This feature I am looking for ios
Apple does not support Progressive Web Application features yet....
They have supported an Add to Home Screen Experience since the iPhone was first released. You need the touch icons referenced in the previous answer.
You still need to manually prompt the user to add to the home screen. I have used Spinnelli's library to help, http://cubiq.org/add-to-home-screen
I appologize for my low level English.
I developed Share Extension in my app to support the extention added at iOS8.
But, my app has been already showing up in UIDocumentInteractionController popup.
So, my app has been showing up two items for same app after supporting share extension:"xyz, copy to xyz".
'xyz' is my app name.
I want to make to show up only one item at UIDocumentInteractionController popup menu.
Is there any way to do it?
I have suffer this familiar situation when i research share extention. When i open safari to share web url to my APP, the safari's share menu has two same APP button. Then i click Product-->Clean solve this problem. This seems caches should be blame for it. I also apologize for my poor English.
Thanks in advance.

i don't think you are allowed to capture the home screen in public api. this question had similar request.
How can I take a screenshot of the iPhone home screen programmatically
UIGetScreenImage() mentioned in the answer is very useful, if you only targeting Jailbroken phones.
However, i found an open source library called "Record My screen", which claim can
Record the display even on non-jailbroken iPhones.
I personally didn't test that, since i believe Apple would somehow find that and pull the app off (that happened to several apps before). If you really interested in it, maybe you can learn something from that library.
Hope that helps you.
As my title says, is it possible to protect content in an app from being screen captured? Can you make an app notice when someone is trying to take a screenshot(photo) and replace the UI(view) with empty content ?
Short: Sort of. See this answer here: https://stackoverflow.com/a/14120549/322548
Long: You can protect your content by hiding passwords, etc. before a screenshot is taken or before your app goes to the background. However, detecting screenshots isn't as easy as it sounds. Until iOS 6 you can at least detect a screenshot being taken (see link above), but this might change with any new iOS release.
I am showing a twitter feed in a uiwebview... however there is a problem: it appears significantly differently in the uiwebview then what it does in mobile safari. Ultimately, I much prefer the look of the feed as it is shown in mobile safari. Is there any way to 'trick' the web view into displaying itself as safari? Possibly by altering the user agent? Thanks.
Ended up altering the user agent. App made it past apple review fine.
UIWeView and Safari doesn't display all the pages as the same..There can be minor differences in formatting in UIWebView which won't be found in Safari..
Solution to this is to use javascript to alter the WebView itself programmatically to display things right..
more info avaialble in UIWebView Class Reference doc here
