I wanted to know that which Server supports both AdoptOpenJdk 11.0.3 and RedHat Open jdk 11.0.3. I have tried to search on google but was not able to find anything, It will be helpfull if anybody can tell me.
For deployment, I used tomcat 9.0.7 for adoptjk11 compiled ear and jboss 7.2 for redhtjdk 11 compiled ear.
I am getting the following error when attempting to run an Appium script on the Chrome Version 65:
selenium.common.exceptions.WebDriverException: Message: unknown error: call function result missing 'value'
(Session info: chrome=65.0.3325.109)
(Driver info: chromedriver=2.33.506106 (8a06c39c4582fbfbab6966dbb1c38a9173bfb1a2),platform=Mac OS X 10.13.4 x86_64)
I have found that the chromedriver version needs to be updated but I can't find a way to successfully do this.
So my question is how do I upgrade the chromedriver version to the latest version?
So first, with each update to Chromedriver there is an increase in the minimum supported version of Chrome => older devices are often unable to be automated with the bundled version.
So its not appium/chromdriver compatibility, its your device browser/ chromdriver versions compatibility check.
To check versions compatibility you go look here
When you figure out whats version works for you, run:
npm install appium --chromedriver_version="2.37"
This version supports Chrome v 64-66
The subjected issue can be resolved (In my case this works) if we pass the additional argument while starting the appium server in the local system.
CLI Command: appium --allow-insecure chromedriver_autodownload
The script will automatically search for the newest chromedriver version that supports the given browser/web view, download it (the hash sum is verified as well for the downloaded archive) and add to the chromedriverChromeMappingFile mapping.
For more details please refer to the official documentation of appium: Compatible chromedriver issue fixes options
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Please download the latest chromedriver from here :

Upgrade your appium server, appium java client to latest version.
I am trying to run iOS Simulator from Delphi having setup the following needed configurations:
I am using mac with Parallel Desktop for my RAD Studio virtual machine.
I am using Delphi 10.1 Berlin.
Already installed an XCode and running.
I have my command line tools.
I have platform assistant and running in my mac.
I already created my connection profile using the IPAddress and port given by PAServer.
Installed SDK for OSX and iOS in the SDK Manager.
I have no problem running my OSX on my Mac.
The only issue I have is my iOS Simulator is not working. Here'sscreenshot of the error message.
I swear I checked the recommended troubleshoot procedures several times but no avail.
I hope someone help me get through with this. I already spent the whole day searching/troubleshooting this connection.
Many thanks and cheers!
There is a Hotfix for 10.1 Berlin called "30680_rad_studio_10.1_berlin_hotfix_11_jan_2017". It should be available for download from your EDN account under "My registered user downloads".
You need to copy the files from this zip archive onto your Mac in the PAServer-18.0 application folder /Applications/PAServer-18.0.app/Contents/MacOS. There is a readme_en.txt with a detailed description.
I have a MacOS Sierra VM on VMWare and I'am having problems to download from the Xamarin repositories.
When I first installed Xamarin on Mac, I did the manual install of all downloads from xamarin because the installer gave me an error.
I need to update to Xamarin.IOS 10.4.0 but it gives me an error on automatic installer and I cant download anything.
The manual installer on this page: https://store.xamarin.com/account/my/subscription/downloads
don't show the Xamarin.IOS 10.4.0 version that I need, the last it shows its 10.3.1
Im new on Mac Os but I have internet on my VM and I don't know what to do.
Any ideas?
Any help is worth. Thank you.
I found a manual installer on this url:
https://dl.xamarin.com/MonoTouch/Mac/xamarin.ios-10.4.0.123.pkg
I installed it whitout problems. I dont understand why this link isn't on: https://store.xamarin.com/account/my/subscription/downloads
i found it by myself.
The automatic installer of updates still dont working but this resolve my problem of the Xamarin.IOS 10.4.0.123 version.
Use Xamarin Studio for updates. Even if it fails to complete downloads, you can find all those URLs later in ~/Library/Caches/XamarinStudio-6.0/TempDownload/index.xml.
I also have problems with automatic updates and all the links to the latest versions are almost always missing on Xamarin's Downloads page.
I have recently downloaded the community version of Neo4J where I was practicing with the program. I have now downloaded the Enterprise version (I was wanting to upload a spread sheet which I could not do in the community version, see here for more info http://blog.neo4j.org/2013/03/importing-data-into-neo4j-spreadsheet.html. The issue is when I try and use the Enterprise version I cannot get it to work as it says it fails to start every time I click on the 'Neo4j' application.
How can I get the Enterprise version to work and replace the Community version?
You should uninstall your community edition, and follow http://docs.neo4j.org/chunked/milestone/ha-setup-tutorial.html to get the Enterprise Edition installed, and point it to the same database directory on the master.
