It seems shared object changed its location after system upgrade. Try gem uninstall rmagick and then bundle install to compile it against current imagemagick version.
I installed the jasper-rails gem and this error showed when im starting rails server. I am using the latest version of ruby and rails on windows. How do i fix this?

When i type in rails server i get this. I can't seem to figure out what is going on. I have tried everything. I found one post on here that someone had the same issue but the answer that solved that problem didn't work for me. I am on Windows 10 with Ruby 2.2.0 and Rails 4.2.4.

You are missing sqlite3/sqlite3_native. This is likely due to missing header or source files for sqlite3 in your win32 environment.
