HttpContext.Current.Request.Files is randomly null when sending post request to upload file - post

When trying to post a file to api using following code:

SharePoint Helper Class: WebRequest to HttpClient

I have a scenario where I need to use an OnPrem-SharePoint for File Upload/Download. It's SharePoint 2016 and I found a helper class from the old days that uses WebRequests to communicate. I must use the same class in my .net 7 Minimal API project. It works but I don't like the tech debt I have to carry by using WebRequests. I don't like pasting the whole project. However, even after being very selective, this is still a lot of code, but its communication code that I do not understand as I started with the newer HttpClient only as (some random HttpClient injection in my API):

I have made a lot of modern modifications to the code and also Am in the process of converting this class (in a remote assembly) to conform to the .Net Core's .AddSharePoint() DI pattern, and for that, I need to get rid of obsolete (HttpWebRequest)WebRequest

Error 403- When trying to retrieve single entity from Azure Table Storage using IHttpClientFactory

Here department is PartitionKey and id is RowKey.
Error: Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.
Status Code: Forbidden

I believe the reason you are getting this error is because you are using two different dates in your code.
You are getting the current date in getRequestHeaders method and then a different date in getAuthToken. This would cause the authorization header mismatch.
I would recommend modifying getAuthToken method and pass the date/time value computed in getRequestHeaders method.

Downloading Azure Blob files in MVC3

Our ASP.NET MVC 3 application is running on Azure and using Blob as file storage. I have the upload part figured out.
The View is going to have the File Name, which, when clicked will prompt the file download screen to appear.
Can anyone tell me how to go about doing this?
Two options really... the first is to just redirect the user to the blob directly (if the blobs are in a public container). That would look a bit like:
return Redirect(container.GetBlobReference(name).Uri.AbsoluteUri);
If the blob is in a private container, you could either use a Shared Access Signature and do redirection like the previous example, or you could read the blob in your controller action and push it down to the client as a download:

I noticed that writing to the response stream from the action method messes up the HTTP headers. Some expected headers are missing and others are not set correctly.
So instead of writing to the response stream, I get the blob content as a stream and pass it to the Controller.File() method.
