Hi in my array there is huge amount of data and I have to display it in UITableView. But the condition here is I have to display only 5 records initially,then once the user scroll down I have to load more records.I tried searching it but didn't get any useful answer please help me and I agree that we have to use ((void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView willDisplayCell:(UITableViewCell *)cell forRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath )

we can adjust the return value of tableView:numberOfRowsInSection: method, every time we want to insert ten rows, you can plus 5 to the return value.

As you can see that all the ExerciseCell is not in the right order. I cant figure out why it isn't in the right index after the cell is created. I want the order is sorted by the time its created not alphabet abcdef... or 123456... . Can anyone help me to find out what is the problem and how to tackle it.
I had found the problem and it was the NSSet is not sorted at the beginning and I sorted it with #"createdTime" and my problem was solved.

NSSet just be a set, there's no order between objects. If you'd like to keep the order, you can use NSArray (or NSMutableArray) instead of NSSet.

I have a table view with 5 sections and I have set the tableview selection to multiple. Each section have different number of rows. What I want is to set that the user can select only one cell from each section(in my table user can select any number of cells).
ex: 5 cells from 5 sections.
It should be impossible to select more than one cell from any section. If user select another cell from same section, previously selected cell should be deselected. How can I do this. This is a sample implementation of didSelectRowAtIndexPath.

You can set selection property of tableview from interface builder. Select your tableview in IB and then select attribute inspector and setsingle selectiontoselection` property like below screenshot.
Or you can set programattically,

I have not update the complete working code. But this is the way to achieve. You can also use the userdefault instead of self.selectedIndexPathDict.
I have a tableview. I want to create string from selected cell names. For example My Cell names : Row No 1 - Row No 2 - Row No 3 - Row No 4 - Row No 5. When selected Row No 1 - Row No 2 - Row No 5 mystring value = Selected Items Row No 1 , Row No 2 , Row No 5. When i deselect Row No 1 mystring value = Selected items Row No 2 , Row No 5 or Row No 5 , Row No 2. It does not matter.

Using the indexpath get the cell's name. Now compare if that text exist in the selectedText string. If it exist remove it from string

I am having an app in which I am showing some data in my tableview as shown in the ScreenShot1 below.

Now I am having an imageview On my each tableview cell.
If I select any of the cell from tableview, I want an image on that selected cell as shown in screenshot2 below.

On Tableview's didselect method, what should i keep to have this kind of a functionality?

You may be better off just subclassing UITableViewCell, as this would let you change the way the cells draw, and add a property or something of the sort to indicate this state.
To create the subclass, create a new file in Xcode, and select UITableViewCell as its superclass.
Then, within that subclass, you could implement a method called setStrikeThrough: like this that you can call on the cell you dequeue from the table:

there is no change in the custom cell only change in the controller so that u hav to reflect what changes that u made to tableview cell i.e weather u select or deselect

I have a TableView with many rows, most are not visible at the time of loading viewController. The rows of UITableView are extracted from a SQLite database. How can I make do that the SearchBar search between all rows and not just the visible ones?

It was wrong to use the array created in cellForRowAtIndexPath because it was limited only to the visible elements. I then used the NSMutableArray created in viewDidLoad () that does contain all the elements of the database. I changed the following methods:
