What might be the consequences if the keywords the application has the phrase as the name of another app in the AppStore?
And what if the developer of this app complain in the AppStore for my app?
There are no restrictions, you are free to use any keywords as far as that fits into the following apple guideline:
Developers are responsible for assigning appropriate keywords for
their Apps. Inappropriate keywords may be changed/deleted by Apple
To advertise my app, I used HealthKit as a keyword, it worked fine.

I have quite a lot of people who want to test out my app and I was wondering how many people Apple allows to download it before it's on the AppStore. Does this change if you use TestFlight?
You're allowed up to 1000 "external testers" for Apple's TestFlight service, as is described in the very top paragraph of Apple's TestFlight web page.

I submitted an iOS App that has been approved and is ready for release. However I found out a bug that I fixed and hence I haven't published the previously submitted App.
Now I would like to re-sumbit it via AppLoader. Is it possible to do so or do I need to do something on iTunes Connect first?
Login to your iTunesConnect account.
Click the link to your app.
View Details.
Reject Binary.

I link to various itunes products from my application but I can't seem to find any rules/documentation covering this. Am I allowed to use the itunes logo and is there anything special I need to do in the mechanics of linking.
See section 8.1 here for advice on trademarks:
https://developer.apple.com/appstore/resources/approval/guidelines.html
As for linking to iTunes products, I imagine you're using the openURL: call of UIApplication to do this, which is sufficient.
Hope this helps.

I wrote one bad selling app. Since the revenue does not even cover the iOS Dev account, I thought about not prolonging it. What would then happen to my app and the sales I have in future?
If you do not renew your iOS developer account then your app will be removed from sale once the account expires.
Your app will not be available for purchase any longer, but beware that it will still appear in the App Store with the information and screenshots that you have provided.
