I recently upgraded a project from 1.22.1 to 1.24.3. Subsequently, pub get has failed with either
Handshake error in client (OS Error:
CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED: self signed certificate in certificate chain(ssl_cert.c:345))
or
Handshake error in client (OS Error: error:1000007d:SSL routines:OPENSSL_internal:CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED)
I've found similar threads about getting this error, but none of the solutions given in those threads seem to have fixed the issue. I ran pub --trace --verbosity all get as requested in those threads, output here
The less verbose output from Webstorm's console is
Working dir: C:\SGGDev\pearls\client
C:\DevTools\dart-sdk-1-24-3\bin\pub.bat get

Before I deleted the pub cache in appdata, a suggested solution, the same error was encountered almost immediately, after the first or second package.
Are you on Windows and using Kaspersky antivirus? I do not know all the technical details but this antivirus somehow affects the handshake. Disabling it should help.
Another workaround is to set the following environment variables:
PUB_HOSTED_URL=https://pub.flutter-io.cn
FLUTTER_STORAGE_BASE_URL=https://storage.flutter-io.cn
The problem is also tracked here though I guess it's not a Dart SDK issue: https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/32131
For me the error was caused by my antivirus, i had to disable it to make Dart works.

Hi there!!
I am using R 4.0.5 on a windows 10 OS
I have installed rtools40-x86_64 and used the following command to put the location of the make it utilities as recommanded here
writeLines('PATH="${RTOOLS40_HOME}\\usr\\bin;${PATH}"', con = "~/.Renviron")
However after restarting R, it gave me the error on the picture below. or the following
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘stats’ in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...):
unable to load shared object 'C:/Program Files/R/R-4.0.5/library/stats/libs/x64/stats.dll':
LoadLibrary failure: The specified module could not be found.
During startup - Warning message:
package ‘stats’ in options("defaultPackages") was not found
Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) :
unable to load shared object 'C:/Program Files/R/R-4.0.5/library/stats/libs/x64/stats.dll':
LoadLibrary failure: The specified module could not be found.
I have uninstalled R, RStudio, Rtools, deleted all related files in C, Documents, and RStudio registry, and reinstalled there after. But the same error persist.
In a related post they made mentioned of missing binaries, and I used the command
install.packages("stats", type = "binary")
but it was negative.
I tried updating stats package, but once I call it it gives the same error.
> update.packages("stats")
> library(stats)
Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘stats’ in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...):
unable to load shared object 'C:/Program Files/R/R-4.0.5/library/stats/libs/x64/stats.dll':
LoadLibrary failure: The specified module could not be found.
Every package which requires stats package gives the exact same error.
Does anyone have any idea on how to overcome this challenge?
Thanks in advance.

I have installed a previous version of R (3.6.0) and a previous version of Rtools (.35) and that message disappeared. I have not tried any other R version.
I’ve seen many suggestions here and elsewhere suggesting to delete the .Renviron files. I deleted .Renviron locally with no success. However, I found an additional two .Renviron file in my OneDrive folder.
After deleting these files in OneDrive and reinstalling the most recent versions of R and rtools I was able to avoid the ‘stats.dll’ error.
Go to files. Delete the .Renviron file that you created and it will work.

Update:
The problem has already been reported at homebrew-core. And a fix pr-44608 is waiting to be merged.
# use the pull request temporarily
brew install https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/raw/7f6d84a68ce8898d5f8bb1add2ed6d624cbb9598/Formula/ant.rb
# install buck from facebook/homebrew-fb
brew install buck
The buck formula from tap facebook/homebrew-fb depends on formula ant. And download URL of the dependency bcel is broken in formula ant.
You didn't do anything wrong. It's a problem on the tap side. Open an issue under homebrew/homebrew-core and report this problem to them.

I have a SonarQube 5.6 installed since a year now, It's integrated with TFS. Installed with few additional plugins, C#, dependency-check, fxcop, java, Checkmarx, scm-cvs, scm-git, scm-svn and scm-tfvc.
everything was working fine. Today it's started failing build with error

From the error, I can it's something related to C# plugin. I checked that plugin under /extensions/plugins and it's there. I thought it can be something compatibility issue, I tried to upgrade it to latest one 6.0
After installing 6.0 tried again and got the same error.
I also tried with old version of same plugins. tried 5.3, 5.0. After manually copied jar file under /plugins. Tried to restart the sonar server and it didn't started successfully. I got the error as below,

can someone please help to fix this issue?
You need to update the Scanner for MsBuild as well. The old versions are not compatible with SonarC# 6+.
I fixed this issue by removing FxCop plugin. Somehow that plugin stopped working. can be the version what i was using that was not compatible with C# plugin. I installed C# plugin version 5.0 (latest is 6.0)
as mentioned above, if i want to use C# latest version, i need to update sonar scanner for MSBuild.
I am trying to use the Google Rest API from a Heroku instance. I am having problems with my certificate file, but everything works as expected locally.
The certificate is a PKCS 12 certificate, and the exception I get is:
java.io.IOException: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=111, too
big.
I finally found the source of this problem. Somewhere along the way the certificate file is modified, locally it is 1732 bytes but on the Heroku instance it is 3024 bytes. But I have no idea when this occurs. I build with the same command locally (./gradlew stage) and execute the resulting jar with the same command.
The file is stored in grails-app/conf, I don't know any better place to put it. I am reading it using this.getClass().getClassLoader().getResourceAsStream(...)
I found similar problems can occur when using Maven with resource filtering. But I haven't found any signs of Grails or Gradle doing the same kind of resource filtering.
Does anyone have any clues about what this can be?
I download dart
I start the editor and choose the 'clock' sample
I attempt to run the sample
I get the message "Failed to load resource: the server responded
with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)"
I've already tried these things:
I've followed these steps at different times with the same effect, so i don't think it was just a the pub server going down.
I tried running pub install but I get the message "Pub install failed, [1] Resolving dependencies...Timed out trying to find package "browser" at https://pub.dartlang.org."
I tried running pub update but got a similar message "Pub update failed, [1] Resolving..... etc."
I have checked that my internet connection is working.
My guess is that this is proxy-related. Issue 5454 is marked as "Fixed", but there's still some discussion going on after it was marked as Fixed, so I'm not completely sure what the status is today.
