iOS app icon not showing up when searching Google - ios

We have a sneaker marketplace app and when people type in "sneaker marketplace" on the iPhone, our app shows up along 2 other apps. The icon is missing though (we're the first app below).
How do I tell Google which icon to use? Where does google get this information from? Why isn't my icon showing up?

If Chrome's app and Twitter's app are having this issue, then I would guess that it's not your fault.
I couldn't find a pattern among other apps that have this bug in Google's Mobile Search (Ratings on App Store, Image resolution, description content, etc) that might break whatever is scraping your app icon from the App Store.
It might be a combination of things.

Are Google Play and Apple Store allows InAppBrowser of ionic to view a website only?

Before create a new account for iOS, android to upload web app to Google play and apple store, I want to ask:
Are they allows developer to upload an application that use InAppBrowser of Ionic to view website through that uploaded app ?
We need this to keep our work up to the latest date of updates for all users without need so many versions for both iOS and android.
So, are there any positive, negative or past experiences related to this topic ?
If you take a look at the review guidelines from Apple, https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/ it states that
4.2 Minimum Functionality
Your app should include features, content, and UI that elevate it beyond a repackaged website. If your app is not particularly useful, unique, or “app-like,” it doesn’t belong on the App Store.
I would make the case to package your app as an Ionic app, and use either Ionic Deploy, or Code Push to update the content of your app on the fly. Note: This type of deployment cannot update Cordova dependencies, but it does let you keep your html, css and js files up to date.
In general yes, they allow this, but they might get confused (specially Apple) and ask you to be careful about the links that you open inside your app.
For example, Apple has certain guidelines about apps that buy/sell cryptocurrency. If you put a link to a buy/sell cryptocurrency website and open it inside the inAppBrowser, the app reviewer might "think" your app is for buying/selling cryptocurrencty and you might get rejected as a result.
However, if you put links to normal website, for example CNN, they should be ok with it, as there are many apps that already do this.

Is it possible to prevent an iOS app from being placed on the home screen?

I am developing an iOS app using Xamarin.iOS that should only be triggered by tapping on a URL. Because of this, I would like to prevent the app icon from being placed on the home screen. The reason is, the app will not function properly if they open it from the home screen (it needs some of the data in the URL to load properly). I would prefer to prevent the app from being on the home screen instead of checking whether a link was tapped or not. I know that is possible to do this in Android using the manifest, is this also possible in iOS?
This is not possible whatsoever; the developer has no control as to the placement and visibility of the application, and as such will always be visible on the springboard/home screen.
The best option you have is to show information to the user that explains why opening it from the home screen will not work, if they launch it that way. Most likely though, this will be rejected from the App Store as having no useful purpose. The guidelines are found here (App Store Guidelines), and I think this is what may cause a rejection (emphasis mine):
If your app is not particularly useful, unique, or “app-like,” it doesn’t belong on the App Store.
I'm not finding the documentation I was looking for, but, as far as I know, this is not possible in iOS.
You could maybe have a default url that the app launches with and then use deep linking to launch the app with a custom urls. There are lots of great tutorials on deep linking (launching your app through a url) like
This one or maybe this one

Linking to all the developer iPad apps on the AppStore via URL

There is a way to link to all the developer's apps on the AppStore from any iOS app.
itms-apps://itunes.apple.com/us/developer/some-company-name/id1234567890
It will open the App Store app and show all the developer's apps for the iPhone and for the iPad and the page provides a couple of "View All" links for iPhone and iPad apps.
I wonder is there any way to link directly to the iPad-only apps page without visiting that intermediate screen?
Thank you
Looks like it's not possible to "filter" the normal store links/developer links with the &entity=iPadSofware from the Affiliate linking docs: https://affiliate.itunes.apple.com/resources/documentation/itunes-store-web-service-search-api/
You can narrow searches (!) down to iPad only apps, which might be a solution you can look into. With enough search terms you might be able to narrow the search down to exactly the apps you wanna show, but there's the possibility for "other" apps getting into the search. Example:
http://search.itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSearch.woa/wa/search?media=software&term=microsoft+corporation+office&entity=iPadSoftware

Why is the app on my Admob account showing a default icon?

Why is this one particular app on my Admob account showing a default icon, unlike my other apps, which have never done this before? Everything seems to be working fine for the app though on the Admob side of things (it shows no info in the pic above, but I know it works, because money has come in since then). I mean, I can collect money from the ads and everything, but for some reason it's just showing a default icon.
[Important Note: Also, I tried to create an Adwords app install campaign for the app in question, but the edit part where it actually shows you a visual example of the ad campaign before saving, wouldn't display itself (it just keep loading, but at the same time, it allowed me to go through the complete ad creation process successfully). I'm worried now about if my Adwords ads are even going to show up on user's phones, or will it do the same thing it did with me.]
Basically, how come there's a Admob (successfully linked) app icon problem, and why didn't the Adwords visual example of the ad load while editing?
Thanks in advance,
A Man, With A Question
Go to App
Select the app you want to show icon
App Settings
See App name & store link
Click on Pencil icon
Link your app with Google Play
Now enter your app name, app ID or developer name > Search and then click on Search button, icon will be link your app.

How does DataManPro AppWatch get info about installed apps

How does AppWatch feature in DatamanPro show the icon of the installed apps?
The dataman shows icons of the app that have used data in the certain interval. I believe using sysctl its able to figure out which process is using data, but how does it get the app icon?
I originally believed that its getting the icon from iTunes AppStore search url, but I found out that it does get icon for non-app store apps as well, which means that it is somehow getting that app icon locally from the iOS.
