I can't delete a App in Itunes Connect, I am the Team Agent and my App has the status Preparing for Submission. But there isn't a Delete App button. Can anyone help please ?
No matter what your account prevelages are, you can't delete an app on Preparing for Submission status.
According to the iTunes Connect Developer Guide.
Apps that have not been approved yet can’t be deleted
So, for now, you need to sitback and wait for the review result. Once you got the result(whatever accepted or rejected) you can delete your app.
Update 2018: You can now delete unused/never submitted apps from App Store Connect
Actually we can not delete app directly from iTunes until app rejected from apple. First submit the app for review process after that if your app rejected or except by apple then you can remove it from apple store.

I'm working with apple itunes connect website.
I want that my friend with an iphone can install my app from testflight.
My friend isn't part of my work team so he isn't listed in itunes connect users and cannot be an internal tester.
The "standard process" will be:
send app-beta review request.
wait for the review result
once is approved send invitation to external tester
I need that my friend will be able to run my app without waiting for beta-review (review request are disabled on holidays).
So i do the following:
add my friend to itunes connect users and give him developer privileges (he will have these privileges for a short time - and will not even know he has them).
he has to read the email received and click the link to activate itunes account.
add him to testflight internal tester so he can install my app.
finally my friend install my app from testflight
then, i remove my friend from both internal tester and itunes connect users so he has my app installed without wait the app review.
Will my app remain installed even if he is removed by internal testers and also by itunes connect users?
If yes this is a good method to skip the "so frustrating" apple app beta review process.
Actually, there is a way to skip review process. When you upload new build you just change Build, and not Version. You pass review for particular Version and then stack your Build's under this version without review (still, when you submit, button Submit to review is active but you will pass instantly). Enjoy.
If the AppStore were open, I would say to just wait for review. Each additional review for betas of the same version are automatic.
But, since that is not the case, you can do as you describe and it will work.
Another way is to get the UDID of the user, add it to your developer.apple.com account, make AdHoc profiles and make an AdHoc build. Then use something like Hockey to get them the build.

App can be deleted from iTunesConnect only after app is submitted for review.
Here's the answer to my question I got back from Apple support.
You can only delete an app from the App Store if it was previously approved (meaning has one approved version).
From iTunes Connect Developer Guide - Transferring and Deleting Apps:
I add a new app in iTunes Connect, but can't delete it in any case because no Delete button in Additional Information section.
what I got from the iTunes Connect Developer Guide is :
If the Delete App button isn’t displayed, check that you’re the team agent and that the app is in one of the statuses that allow the app to be deleted.
but I'm team agent, and the app status is Prepare for Submission.
Now is 2016-02-20, so, guys, have you solve it so far?
You mention that "I add a new app in iTunes Connect" You can delete your app if there is at least one approved version of the app and the latest version status is one of the following:
Prepare for Submission
Invalid Binary
Developer Rejected
Rejected
Metadata Rejected
Developer Removed From Sale
Removed from Sale
if your app has a different status, you can delete the app by first rejecting the build or by removing the app from sale.
Read iTunes connect Developer Guide carefully iTunes Connect Developer Guide
I've uploaded a new app in Itunes Connect and saved some details like App Name,Icon.
I did not submit it for review, just only saved the details.
Now i could not see any option to delete the current App.
Please suggest me !!
Apple says
Apps that have not been approved yet can’t be deleted; instead, reject
the app. Apps must have at least one approved version before they can
be deleted.
One solution is to rename that application and then use the name by creating a new one. Apple accepts the name and the app will then be in review. Ref: How to delete an app which is waiting for upload?
I am an iOS application developer and I am facing a problem with the itunes connect, due to some problems I have rejected the binary of the application in itunes connect. Now that app is showing as "Developer Rejected" state, can I remove this application from itunes connect?
Answer is Yes.
Why you need to remove the app ? If you want to keep the app, you can upload a newer version.
If you don't want to keep that app permanently you can delete it. For deleting an app you need to follow these steps.
Open the App Details page for the app, as described in To open the App Details page for an app.
Make sure that the app status allows deletion.
You can delete your app if there is at least one approved version of the app and the latest version status is one of the following:
Prepare for Submission
Invalid Binary
Developer Rejected
Rejected
Metadata Rejected
Developer Removed From Sale
Removed from Sale
If your app has a different status, you can delete the app by first rejecting the binary or by removing the app from sale. See Viewing and Changing Your App’s Status and Availability.
Click the More menu and select Delete App.
If the Delete App button isn’t displayed, check that you’re the team agent and that the app is in one of the statuses that allow the app to be deleted.
A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete.
