an unspecified issue." and after same song play with premium account they play the song.
Spotify API only supports music playback for users with a Premium Subscription, although the error you're getting could more helpful but this is the reason for the issue you're experiencing.

I'm new to iOS development.I'm working on a music app that has provision for registered users to sell music (from web) and buy music from app.Means, registered users can upload their music from web side and can put a specific price for that music for others to pay and download.
My doubt is that,when i searched for it,i saw as per Apple guidelines,we can't include any payment gateways like paypal to purchase a function or service within the app.Here i think,i cant use paypal for buying a music of 2$ from app without using IAP.
But there are only a few pricing options available in IAP in itunes.
Then my question is,Is there any way to buy or download music with the price those music owners set for that particular music using IAP or using paypal or other gateways.
The price of music will be different as the one who uploaded it.how can buy those from iOS app.Please do help.thank you.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:
I am developed a call recorder app using VoIP service. It is not an application like other voice recording apps. We are not using iPhone mic to record. Our application records using a VoIP service to record the phone call. When user want to record their call they call our VoIP service number which trigger by taping on Record button.
But when I submitted the app in iTunes Connect they rejected.
The review report is:

Your app records the user(s), but still does not have the proper indicators that the app is recording, as required by section 3.3.8 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Specifically, your app records phone conversations, but still does not have an auditory indicator heard by all (i.e., both) parties on the call that the app is recording.
Next Steps
Please revise your app to implement the required means of indicating the recording activity to all parties. Please note that the recording indicator cannot be disabled and your app cannot go blank during recording."
But when phone connects to a number its not possible to show an indicator.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
When the app first rejected I add a audio "call will recording" when user tap the record button.
But the app rejected with same issue.
Second time I remove this sound and add a voice "your call is recording" when the call connects to our VoIP number.
But the app rejected with same issue.
What should I do now? Please help me.
My application have video list available for uesrs if user like particular video he can purchase video and once payment done he can download it.
My question is does it comes under in app purchase of IOS ? Can I use pay pal as payment gateway instead of in app purchase ?
If a part of your app is being purchased from within the app, Apple requires that you use their app store to charge the customer. This is an inconvenience for most developers, but big companies like Spotify can have big problems with that. Using PayPal to purchase a part of your application would be grounds for an immediate refusal of your app in the review process.
From the Spotify iOS SDK documentation:
"Please also note that streaming of full-length tracks is only available to your users who have a Spotify Premium subscription."
However, with the SDK integrated into our app, I can login using a non-Premium account and tracks playback in their entirety.
Also, using the non-Premium login, advertisements never play prior to the start of a track, as one would expect with a non-Premium account.
Am I doing something wrong here?

I have created a test app with In-App billing. Uploaded it to google play and sent it to beta testers. When they try to make purchase then they receive Error retrieving information from server. [DF-PPA-10] error.
We tried several accounts that are able to make purchases in Google Play. I did a test purchase with one of these accounts from another app and it works. But we always receive DF-PPA-10 error trying to purchase In-App in our beta tested app from different accounts/phones.
If we use account with expired card or without card then Google Play asks to enter card or PayPal. Once good card is added then we get DF-PPA-10 error.
I faced a similar issue recently. I could make successful purchases with the same card and account but suddenly it started giving me this error.
I am not sure why this should have happened but uninstalling updates for Google Play Store from Settings > Application Manager resolved that error.
