I wanna start developing a mobile application for android, iOS and windows platforms (I am using ionic framework), the problem that I am facing is that I am based on Afghanistan country so how to create an apple developer account, since the application is for a business so what type of account do I need?, .
Actually, You need a developer account, Apple developer accounts are of two types.
Enrolling as an Individual
Enrolling as an Organization
While enrolling as an individual or organization you need to create an Apple ID and turn on two-factor-authentication in your mobile device. However, if you want to register as an organization you need the following
A D-U-N-S® Number
Legal Entity Status
Legal Binding Authority
A Website
In either case, if you want to register from Afghanistan or for Afghanistan, do not bind your Apple ID to Itunes & App Store or else you have to choose a location service that Afghanistan is not on that list.
--- If you choose a location other than Afghanistan then it will change your Apple ID location and also it will affect payment and shipping information as well. In this case, you will have zero chance to participate in Apple developer programs for Afghanistan.
NOTE: Do not bind your Apple ID to Itunes and App store, rest is the normal process and you can follow the enrollment process from this link ( https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/ )

We are planning to distribute our app to certain clients using iOS Private Distribution redemption links. I have gathered all the information from Creating Apple Business manager account to downloading the redemption links from the business manager account.
I have enrolled myself in Apple Business manager account, waiting for apple approval on the same. Before going ahead i have the below questions
Does each redemption link work only for a single user or multiple users can use the link to download the app.?
How do we keep the Redemption link secure.?
Can the Apple Business manager account gives more analytics on our app installations and distribution process.?
Once the app is approved and released, does the subsequent builds should go again apple review process? How does the user know the app updates has been released with newer version?
Each redemption code or link is only valid for a single user. It is the same as if you gifted an app to a user. Once they redeem the code the app is "owned" by their Apple ID. This is one of the major problems with using redemption codes for custom apps; If it is redeemed using a personal Apple ID then you can never remove the app from the user, even if they leave the organisation.
The redemption link itself is not secure. You need to consider the process by which you will send redemption links to users to ensure that they reach the intended user, such as sending it to their work email address
Apple Business manager tells you how many of your "purchased" apps have been redeemed. Once a code is redeemed the user can install the app on any device that has their Apple ID logged in. This is not visible in Apple Business Manager
The review process is the same as for an App Store app; new releases are reviewed as with any app update. Updates will appear in the user's "available updates" list in the App Store app and will be installed automatically if the user has selected that option.
Using redemption links/codes is not best practice for custom apps. It is strongly recommended that you use an MDM to manage deployment of custom apps to devices.
I am trying to upload my app on iTunes connect. Basically I created that app on client behalf and i am using my Apple Developer Account to upload that app. After uploading, the apple developers rejected my app with the reason :-

From Apple
0. 10.0 BEFORE YOU SUBMIT: PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT
Hello,
We still found the following rejection, while reviewing your app. Please see more details below.
PLA 1.2
The seller and company names associated with your app do not reflect the name, “H2OPool,” in the app or its metadata, as required by section 1.2 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the H2OPool brand. If you have developed these apps on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account.
Once created, you cannot change your seller name or company name in iTunes Connect. For assistance with changing your company name or seller name, you will need to contact iTunes Connect through the Contact Us page.
H2OPool seems to be a registered brand, and you can not use their name. It's just as they told you in the message:
that reflects the H2OPool brand
You are not owner of the brand and you can not associate your app with the brand.
Check this thread for your solution.

