SignalR perfectly run on local database but throws exception on server database - asp.net-mvc

My code (SignalR) perfectly runs on a local database when I am trying to use with server database, I get an exception.
Code is here:
https://github.com/mewanindula/SignalR-SQL_Dependency
Exception :
An exception of type 'System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException' occurred in System.Data.dll but was not handled in user code
Additional information: Cannot find the object "QueryNotificationErrorsQueue" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions
How to resolve this exception?
Please help me out.
Thanks in advance

Do you have access to the database through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio? If so go to the Management node and Sql Server Logs and there you can see if there are any errors logged when you try to access the database:
The errors that are logged can give you a much better error description to solve your problem.

Delphi 2010 Class TraCoreModule not found

When i run my application it tells me that "Class TraCoreModule not found". I tried to google witch class this is or where it comes from but no results.
Can anyone tell me what module this is or why i get this error please?
The application connects to a sql server database and updates a few fields.
It also uses ActiveX to send emails.
I am using Woll2Woll.
I wish i could provide more information but this is all i have.
I tried to locate the error in my code by printing debug messages in a memmo but this does not help.
So i figured out the issue. The TppReport was corrupted...

Error when trying to delete build definitions in TFS web interface

I'm getting a server error when I try to delete build definitions from a project on the Team Foundation Server 2015 web interface.
The error message that pops up is:

I also get a similar error when I try to save changes to a build definition.
I'm doing everything with an administrator account on the server.
It's acting like the user has INSERT permission in the database but not DELETE or UPDATE, but I'm not sure if this is the cause and the permissions in the database seem OK (why would they be configured incorrectly after a fresh install?).
I'm using a local SQL Server Express instance. I'm using Windows Authentication for TFS, and I'm able to login with Windows Authentication and manually delete them from the database using SQL Server Management Studio.
I just did another uninstall/fresh install and I'm still seeing this error. Any insight into the cause or solution would be much appreciated.
UPDATE
A SQL Server trace isn't showing any relevant commands being received when I attempt the delete/edit, so it seems like the error is happening before it even reaches out to the database.
First, please make sure you have enough permission. Such as edit build definition . You can use tf permission command to list the realted permission info.
For example: tf permission /user:userID /collection:http://xxx:8080/tfs/defaultcollection
which will return the modified permission for that user under the collection path. Also work with server path.
Also add your user in Team Project Administrator Group and Build Administrator Group.
Try to clean browser cache and close the browser then try it again.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file, unable to access admin console

I have what I perceive to be an unusual "syntax" error (at least to my very rookie junior dev self it is unusual)
I have a WP website that was originally built and designed by a friend, who wanted me to help. After logging on and attempting to upload a new theme to the website, legendsofthestands.com, I received the following error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in
/home/kcsuperf/public_html/legendsofthestands.com/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/functions.php
on line 1028
The problem isn't so much the error message, it is now that I'm not able to access the admin login page without seeing the same error. My understanding is that this is due to plugins that need to be deactivated so that I can access the /wp-admin page. However, when I try to access the admin console via FTP, I keep getting the 530 login failed error message.
I'm not sure which route to go at this point, whether I should try and contact the hosting company to resolve the logon issue, or if there is a way to fix the parse/syntax issue without having seen the code (since it is a WP-installed site).
Any assistance is appreciated.

"Login failed for user" trying to connect to SQL Server 2012

I'm trying to get acces to a remote SQL Server, using SDAC.
(in fact I have to get access to the remote DB from android application)
What I've done to set up is here
The configuration string of the TMSConnection is:
Password=mysaPwd;Data Source=RemoteIp;Initial Catalog=myDB;User ID=sa
What I get is : Login failed for user 'sa'
I tried to change the remote IP with local ip, starting the application locally on the server, but the error I get is the same.
I know that it's not a good way for safe reasons, but I want understand where the problem is
this is the authentication mode:
then, the connection configuration
Jerry Dodge was right!
I tried to connect to a different server instance than I intended
There was an old instance of SQL server already installed.
Unfortunately the error message was not clear as something like "User name or password is incorrect" but "Login failed for user", that lead me down the wrong path.
Thank you all!

Adding a Team Project Collection in TFS2010

I’m trying to add a team project collection to a TFS2010 instance. The instance already has project collections set-up and in use, but when I try to add another I get warnings from the Data Tier Configuration. The warnings are as follows:
TF255153: Service is not set to start automatically: SQL Server Database Services:
TF255437: An error occurred while querying the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) interface on the following computer: MYTFSSERVER. The following error message was received: .
TF255437: An error occurred while querying the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) interface on the following computer: MYTFSSERVER. The following error message was received: .
(TF255437 is reported twice)
I’ve had a good look around, and found a couple of articles that implied TF255437 is caused by WMI compatibility not being enabled in IIS (TFS2010 is running on IIS7.5). However, this is enabled as far as I can tell.
Has anyone come across either of these errors before? The admin console seems happy for me to create the TPC regardless, but without understanding the errors fully, I’m reluctant to do so.
This was all caused by the "SQL Server Agent" service not being started on the server.
