Swift - Save Dictionary into a plist - ios

I am trying to save/update a dictionary inside a plist file. If a try to save a single value into a plist I have no problem calling the dictionary as a NSMutableDictionary however, if I want to add another dictionary inside it I cannot achieve it.
For example I want to add a dictionary inside the plist with dictionary "dict2" below called "level2" having values as "value1", "value2", "value3" I cannot Achieve this.
Is there a way I can do this?

How can I Save Json Data and Show Offline in swift

I'm trying to save my json file and show it to offline. I'm trying this code but it is not working for me ..

You should not save JSON in the UserDefault, Instead save it in file in document directory

How to use prepareForDeletion to delete photo in CoreData swift?

Why are you having two "remove" statements in the "do" statement? Please remove the line
try NSFileManager.defaultManager().removeItemAtPath(fileName
and check if the error still exists.
Don't save file path to database, only save filename to database then create path in function for delete. try this method.

Returning a value from a Swift function containing a closure

I've written a function that should return a value but the value comes from a closure. The problem is if I try to return a value from inside the closure it treats this as being the return value from the completion handler.

This answer works with Swift 2.2 & iOS 9, and separates the file creation from the upload so that you can properly test against both, since they are distinct actions with their own potential issues.
For the uploadPhoto function, the recordType variable is the value you use in your CloudKit dashboard. The "photo" key in the photo["photo"] = asset line is the field name for your record type.

You'll want to pick the Asset value type in the dashboard for this value.

UIImage is not an allowed type on CKRecord. Your best option is to write this image out to a file, then create a CKAsset and set that on the record.
