Is there any way to let the server give me as response the ID or field I just created in the database?

Yes, this is a very common use case.
Model the id as a field of your entity.
Leave the id empty when making the call from the Frontend.
The server fills the id field in the response.
In the response, the server may also change or fill any other field of the entity.
in your backend method MYENTITY_CREATE_ENTITY, do something like
io_data_provider->read_entry_data( IMPORTING es_data = ls_myentity ).
"create object in database which fills the field lv_id_from_database
ls_myentity-id = lv_id_from_database.
er_entity = ls_myentity.

I would like to send a batch request to the changeset in the backend from my UI5 application. I did the following:
I created an Entity in my segw service. In the "changeset_begin" method I set the cv_defer_mode to true for my Entity.
In the frontend I tried to send a call to the backend. But somehow it doesnt work and I cant set a breakpoint in the ChangeSet. Are my syntax wrong? Thank you very much!

According to the API the method you are looking for is createEntry.
Creates a new entry object which is described by the metadata of the entity type of the specified sPath Name. For each created entry a request is created and stored in a request queue. The request queue can be submitted by calling submitChanges
I have one Odata service , which is providing me the data and I am able to display this data on table. We are going to deploy this application to Launchpad. Now we have this requirement in which logged in user must get the data according to his/her login ID. So If my user ID is XXXXX , I should get the records only for XXXXX. I am unable to understand the process flow. Shall we implement the logic in Odata itself or should I get all the data and filter the model on UI, before displaying it.

In oData itself you can access login user by sy-uname. using that user you can filter your data.

You have to handle this in Odata only. Get User id from UI using
var storename = sap.ushell.Container.getService("UserInfo").getId();
and set it to Odata to filter and send back the results.
You should handle such requirements in the Service level (OData level), not in the UI.
In DPC_EXT class variable SY-UNAME gives you the logged in user. So you should filter your records by deriving more information from that.
I tried to update one entity in my angularjs client using breezejs library. After calling saveChanges(), it can actually save back in the server and fetched on the client. However, the server did not return the response back. The saveResult.entities is undefined and pop up an error for me. When I took a look at the docs, it mentions 'Some service APIs do not return information about every saved entity. If your server doesn't return such information, you should add the pre-save, cached entity to saveResult.entities yourself'. Could anyone provide an example of how to do this?

recently I've spent some time digging into AspNet.Security.OpenIdConnect.Server. I use MVC sample as a code base for my client/server apps.
The thing I need to implement now is obtaining a user's profile info from an external provider (Google) and saving the info into the server's database.
What is the right place for getting and saving a profile's info and a proper way to implement it?
Note: since ASOS (AspNet.Security.OpenIdConnect.Server) only handles the OAuth2/OpenID Connect server part, it's actually not involved in the authentication part, and thus doesn't directly deal with the external providers you configure.
To achieve what you want, the best approach is to configure the Google middleware to extract more information from the user object returned in the user profile response and to persist them in the authentication cookie so you can later retrieve them in your application code.

In which method would this request end in backend? I expect MyEntitySet_CREATE_ENTITY()
Why doesnt it work, the error message is: HTTP request failed 405, Method Not Allowed
But why is it 405, is my Service URL Wrong? How do I Post data correctly to the SAP Backend?
SAP Troubleshooting Guide says: 405 Method Not Allowed
o The method specified in the Request-Line is not allowed for the resource
identified by the Request-URI. The response must include an Allow header
containing a list of valid methods for the requested resource. --> This does not help me right now, anybody knows how to include an allow header?

First Define a type of your result entity (check your oData-Model to know the attributes, e.g. Name and YourID):
