Al realizar el proceso de 'Archive' se da compilación correctamente pero el entorno se cierra inesperadamente y por tanto no se genera el archive lo cual impide continuar con el proceso en testFlight.

I didn't understood the real cause of the problem, I've searched for jscript9.dll and found that it could have been something related to the welcome page, so I've disabled the WelcomePage from the registry and temporarly avoided the problem.
Today it has started to crash again, with a very similar error, on displaying the functions hint.

I found a way to avoid the IDE crash, but I'm still looking for a real solution...
In Tools -> Options -> Editor Options -> Code Insight:
I've disabled the "Tooltip help insight" checkbox and the crash has been avoided (But obviously, I have no tooltip now....)
Background
I'm using RAD Studio XE2 with dbExpress, trying to retrieve a result set from a stored procedure residing on a DB2 for IBM i (AS/400).
Has dbExpress driver for AS/400 I use Peter Sawatzki's (seems to be the official one).
The procedure has one smallint parameter. I query it with CALL MYPROC(1) in a TSQLQuery.

When I activate the TSQLQuery I get

In Italian it says server CCSID is 1144, while client CCSID is 0, which is not allowed.
What I tried
So I tried to set it using ServerCharSet parameter, inspired by driver readme file, which uses 424,1255 for Hebrew. I have an Italian system with character set 695 and code page 1144. I tried many combinations for ServerCharSet parameter, but the best I obtained was 2 new errors:

How can I properly set client CCSID?
The documentation shows from and a to character set. Just setting ServerCharSet to 37 works for me:

I want my YAML parser in my Rails app to tell me where it trips up.
Often, after adding a lot of content to a YAML file I get this error in my rails app:
Can not load translation from /path/to/rails/app/config/locales/en.yml, expected it to return a hash, but does not
I want to know how I can debug this error so that it might tell me a line as to where I am failing. Right now my strategy consists of looking at the file and trying to find the mistake.
The trace through the application is no more descriptive and only tells me that the YAML parser was running.
Is it possible for the parser to tell where it is choking?

I've developed a Windows Service coded in Delphi 2010, using ADO component. (with CoInitialize/CoUnintialize).
On my station (OS:Windows 7) , the service works fine.
(executing a sql requests on a database every minute (using a Timer) and sending text files by ftp)
But on the server (OS Windows server 2003), the service excutes the actions only one time, and then nothing more append, the service is apparently and correctly "Starded" in the service manager, but it don't do anything...It generates every minute this error in the

you can maybe try to run the core of your code: (timer + query), as a non Windows service, on win 2003.
You will check if the error is due to win 2003 compatibility or rights on services.
Are you sure the DataSource (ODBC DSN or somehing else?) is OK in your w2003 machine?
you can maybe test it in a non win service too.
