Unable to issue identity in Hyperledger Composer - hyperledger

I am trying to issue an identity to a participant that already exists in the network.

I expect that I will see the userID and the userSecret logged on the console but I am getting errors as described below.
Following the developer tutorial on their documents:
If I use the card name for PeerAdmin#hlfv1 on the connect function above, I get the error. "Error trying to ping. Error: Error trying to query business network. Error: Missing \"chaincodeId\" parameter in the proposal request"
If I use the card name for admin#tutorial-network on the connect function above, I get the error "fabric-ca request register failed with errors [[{\"code\":400,\"message\":\"Authorization failure\"}]]"
For option 1, I know the network name is missing in the given card, whie option 2 means that the admin has no rights to issue an identity. However, I cannot seem to find any documentation directing me on how to use either to achieve my objective. Any help is highly welcome.
While I have listed the javascript code I am using to achieve the same, I would not mind if anyone can explain what I am missing using the composer cli.

you would definitely use the admin#tutorial-network card, as PeerAdmin does not have authority to issue identities (admin does).
Did you already do: 1) a composer card import -f networkadmin.card (per the tutorial) ? 2) a composer network ping -c admin#tutorial-network to use the card (now in the card store) and thereby populate the admin's credentials (certificate/private key).
Only at that point would admin be recognised as the identity to issue further identities. Is it possible you spun up a new dockerized CA server at some stage since you did the import etc ?
What happens if you issue a test identity through the command line (using admin#tutorial-network? Does it fail)

Failing to create services on Google Cloud Run with API using Java SDK

I create a Cloud Run client, however, couldn't find a way to list a service that is deployed with Cloud Run on GKE (for Anthos).

My "hello" service is deploy on a GKE cluster under the namespace default. The above code doesn't work because the client always see "default" as project_id and complains about permission stuff. If I put the project_id rather than "default", permission errors are gone, but no services will be found.
I tried another project that does have Google fully-managed cloud run services, the same code returns result (with .list("namespaces/")).
How to access the service on GKE?
And my next question would be, how to programmatically create Cloud Run services on GKE?

Your question is quite detailed (and is about Java which I am no expert in) and there are actually too many questions in there (ideally, please ask only 1 question here). However, I'll try to answer a few things you asked:
First, Cloud Run (managed, and on GKE) both implement the Knative Serving API. I've explained this at https://ahmet.im/blog/cloud-run-is-a-knative/ In fact, Cloud Run on GKE is just the open source Knative components installed to your cluster.
And my next question would be, how to programmatically create Cloud Run services on GKE?
You will have a very hard time (if possible at all) using the Cloud Run API client libraries (e.g. new CloudRun above) because these are designed for *.googleapis.com endpoints.
The Knative API part of "Cloud Run on GKE" is actually just your Kubernetes (GKE) master API endpoint (which runs on an IP address, with a TLS certificate that isn't trusted by root CAs, but you can find the CA cert in GKE GetCluster API call to verify the cert.) The TLS is part is why it's so hard to use the API Client libraries.
Knative APIs are just Kubernetes objects. So your best bet is one of these:
See Kubernetes java client (https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java) actually allows dynamic objects. (Go implementation does) and try to use that to create Knative CRDs.
Use kubectl apply.
Ask Knative Serving open source repository for help (they should be providing client libraries, maybe they're already there I'm not sure)
To program Cloud Run (managed) with the API Client Libraries, you need to explicitly override the API endpoint to the region e.g. us-central1-run.googleapis.com. (This is documented on each API call's REST API reference documentation.)

If you want to see how gcloud run deploy works, and which APIs it calls, you can pass --log-http option to observe the request/response traffic.
As for the error you got, it seems like the error message isn't helpful, but it might be coming from anywhere (as you're trying to imitate Knative API in GCP client libraries). I recommend reading my blog posts and sample code in depth.
UPDATES: Our engineering team's looking at the issue, it appears that there's currently a bug not adding the "details" field to the error. That's being worked on.
In your case, we see the following errors from requests:

The Java SDK is automatically generated from the fact that the Cloud Run (fully managed) API is public. It does not support Cloud Run for Anthos.

getting error when enter uri for timeseries ingest

Hi I am trying to save data in timeseries db but I am facing an error at timeseries ingest when I enter wss://gateway-predix-data-services.run.aws-usw02-pr.ice.predix.io/v1/stream/messages in websocket uri it shows an error like this when I click on open socket