I guess, you need to create new account for your client. Once created add it to your account as agent. So for their product you will be developer.
I have created an application for my customer. We have published the application with my account. Now, they want to change the developer name as their company's name. Is there a way to change the developer name? Can I move my application to their business account so that Developer name changes to their business name?
Yes, you can transfer the app to other since WWDC 2013.
Also, you can call the Apple Support to change the Seller Name.
Here is a video about this: App Transfer Tutorial.
My apps initially appeared in the App Store with the wrong seller name. I don't personally own a credit card, so a family member who did paid my developer subscription. While my correct name appeared elsewhere, under Seller it showed the name from the credit card. I used one of the contact options in iTunes Connect to request a name change, which was applied within a few days.
On the current Contact page, the Contracts and Legal category includes Request Name/Address update. Try that.
You'll certainly find it easier to rename your account than to move the app to a different account. Here's what they say about that.
I sold my app to another developer and can no longer distribute it on the App Store. Can I transfer the app to the new developer's iTunes Connect account?
No, you can’t transfer the app to another developer account on iTunes Connect. To add the app to another account, remove the app from the current account and upload it to the new iTunes Connect account.
Note that uploading the app to a new iTunes Connect account will disable current customers from receiving automatic and free updates of your application. All customer reviews, rating, and ranking information will be reset. You will not be able to reuse the app name and SKU in the old account. If you have uploaded a binary or used the app with the iAd Network, your Bundle ID will not be reusable either.
This is only applicable for the part of the OP's question:
Is there a way to change the developer name?
The most simple way I found to CHANGE the developer name was by filling out a request on this page:
Contact Us Page
Then select from the option:
Enrollment, Membership, and Account -> Account Updates and Renewals
I just told them which names I would like to user, First name and surnaame.
Here is Apple Support email regarding same question;
As an individual you cannot change your first and last name, you can
only have your legal name appear in the App store. I can suggest to
you to enroll as a company, witch would mean you can use your company
name instead of your own name, but first you would need to check that
you meet our initial migration requirements:
You are a founder or cofounder of your company.
Your company does not already hold an active or expired company membership.
Your company does not operate as a sole proprietorship, DBA, fictitious name, trade name, or branch.
If you have paid apps, you have agreed to the latest Paid Applications contract in Agreements, Tax, and Banking in iTunes
Connect.
You are eligible to obtain a DUNS Number for your company: https://developer.apple.com/support/D-U-N-S.
If it is the case and you meet our requirements please feel free to
contact us again so we can migrate your account into a company.
If you need to transfer your app to another developer account, that is now possible. Since WWDC 2013, iTunes Connect now supports transferring apps from one developer to another, keeping exactly this situation in mind. Go to the iTunes Connect homepage for more information. There is also a video tutorial that Apple has provided on this matter.
Personally I wanted to changed my real first & last name to a company/brand name, having an individual account. That's what, as of 2020, Apple's support says:
"Developers enrolled as individuals will sell apps on the App Store using their personal legal name. There are two ways to change your name to a company name:
Have your company enroll in its own Apple Developer Program membership, and then transfer your apps to that membership.
Migrate your membership from an individual to an organization."
My apple account is a personal account and currently the developer name under my app name is my name. I would like to change it to our studio name, is this possible if my account is personal account? and How to do this?
You need to contact Apple Support to change developer name. check this link , Account Management
Apple's contactsupport :- How to Contact Us
You can also transfer your app to another account.
Can I transfer my app to another account?
Yes. Use iTunes Connect to transfer qualifying apps to another account
in case of an acquisition, asset purchase, or other similar situation.
When you transfer an app, it will remain available on the App Store or
Mac App Store, all ratings and reviews will carry over, and users will
continue to have access to future updates. To learn more about
transferring apps, sign in to iTunes Connect.

My company develops Apps for different clients say ClientA, ClientB, and ClientC. I already have my company's iOS developer program setup and have Apps for ClientA. Now I want to develop an Apps for ClientB and ClientC, and want to keep their App selling and Bank accounts separate. If I create new iOS developer programs, when people clicks more Apps from this Developer, it won't displayed ClientA, ClientB and ClientC all together. Am I right? Can someone please help me here?
Client B and Client C will require their own accounts which you could use to publish their apps on their behalf
You must be create new Apple Developer Account for clientB and clientC. and publish your app with this new account.
When user clicks more Apps from this Developer, it'll display the name of the app's provision profile's developer account only.
if you want to list the number of apps developed by your company means, Open one developer account with our company name and use in your company app.
If you want to keep the bank accounts for each client's app separate, then you have to use a separate iOS developer account for each client, and you can not list apps under your own individual name. Apple does not recognize non-incorporated partnerships, only individuals and companies.
Choose one or the other. (Or forget developing for Apple's iOS App store).
