I am trying to display a textfield on a tableview using a custom cell. I think I have set up the delegation protocol properly, but when loaded, the tableview doesn't show the textfield. I have added a textfield into the customcell, set the class to CustomCell, and changed the identifier to "Cell", but I am not sure what else I am missing.

Check data.count it should have some data and also if that is custom cell with XIB then you need to register cell in view didload

Im trying to load a array of strings in a table view but the view does not recognize the array.
I have an array called Playlists (declared as global on ThirdViewController) with objects from class Playlist. When I use it on every other table view I can access every object and use it on the table view (I'm using it on ThirdViewController), but on AddToPlaylist view I can't use it. I think I'm using correctly the cells and func for table views.
This happens when I press the button "AƱadir" on player view. It should load the table view with the array info.

delegate is a member of the ViewController
now when i run it, the function func tableView(_ tableView: UITableView, cellForRowAt indexPath: IndexPath) never gets called. The func tableView(_ tableView: UITableView, numberOfRowsInSection section: Int) gets called however(before and after the reload) and returns the correct number(in my case 4). The TableView isn't visible at all. Where is my error?
Maybe you can use the subclassing strategy to resolve your problem. There are many reference passed to your class and if you forgot to clean that up you will be have memory leaks in your hand. So I'll suggest the simple example as below. You can modify as you like and let me know if that was what you are after. If not please pardon me.

I have a table view controller in my view controller. When I give it static number of rows and cell for row index method name it shows nothing to me in the table view. I have also reload the table view but it isn't showing I don't know why is it so,

You can divide in a extension, as you can check in the apple documentation section about Extensions handling Protocols.

This is incorrect. The extension makes the view controller conformant to the protocols, and the data source and delegate can be set as usual, e.g.: self.tableView.delegate = self
