I have a requirement to implement tree table component using richfaces which should be similar to that present in primefaces or in openfaces.Richfaces only has tree component.I don't have provisions to use primefaces or any other JSF libraries other than richfaces. At most I can use javascript or jquery tweaks.
Can someone please give an idea how to proceed to implement this.

I've been using Bootjack for a while now and it's great. I love how it enables me to create my familiar Bootstrap styled applications with my current favourite programming language, Dart!
However, with all the Material Design and Polymer updates that have emerged lately, shouldn't there be some kind of pure Polymer version of Bootjack, so we can implement Bootstrap elements using Polymer Dart?
I'd like to wire Bootjack's cool Bootstrap elements not programmatically, but by using Polymer elements.
Maybe we can start a Github repository for this?
We don't have a plan to integrate Polymer with Bootjack. We're happy with what and how easy it can be done in our application (Quire).
You're welcome if you'd like to fork one to integrate them.
I am new to this MVC and JQuery, i started building small application using these, i am using MVC4 Razor ,with Entity Framework. i fallowed few online tutorials for the. but nothin is working out properly. i am able to get my Json data from my controller but the data is printing on my view as a java script array, jqgrid is not displaying, i guess my jqgrid itself is not called, or its not being referenced properly. please tel me what are all the things need to do, and directory structures to be fallowed.
Thanks in Advance
You can easily get jqGrid and other Grids like Telerik from Nuget Package Manager. Each of them must using their own inbuilt functions to handle the events. You will have to learn them to implement it. You can check demos from below link:

I would like to use the Bootstrap Framework with Delphi's IntraWeb (I'm using XE2)? The idea is to have the server side logic done by Delphi, while using the nice controls that come with BootStrap?
What would be the basic components "Hello World" application for this configuration?
What would be the high-level approach for a more elaborate application, for example one with a Bootstrap nav component that has its tab contents populated by Delphi?
Is combining IntraWeb and Bootstrap an overkill? Would I would be better off with an Indy TIdHTTPServer + Bootstrap?
It does not have to be difficult to implement Boostrap with Intraweb, you just have to add the Js files in the ContentFiles property of the IWForm, you just have to take in mind you have to write the html for each component you use for BootStrap.
In http://www.codegearguru.com in the Movie #63 - Using jQuery Mobile with IntraWeb - CodeRage 6 Replay
They have explained how to develope the Fishfact demo using jQueryMobile, using the TIWTemplateProcessorHTML component and standard IW components, so it should no be difficult to adapt it for bootstrap.
Here is the link: http://codegearguru.com/video/063/jQueryMobileFishFacts.html
Althought, there have been a new component suite since last year implementing JQuery and jQuery mobile, you should take a loo at http://www.cgdevtools.com, I'm using them and let me tell it give you IW app a very nice view. AFAIK they are planning to generate a component suite for Bootstrap.
As far as the web-server is concerned, it should provide the necessary files when the client requests them to run bootstrap client-side: Bootstrap: File Structure
To populate the components (client-side), you'll have to create the server-side logic so it will enter the correct javascript that does so into the HTML of the pages.
I'm looking for a component similar to ASPxTreeList (mix of Grid and TreeView) from DevExpress, but suitable to use in MVC 4:
http://demos.devexpress.com/ASPxTreeListDemos/
My general requirements are:
tree structure with a few additional columns,
possibility of using images in some cells,
possibility of sorting by each column (optional).
I was looking at Kendo UI with it's TreeView control with it's templating option:
http://demos.kendoui.com/web/treeview/templates.html
Problem is that probably it's not possible to fully simulate table layout using a tree based on ul/li elements. Maybe there are any jQuery solutions which solve that problem?
Thanks in advance for help!
The DevExpress MVC TreeList extension is available in the latest release: DXperience ASP.NET v2012.2
You can take a look at jqGrid and its TreeGrid functionality (the demo is in the "New in version 3.5" section).
You can also check following demos of how to use it in ASP.NET MVC:
jqGrid in ASP.NET MVC - Strongly typed helper
jqGrid in ASP.NET MVC 3 and Razor
There is an equivalent for MVC from DevExpress. The component offer almost all the functionalities of the webform's one.

I want to add some client-side functionality to the PrimeFaces p:editor, but for some reason I am not able to uncover what JavaScript client side code they used to build the component. Could anyone point me to that?
P.S. two things I want to do is make the component resizable (PrimeFaces doesn't support that) and I want to add shortcut buttons to insert pre-programmed text. Any hints about how this will done will be appreciated.
PrimeFaces p:editor uses CLEditor
look at this thread
also you should take a look at the PrimeFaces Extensions Project they implemented an editor that uses the CKEditor
<p:editor/> JavaScript source is located in /META-INF/resources/primefaces/editor/editor.js inside primefaces-xxx.jar.
