The name model does not exist in current context in MVC4 - asp.net-mvc

Question

I know there are more than enough solutions on the internet for my question but nothing solves my problem.I have a 'Shared' folder in 'Views' Folder and under 'Views' folder,I've created a partial view '_Pager.cshtml'.Thats when the issue comes up :
#model WokeCode.Models.ListViewModel
the above model does not exist in the current context.
I've read this is an issue related to web.config file in Views folder.So,I should just paste that too

Apart from this, I have created replacing my web.config file from a brand new project in Views folder but no luck.Restarted my VS couple of times but same thing.
Are there any more solutions? I really cannot afford to restart this project from the scratch.

I've created a working example which contains a class library called WokeCode.Models and a class called ListViewModel.I then created a new MVC web application and add a reference to the Woke.Models.dll so that we can use ListViewModel in our web application.And here is the MVC code, I hope you can look at the example below and spot where you were going wrong:
Controller:
