Twitter API get account with warning "This account is temporarily restricted" - twitter

I am trying to find out users showing the warning "This account is temporarily restricted". I tried to use Twitter API (Tweepy) to extract out the user details but there are no such fields showing whether this warning is enabled or not.
result = api.get_user(user_id=<user_id>)
An example of one such user is present in this link

IOS apple sign in cannot get email but can get user name

As the title suggests, I have implemented Sign in with Apple. After submitting my app online, I found that I can not get the user's email while I can get the username.
I collect the username and email and I found I can not get user email sometimes when the user first authorizes my app. Any reply appreciated!!!
The section Send Information to Your App Servers on the Apple Developer website states that this information is only returned to you the first time the user authenticates with Apple Sign In. You will need to store those details yourself in order to retrieve them again on subsequent logins.

Getting "FacebookAds::ClientError (Invalid parameter: Terms of Service Not Accepted (fbtrace_id: Ch/RdwGB+D3))" after i call api to create App

I will explain the scenarios here
1) When user click on link facebook button facebook permission dialog is bypassed and returns back directly on redirect uri(http://localhost:3000/ in my case) with code and state.
2) I am successfully able to exchange the code return above with access token.
3) I used facebooks access token debugger to analyze the token above and shows be proper scopes i need.
4) After this i fetch ad_accounts id, page token and page ids using this token.
5) when i use this token to create campaign for ads i get the following error.
FacebookAds::ClientError (Invalid parameter: Terms of Service Not Accepted (fbtrace_id: Ch/RdwGB+D3))
I use ruby facebook-business-sdk.
My app is in development mode and not live yet.
I can see both facebook login and marketing api green live in my app dashboard.
It makes sense to me that i am getting "Terms not accepted error" as user is never prompted to permissions dialog to permit my app for token.
I also observed that if add scope params to facebook login uri, the user is prompted to permission dialog.
I must be missing some configuration here, i have not yet submitted my app for review.
Any help/clue is appreciated.

How to correctly link different Auth accounts in Firebase IOS

Background:
I am developing an IOS app using firebase as backend.
There are 3 authentication:
1:password and email
2:FaceBook
3:Google
I have checked the option "one email per account" option.
The situation is:
Say if I first sign in with one of the Auth provider and later, log out, and want to sign up with any other two Auth providers. I will get an "the email address has been used" error if the associated Email of the current provider is the same as previous. In this case I want to link the current Auth account with the previous account.
I understand that I need to call the linkWithCredential:completion: method to link the accounts. But I first need to sign In the previous account but how can I tell which account to sign in? For example, if I log in via Facebook and get the "same email being used" error, how do I know at this point whether should I sign in via Google or the email/password?
One interesting thing is If I use Facebook or email/password to sign in first and later sign in with Google, firebase will automatically handle the linking but the default behaviour is to overwrite the previous Auth provider with Google and keep the UID...
I have found an useful post How to manage users' different authentication in firebase
But it only deal with a simpler situation where authentication are only two.
When you get the credential already exists error, you already have the email at that point, you then call fetchProvidersForEmail with that email which will lookup the provider IDs associated with that email. You then sign in the user with one of those providers. After you finish sign-in with the existing account, you call linkWithCredential:completion: with the original credential that caused the error to occur. This causes the accounts to link. The next time the user tries to sign in, they will be able to sign in to the same user with either provider.
Check FirebaseUI-iOS which already takes care of the whole flow for you. You can also check there source code to see how they handle such situations: https://github.com/firebase/FirebaseUI-iOS

How to allow access to logged in users email message while using Google plus sdk in ios?

I have got Google signin integration for my application. I successfully integrated it and by default i am getting username, usermailid, , user id and user authorization token id from sdk. Next thing i want is how to retrieve messages of Logged in user inbox. I went through the following links
https://developers.google.com/+/web/api/rest/oauth#authorization-scopes
https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/googlescopes#replicapoolupdaterv1beta1
But still i am getting problems and confused in getting mail messages.
I think this is what you need
https://www.googleapis.com/gmail/v1/users/{userId}/messages/{messageId}/attachments/{id}
And I strongly recommend you to use Google Playground to pick the exact API you are looking for

facebook_session.user.email = nil?

I'm using authlogic_facebook_connect plugin on my RoR app. Looking to get extended permission from the user to acquire their facebook email address so that I can use this email to store in the database as their "myapp.com" registration email. This way a user can come to the site and click on the facebook connect button and be automatically signed up with my site as well. I know that I need to ask the user for their permission before I can get their facebook email, but I can't find anything around on how to do that..
(fyi I've tried simply getting email from facebook_session.user.email, but of course it's nil due to the permission restrictions)
