Xamarin Android Layout issue - xamarin.android

I have a simple Xamarin layout that doesn't render correctly. There are extra columns on the rows (4,5,6) that only contain a single UI element. Here is the XML. Based on other SO posts, setting the layout_span=2 should fix the issue. However it doesn't seem to work.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<TableLayout xmlns:p1="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
p1:minWidth="25px"
p1:minHeight="25px"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:layout_height="match_parent"
p1:id="#+id/tableLayout1">
<TableRow
p1:id="#+id/tableRow1"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:gravity="center_horizontal"
p1:layout_weight="1">
<TextView
p1:text="Image Path"
p1:textAppearance="?android:attr/textAppearanceLarge"
p1:id="#+id/pathLabel" />
<EditText
p1:inputType="text"
p1:id="#+id/imagePathText"
p1:layout_weight="1" />
</TableRow>
<TableRow
p1:id="#+id/tableRow5">
<TextView
p1:text="Server Path"
p1:textAppearance="?android:attr/textAppearanceLarge"
p1:id="#+id/textView10"
p1:layout_column="0" />
<EditText
p1:id="#+id/serverPathText"
p1:layout_column="1"
p1:layout_weight="1" />
</TableRow>
<TableRow
p1:id="#+id/tableRow2"
p1:minWidth="25px"
p1:minHeight="25px"
p1:gravity="center_horizontal"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:layout_weight="1">
<TextView
p1:text="Start Date"
p1:textAppearance="?android:attr/textAppearanceLarge"
p1:id="#+id/dateLabel" />
<EditText
p1:inputType="date"
p1:id="#+id/dateText"
p1:layout_weight="1" />
</TableRow>
<TableRow
p1:id="#+id/tableRow6">
<Button
p1:text="Save"
p1:id="#+id/saveButton"
p1:layout_column="0"
p1:layout_weight="1"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:layout_span="2" />
</TableRow>
<TableRow
p1:id="#+id/tableRow3"
p1:minWidth="25px"
p1:minHeight="25px"
p1:layout_weight="100">
<TextView
p1:text="Text"
p1:id="#+id/logView"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:layout_height="match_parent"
p1:layout_weight="1"
p1:layout_span="2" />
</TableRow>
<TableRow
p1:minWidth="25px"
p1:minHeight="25px"
p1:id="#+id/tableRow4"
p1:layout_weight="1">
<Button
p1:layout_column="0"
p1:id="#+id/syncButton"
p1:text="#string/sync"
p1:layout_width="match_parent"
p1:layout_weight="1"
p1:layout_span="2" />
</TableRow>
</TableLayout>

I check your code, it's correct.
Try to close/open IDE, delete application from device and re-build project.

Is it possible to add an hour to the timestamp in log4net using the ConversionPattern

We have a situation where the server is in Germany and we're based in the UK. We want the log4net logs to show a timestamp that is GMT, but I can't work out how or if it's possible to add an hour to the time being written to the log file.
This is our current config:
<log4net>
<root>
<level value="DEBUG" />
<appender-ref ref="LogFileAppender" />
</root>
<appender name="LogFileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.RollingFileAppender">
<lockingModel type="log4net.Appender.FileAppender+MinimalLock" />
<file value="logs\\" />
<datePattern value="dd.MM.yyyy'.log'" />
<staticLogFileName value="false" />
<appendToFile value="true" />
<rollingStyle value="Composite" />
<maxSizeRollBackups value="50" />
<maximumFileSize value="5MB" />
<layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
<param name="ConversionPattern" value="%d{yyyy-dd-MM HH:mm:ss.fff} %-5level - %message%newline" />
</layout>
</appender>
I found some references online to an "hourOffset", but this doesn't seem to work and never appears in the log4net documentation.
Any advise here would be welcome.
Use utcdate instead of d (or date). See also the documentation.
<layout type="log4net.Layout.PatternLayout">
<param name="ConversionPattern" value="%utcdate{yyyy-dd-MM HH:mm:ss.fff} %-5level - %message%newline" />
</layout>