From the error log, it looks you got authorization error. Check if you are using correct predix-zone-id of the time-series instance in the request header or you have configured correct UAA instance in predix tool kit.
Have you updated your UAA client with timeseries authorities?
To inserting time series data with particular user or client need permission. For getting permission, you need to add authorities into your UAA client.
Following are the authorities for timeseries.
Experiencing a similar problem. I'm posting only one of several received error messages. I've cycled through combos of the following for uri and zone id:

so, 401 unauthorized.
Did you happen to re-create the timeseries or uaa? Perhaps they are not associated. Also, I'm assuming you did "login as client" in the top menu.
Might be a good idea to create a new timeseries tied to that uaa. Then use the new zoneId.
Did you add predix..ingest and predix..user to the scope and authorities section in uaa client in your predix.io account. Please check the client id to add permission for in websocketriver.config file.

Google Admin Directory API, bad request 400 invalid_grant. (using service account)

So before showing my code, let me explain what steps I took to 'properly' set up service account environment.
In google developer console, created service account. (this produced Client ID (which is a long number), Service account (xxxxx#xxxx.iam.gserviceaccount.com), and private key which I downloaded in P12.

What could have I done wrong? I have been searching solution for past two days, and tried many things. One of the solutions I am not still not sure of is ntp syncing (as in how to exactly sync server time to ntp).

UPDATE: I also made sure to activate the Admin Directory SDK, and enabled the Domain-Wide Delegation on developer's console.
UPDATE #2: I forgot to mention that, the admin account is not the owner of the project itself. So basically, I am a member of a domain, and I created a project, so I am the only owner of the project and the service account.(I am not the admin). But should an admin be owner of the project and create service account in order for this to work properly???
Ok, my problem was that in setServiceAccountUser I put admin group email address, not the actual user account. Apparently, it doesn't allow putting in group email (alias) address into setServiceAccountUser.
So after putting in an actual user account with admin privilege, it seems to be working.
I still wonder what would be the best practice though. As in, should I create a separate user account with admin privilege just for the project? I definitely don't want to just put in an admin account email address in my code.

Configure multiple login sessions using google oauth

I am using Google OAuth for Google signin with Odoo.
Everything works fine and I can sign in using google with no problem. However, I cannot open multiple sessions using my same google credentials.
For example, if I open two sessions, one in chrome and another in firefox, then the older session gets logged out.
I don't understand what's the problem because no matter how many sessions I start if I log in using my username and password separately, without using google OAuth, none of the sessions get logged out - works fine.
I was wondering it has got something to do with the code, so I did a lot of tweaks but nothing works. I saw that at one point it cannot get the session information of older sessions. However my question is not about the code.
My question is, is there any configuration or setting to be set in google OAuth or Odoo 8 which lets users have multiple sessions at the same time or is there any setting while using google OAuth with Odoo that I need to know for this?
Any idea would be really helpful as I've been struggling for days with this. Thanks!
I have build a module for Odoo V9. Without this module, Odoo save only one token. But when you use odoo in multi computer, you use one token for each computer.
By default odoo don't support multi token. You need to modify the code of module auth_oauth.
With this module it save all token, like that you can have multi connection.

If you follow the steps above you will be able to successfully configure Google Apps (Gmail) with OpenERP via the OAuth module. The only thing i was missing is an extra step I found in a youtube video; you have to:
Go to Settings - Users
To the users you want to give OAuth access, send them a password reset by using the "Send reset password instructions by email" option.
Ask your users (or yourself) to use the link they receive in their email, but, when they open it, they will only see the log in screen with the "Log in with Google" option. (no typical change password option available)
Use the proper Google account and voila! - Now it connects smoothly.

Google Federated OAuth/OpenID with Tornado: why is it ignoring my scopes?

I'm trying to use Tornado's library for federated login to authenticate users and get access to their calendar, contacts, and mail. However, when I get the "mydomain.dyndns.info is asking for some information from your Google Account" message, the only bullet point listed is "Email Address". Subsequently, when I check the returned user object after I approve the request, the user object doesn't have an 'access_token' property.

Ideas: 1. maybe this has something to do with the fact I'm running on a local machine behind a dyndns forwarder? 2. Tornado's documentation says "No application registration is necessary to use Google for authentication or to access Google resources on behalf of a user" -- but maybe that's not true anymore?

Figured it out. You have to set the application properties google_consumer_key and google_consumer_secret.
