I'm trying to use the GETPIVOTDATA function to recreate a column from the pivot table in a new sheet.
I used the formula:
=GETPIVOTDATA("SUM of Ut", 'Pivot Table 1')
I also tried
=GETPIVOTDATA("SUM of Ut", 'Pivot Table 1'!A1)
The column I want to recreate is called 'SUM av Ut' and everything can be found here:

Your spreadsheet use comma as decimal separator and semicolon as argument separator.
To solve the problem, on your formula replace the comma by a semicolon

The formula I have come up with is very close to what I need, but "linkText" is a placeholder for the value of the array item. Here is my formula:

Drag down to column.
Result:
First using SPLIT to split the strings between comma from the column A. Then using SUBSTITUTE to find the string "linkText" from the text in B1 and replace it with the strings from the returned strings from the split function. Then joining them all together.
NOTE: Just keep the reference string in a fixed cell in your sheet. <a href='https://samplewebsite.com/search?q=linkText'>linkText</a> to be used in the formula. As seen in above screenshot it is fixed in cell B1.
Alternate Solution using ArrayFormula:
You can also use it with arrayformula so you only have to put it in the first row and no need to drag down the formula to the column, it will automatically be expanded down just make sure to clear the cells below or it will throw an error.

Trying to break apart rows containing numbers like "198,183,158,315,274" by their comma, and then average them out and divide them by a singular number; using arrayformula. It only produces one row of result and it's incorrect though?

Trying to find a particular string in a google sheet column (column A) and return the value of the cell directly to the right (column B). If tried the following, but keep getting a Formula parse error. Please advise:

That formula looks right to me, but if you could take a screenshot of how you wrote the formula that would be helpful. Usually formula parsing issues happen when you use a semicolon instead of a comma or have an extra parenthesis or a quote in the wrong place.
I am trying to use substitute function inside a query function but not able to find the correct syntax to do that. My use case is as follows.
I have two columns Name and Salary. Values in these columns have comas ',' in them. I want to import these two columns to a new spreadsheet but replace comas in "Salary" column with empty string and retain comas in "Name" column. I also want to apply value function to "Salary" column after removing comas to do number formatting.
I tried with the following code but it is replacing comas in both the columns. I want a code which can apply the substitute function only to a subset of columns.

Based on your suggestions, I was able to achieve the objective by treating columns separately. Below is the code.

Basically, two IMPORTRANGE functions side by side for each column.
The same query on the actual data with 10 columns will look like this.

I used 3 IMPORTRANGE functions so that I can format the columns D to H by removing comas and changing them to number.
My suggestion is to use 2 formulas and more space in your sheets.
Formula #1: get the data and replace commas:
=arrayformula(SUBSTITUTE(IMPORTRANGE(Address,"Sheet1!A2:B5"),",",""))
Formula #2: to convert text into numbers:
=arrayformula (range_of_text_to_convert * 1)
Notes:
using 2 formulas will need extra space, but will speed up formulas (importrange is slow)
the second formula uses math operation (*1) which is the same as value formula.
Try this. I treats the columns separately.

That removed all the text I didn't need in specific columns.
I'm trying to use the JOIN function to concatenate all the values of a column using a space and the at-sign (" #") as a delimiter. I'm receiving a Formula Parse Error when using the following text:
=JOIN(" #",!A2:A)
The referenced column is completely empty right now. Is that what's causing it not to function? If so, is there another way I can concatenate a row with a delimiter that will function even when some of the referenced cells are empty?
If it helps here is a link to the spreadsheet. The "Buyers Pinglist" is the one I need help with.

You could wrap the formula in an IFERROR if you don't want the #N/A to show:
= IFERROR(JOIN( " #" ," ", FILTER(B3:B, NOT(B3:B = "") )))
The formula seems to work as soon as a value is added to the 'Buyers' tab - the issue is that when the column B is completely empty then there is no data returned by the FILTER and hence nothing for the formula to JOIN