TFS2013 Requiring Comments on transitions to certain states

I'm creating a TFS 2013 Kanban board. I want to require an additional comment when the user switches the State to "Blocked From Progress"
Based on this post (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/9b672f4c-3054-481a-856d-4da650f25f74/how-to-require-comments-during-state-transition?forum=tfsprocess) I can require comments on all state changes. How do I limit it to just a transition to the "Blocked From Progress" State? Here's a section of code from my exported User Story xml file:
<FIELD name="HistoryHelper" refname="Demo.HistoryHelper" type="String">
<WHENNOT field="System.State" value="Blocked From Progress">
<COPY from="value" value="1" />
</WHENNOT>
<WHEN field="System.History" value="">
<COPY from="value" value="0" />
</WHEN>
<WHENNOT field="System.History" value="">
<COPY from="value" value="1" />
</WHENNOT>
<WHENCHANGED field="System.State">
<PROHIBITEDVALUES>
<LISTITEM value="0" />
</PROHIBITEDVALUES>
</WHENCHANGED>
</FIELD>
This is almost exactly the code from the above link, but I've added a check for the value of the State. Those lines don't seem to change the behavior at all. I've tried them at different places in the XML to no avail. Also, I've tried nesting a inside a and got errors. I don't know if there's a way to do an AND inside a WHEN.
EDIT
In addition to the accepted answer, I updated the new Field definition to be as follows:
<FIELD name="Blocked Reason" refname="CustomerProjects.BlockedReason" type="HTML" >
<WHENNOT field="System.State" value="Blocked From Progress">
<COPY from="value" value="" />
<READONLY />
</WHENNOT>
</FIELD>
I think a good solution for this would be to create a new field called "Blocked Reason" and then make it required on transitions into the "Blocked From Progress" state. You'd implement this like:
<Fields>
...
<FIELD name="Blocked Reason" refname="<company>.BlockedReason" type="HTML" />
...
</FIELDS>
<WORKFLOW>
...
<TRANSITIONS>
...
<TRANSITION from="<somestate>" to="Blocked From Progress">
...
<FIELDS>
<FIELD refname="<company>.BlockedReason">
<REQUIRED />
</FIELD>
</FIELDS>
</TRANSITION>
...
</TRANSITIONS>
...
</WORKFLOW>
You'd need to set that for each possible transition into the "Blocked From Progress" state. If you wanted you could also remove the text from the field using the tag on transitions out of the "Blocked From Progress" state.

What I did was adding a Guid to a random field that you are not using and query for that Guid afterwards.
wi.Title = "New Work Item";
wi.FoundInBuild = Guid.NewGuid().ToString();
wi.Type = "Bug";
wi.Project = "TestProject";
context.AddToWorkItems(wi);
context.SaveChanges();
Debug.WriteLine(String.Format("Work item created"));
var createdWi = context.WorkItems.Where( d => d.FoundInBuild == wi.FoundInBuild);

I have the above config for my windows service when it's installed, and I'm initializing my logger like so in the Progam.cs file on the service that I'm installing:
static void Main()
{
XmlConfigurator.Configure();
_logger.Debug("ProxyServerService Started.");
ServiceBase[] ServicesToRun;
ServicesToRun = new ServiceBase[]
{
new ProxyServerService()
};
ServiceBase.Run(ServicesToRun);
_logger.Debug("ProxyServerService Terminated.");
}
When I use pretty much the same configuration in an application that communicates with this service it creates a log directory and writes logs to that directory. But when I run the service nothing happens.
Turns out that the reason I couldn't see the logs is because I'd configured the logger the log in the active directory, which is Windows\system32 and windows wouldn't let me do that.
I changed the following line:
<file value="logs\" />
To:
<file value="C:\AppName\logs\" />
And it works fine.

The above code is the response returned from soapobject in android. How to retrieve the data from the above XML file? I want to display it in list view and the response returned from the soapobject contains more than one table so how to retrieve it?
If your are using Java use SAX Parser
