Does anyone know if it's possible to cut between 360 degree footage and regular 2D footage in a single YouTube video? Thanks!
I don't see how this question is related to computer programming.
As far as I know, Youtube as a platform doesn't allow this kind of transition as of yet.
This kind of transition is not possible, but you could render normal footage as part of a 360 stream as a kind of a rendered video screen floating in space.
Your can use an Android app called DU Recorder to capture your phone display, then play the 360 video on your phone and point it to wherever you want
Not possible, youtube needs the 360 video metadata to recognize 360 video. So you cannot play it on 360 and then on 2d. With the metadata it will play 360 always. I'm making a video call android app with augmented face effects using ARCore and WebRTC.
However, the frame structure of WebRTC and ARCore is different.
So I use PixcelCopy to convert ARCore frames to Bitmap and then convert them to WebRTC frames.
However, the audio and video are out of sync with this method.
Is there any other way?
Any advice would be of great help to me

I recently purchased a stereo USB camera to capture some footage through my AR headset. Now the camera records through 2 lenses and gives 2 outputs: a left and a right video feed. My goal is to combine the left and right video feed into a single mono output.

As you can see I want to somehow interlace those 2 videos into 1 (I guess similar to anaglyph) so it can be viewed on a 2d screen (without a vr headset). Does anyone know any software programs that can do this? Or has anyone written a custom script?
I'm building a 360 video viewer for iOS in order to better understand the nuances of monoscopic and stereoscopic 360 video. Effectively, I'm trying to reverse engineer what the Google Cardboard SDK does.

I understand monoscopic video and the basics of stereoscopic video. I would like to better understand the client-side configuration/transformations required to display stereoscopic video.
Specifically, in two parts:
Cardboard can display monoscopic video files in stereoscopic mode. Although the same exact video is being presented to each eye, each eye's video view is clearly different. What transformations are being made to each eye to get this to work?
For stereoscopic videos (let's assume top/bottom layout), it also appears that transformations are applied to each eye's video view. What are the transformations being applied to each eye's video view?
It looks as though the video is being skewed. There are black masks applied to all sides of each eye's video, where are these coming from / are they the result of transformations?

I am attempting to post-process a video in OpenCV. The problem is that the GoPro video is very blurry, even with a high frame rate.
Is there any way that I can remove blur? I've heard about deinterlacing, but don't know if this applies to a GoPro 3+, or where even to begin.

You can record at a high frame rate to remove any blur, also make sure you are recording with enough natural light, so recording outdoors is recommended.

At 30 fps, there is some blur in the car, but at 60fps the blur is non existant, just doubling the FPS can do some good. Since you have a HERO3+ you can record 720p 60 and that will remove the blur. WVGA 120fps can also do some justice (example is 1080p but still applies)
How would I go about creating a slow motion effect on a portion of a video recorded or obtained from the camera roll in iOS? I am using the AVFoundation framework to select a video from the camera roll or record a video. I intend to add the effect from Time1 to Time2 and then let the video continue at a normal speed.
Generally speaking you create a slow motion effect by recording at a higher frame rate. So if you record at 60FPS but playback at 30FPS, then you have created a half time slow motion effect. This is how it is done with film. With prerecorded fixed frame rate footage you could playback at a fraction of the original frame rate. If this is to be saved back to a container file, then you will need to adjust the presentation time stamps accordingly.
