Connection refused trying to get account info in Solana

solana account <address>
When I get account info, I have this error:
Error: RPC request error: cluster version query failed: error sending request for url (http://localhost:8899/): error trying to connect: tcp connect error: Connection refused (os error 111)
The error is indicating that the CLI RpcClient can not communicate with the Solana validator.
This is usually caused by not having solana-test-validator running in another terminal. Many make the mistake of thinking that the localhost is running the validator all the time... it's not.
In one terminal do: solana-test-validator which will startup up the local validator
Open a second terminal and do solana account - This will return account info for the default keypair
It's a network connection problem.
I use ubuntu 20.04, I was using windscribe VPN because my location and got the error, now I'm using psiphon VPN and it's working fine.

for the socket to be ready for a write\", code: 0))"

I tried to connect after some time again too, Once its failed but still it's giving me same error.
I tried your code, it's working fine. the only change I have made is your socket server URL
before it was ws://192.168.1.2:8080
and I have updated with "http://192.168.1.41:8080" //41 is my IP. you can use yours
just changed ws with http.

Connection refused on client and server, both are on MAC

I am using Mac book and having client and server running on same machine. Server opens socket whenever it has to send command to Client. Problem is Client opens socket at startup but whenever server opens on . Ip adress is different. I would like to know if i create tunnel between these 2 sockets. Right now, while in server i am getting "Connection refused" error.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Just use 127.0.0.1 loopback address for testing your initial socket code. Server bind()s and listen()s on some known port, client connect()s to it. Once you figure out that setup you can move on to routing between real addresses.

The system returned: (110) Connection timed out

when i open my website it's shows
Connection to 173.0.139.119 failed.
