Xamarin iOS, bind "Enable property" using MVVMCross - ios

I am trying to enable the button in Xamarin iOS based on "HasChanges" property.
Currently, I am using
bindingSet.Bind(submitBtn).For(v => v.Enabled).To(vm => vm.HasChanges). TwoWay();
But it's not enabling the button if the "HasChanges" is true.
Can someone please point out the error in my code?
Thanks.

Never mind,
I got it. All I needed to do was raisePropertyChange event whenever "HasChanges" value was being updated.

How to prevent reload on Tizen Public Preview Deeplink?

I'm writing a web app for Tizen Smart TV. One of the required features is implementing the Smarthub Public Preview deeplinking.
I have setup the app to open at a specific content when the Public preview tile is clicked. However, I cannot prevent the app to reload. The documentation mentions adding the appcontrol event to the window event listeners, but I don't think this event is being recognized by the app, since the code is not executed.
It only works if I directly add my deeplink() method to the onload property.
According to documentation, this piece of code should prevent the app to reload, but it is not working:
<tizen:app-control>
<tizen:src name='index.html' reload='disable'></tizen:src>
<tizen:operation name='http://samsung.com/appcontrol/operation/eden_resume'></tizen:operation>
</tizen:app-control>
window eventListener is not working wither:
onload="window.addEventListener('appcontrol', deepLink)"
Any help on how to implement this correctly?
Thank you in advance
You are probably modyfing window.location in the app (ie in router).
reload='disable' prevents reloading index.html. When application receives app control request and page is different, application will be reloaded.
You can find more about appcontrol in Tizen documentation (note that Tizen for TV may differ from other devices):
https://docs.tizen.org/application/web/guides/app-management/app-controls/
I've got some information regarding your question.
To do application resume without Page reload,
Set extra data in app-control like below
key: SkipReload
value: Yes

paymentMethodNonce not called in Braintree Drop-in Payment UI iOS v4

I am new to Braintree SDK. I followed this link https://developers.braintreepayments.com/guides/drop-in/ios/v4 . When I try to generate paymentMethodNonce I am not able to do it. The drop in UI is Displayed but it is not generating paymentMethodNonce. I tried BTDropInControllerDelegate but those delegate methods are not called. If any one is expert in this please suggest me how to get the paymentMethodNonce
Thanks in advance

How to accept the google permission prompt by default while using appium

I'm trying to automate the app , but suddenly in middle the google permissions window for permission like phone , location etc pops up , is there any way that I can make sure always permission pop ups are allowed
Try to set desired capabilities:
autoAcceptAlerts = true
Since you said google permissions, I am assuming you are dealing in Android. Also since there is no language tag, I am sticking to Java, you can frame the logic in any language you are using.
Well, its sad to inform you that currently there seems to be no such capability added for android. Though iOS has few similar capabilities.
So, for android what you can do is logically -
If these pop-ups are device dependent, change the device settings that these pop-ups are not allowed.
If these pop-ups are relevant to application permissions, then you must know when they would occur. Just keep a check -
List<WebElement> popUp = driver.findElement(<find the pop up using your locator strategy>);
if(popUp.size()!=0) {
WebElement accept/dismiss = driver.findElement(<find the button accordingly>);
accept/dismiss.click();
}

angular link selection doesn't work on IOS safari

I'm doing a responsive app using meteor and angular, and i have a share link functionality. On desktop it is an input field on read only and the user can copy the link. On mobile I want to do display an link with tag. But on iOS safari doesn't react correctly when I long touch the link. Usually there is a menu of option that are displayed, but here just nothing happen.
my simple code : {{url}}
Thanks in advance to anybody that has an idea about this issue.
Update: I just tried wiht <a ng-href="{{url}}">{{url}}</a> on Firefox android and it work perfectly. The issue is really an iOs case
You should use ng-href={{url}} instead.
My guess is that iOS reads first the {{url}} as it is, and when angular updates it to whatever value is stored in the url variable, it does not pick up the new value.
And because the string {{url}} is not valid url, it does not know how to work with that, so it does nothing.
(I am not iOS developer, but still, you should use ng-href for this)
For long touch/press especially for mobile: Check this angular directive link

YouTube Subscribe Button Callback Event

Does anyone know if the YouTube scubscribe button (the one that appears in widgets on various websites) has a callback function once the user has clicked subscribe? I have looked into making my own but due to the fact they load in iframes I dont think its possibe.
It currently (2013-01-08) does not: https://developers.google.com/youtube/iframe_api_reference
Yes they recently added a callback function. In their GUI for creating a subscribe button, you can check "My application listens for button events." and it'll include the callback in the widget code: https://developers.google.com/youtube/youtube_subscribe_button
