I'm unable to set hindi as a locale in VSCode.
I know that it is added in the list of community driven languages as suggested in

However, I can't understand how to include and use it in VSCode.
Kindly help with the steps required to add the same.
Btw, there is no hindi language pack available in the marketplace,is there some other way to get it?
As far as it stands there is no other way to get it other than marketplace unless the following is published as stated here on point no. 5:
After translation coverage reach 50% and below files are fully localized, we will publish language pack of this language in Marketplace. We encourage community members to publish language pack by yourself.

I already know that there are localization tools like TsiLang, TLanguages, DKLang and so (I already rely on them) but I wanted to try this built in feature.
All you need to do is to compile and build the whole group not just the project, you can find this under:
Project > Compile All Projects
Project > Build All Projects
Then run your project again, it should run the language you have been set as Active
Today, I wanted to create a Setup file for Project in VS Community 2017. When I import file .sln in Advanced Installer 11.1. I receive notification from Advanced Installer.
Latest Version: Not my exertise, but off the top of my head: 1)The first thing you might want to do is to download the latest version of Advanced Installer (15.0.1 at the time of writing), to see if this solves the whole problem.
Language Issue?: If that doesn't solve things (which it just might do), then 2) I suppose this may have to do with the language. It looks like you have a Vietnamese VS project? That Advanced Installer project you show is set to "English" (look at title bar - it says "English US"). Maybe check the view "Translations". It does not look like Vietnamese is one of the supported, built-in languages for Advanced Installer (as of now). Towards the top right, select "All" in the "Show" box and select Vietnamese.
Path Issue?: 3) Perhaps also try to copy the VS project to a path which does not have Vietnamese character in the file and path name? Then try to run the import again.
VS Project Issue?: 4) Perhaps there are weird characters inside the VS Project that cause the problems? I guess there certainly are characters in there that are not normal, Western characters in your case.
Advanced Installer Community: That was just a couple of thoughts off the top of my head - essentially all about language and encoding, there could obviously be further issues. Also reminding you of the Advanced Installer Community Forums. Please try your luck there if you don't get any good answers here.

I have an MVC application that uses .NET 4.5. I debug it locally and then I publish it to a remote server. The local copy has validation messages in polish, but the remote one has them in english. I've added <globalization culture="pl-PL" uiCulture="pl-PL" /> hoping it will fix the issue, but outside of switching inputs/displays to localized date and float format, nothing changed.
After that I have manually set in IIS' site setting .NET Globalization both Culture and UI Culture to Polish (Poland) (pl-PL) (both of those were set to neutral for some reason) and made sure that Enable Client Based Culture is set to false. That didn't help either (even after restarting the site).
I've seen this problem mentioned a number of times on the internet, but with no working solutions. Nonetheless, one of the threads that I found about the problem suggested that .NET 4.5 is missing the proper language pack. This would seem like an easy problem to fix, yet I have found it impossible to install any language pack on my remote server.
The remote server is running on Windows Server 2012 (seems to be the english version). When I try to install .NET 4.5 language pack I get an error message saying that .NET 4.5 is already installed.
I also found language pack for .NET 4.5.1, but this one also greets me with an error. This time it's a different error though, it says that my system language is incompatible with the language pack's language and I need to either switch my OS to different language or install a language pack. I checked control panel if it is perhaps possible to switch the OS language, but as expected I can't really do that. As for language packs for Windows Server 2012, there is one, but it isn't available for mere mortals. It's only available for members of Microsoft Partner Network program.
Has anyone had the same problem and resolved it or can anyone give me some clues as to what I'm doing wrong here?
Since the fix was preformed by someone else, I cannot describe the exact process, but I'm reposting the general instructions as an answer.
Contrary to what I believed, it appears that it is possible to change the language of Windows Server 2012 in control panel, it's just the option wasn't very obvious to me. Switching this option makes the system do a big patch which might leave you with no .Net runtimes (and possibly other libraries, system tools). Although you might be forced to reinstall those, thankfully you should be able to do so in the language of your choice. When I have time to test it further, I'll post more info as an answer.
For now, if you have a similar problem,
Try going to "Control panel"
Open "Clock, Language, and Region" section
And then the "Language" subsection
Within this section make sure the language, that you want your .Net (and validation messages) to be in, is there.
If it's not, just add it and follow to the next step:
Click on the "options" hyperlink(like) button (on the right of your language row)
Wait for the "Windows display language" section to load (previously I didn't bother to do so and missed the next option as a result)
Pick the "Download and install language pack" option and follow with the installation (it might take a while)
After doing this, it should be possible to install the correct language pack for your .Net.
I am using FindBugs to generate a report for my application by using Ant target. In the report, it is mixed with french and english. Does anybody know to generate a report only with english?

If you use the downloaded version of findbugs, you can just invoke it with
LANG="C" ./findbugs
Or however you start it, the LANG="C" has to be in the environment. This should work on most (all?) operating systems. There is some documentation about the i18n environment variables at the Open Group. An example how to do this with Ant is available here:

Waldheinz's answer may work for you. The more general answer is that you probably need to change the locale that FindBugs is running in. The way to do this depends on how you're running it (command line, or from eclipse, or from ant...) and what operating system you're using. This page may provide you with the rest of the info you need - but probably not. If not, provide specifics.
Is there a translation/localization sub-project for the JEDI Code Library?
I'm especially looking for German, French and Italian versions of JclResources.pas and JclVclResources.pas (and might be able to contribute to a German translation myself). Is anything like that already in the works or did I even just fail to find it in the original sources?

Localizing
If you speak another language than english, you can contribute by translating the texts in JVCL into other language(s) you know.
Translating JVCL is a matter of creating a copy of the jvcl.po file in the \locale folder of the JVCL installation and translate it using poEdit (http://poedit.sourceforge.net). Once you are done, you can upload the translated po file to either our bug tracker or to the jedi.binaries newsgroup and a JVCL developer will take care of adding it to CVS.
As far as I have been able to determine there are no translated resource strings available to date.
