#model does not exist in current context MVC5 - asp.net-mvc

Question

I am facing the issue when I am trying to access model in the view as
#model does not exits in the current context
I have gone through many posts on the internet but could not resolve this issue.
Below are the Web.config files for both inside the View folder and at the root of the project.
Please help me to figure out the solution for this.

Here is what I did:
Close Visual Studio.
Delete the SUO file
Restart Visual Studio
The .suo file is a hidden file in the same folder as the .svn solution file and contains the Visual Studio User Options.
